Мета-анализ был направлен на оценку связи между полиморфизмами rs2107425, rs2839698, rs217727, rs3741219 гена H19 и риском развития рака молочной железы. Поиск публикаций проводили в базах данных Google Scholar и PubMed за последние 13 лет. Ассоциацию оценивали по статистическим критериям отношения шансов (ОШ) с 95% доверительным интервалом (ДИ). Для проведения мета-анализа использовали программное обеспечение RevMan (Cochrane Collaboration, 5.3. Копенгаген). Для оценки связи четырех полиморфизмов rs2107425, rs2839698, rs217727, rs3741219 с риском развития рака молочной железы в мета-анализ были включены 9 исследований случай-контроль с общей выборкой из 6572 пациентов с раком молочной железы и 6968 доноров в контрольной группе. В результате исследования мы наблюдали связь между rs2839698 H19 и риском развития рака молочной железы в аллельной модели (ОШ = 1,33, 95% ДИ: 1,00- 1,76, Pz = 0,005, Pi2 = <0.00001). Кроме того, в рецессивной модели риск развития рака молочной железы также был ассоциирован с мутантным аллелем rs2839698 (ОШ = 1,33, 95% ДИ: 1,03-1,71, Pz = 0,03, Pi2 = 0,05). Значимых ассоциаций с риском развития рака молочной железы полиморфизмов rs2107425, rs217727, rs3741219 не обнаружили. Настоящий мета анализ показал, что полиморфизм rs2839698 H19 ассоциирован с риском развития рака молочной железы. The meta-analysis was aimed to evaluate the association between polymorphisms rs2107425, rs2839698, rs217727, rs3741219 of the H19 gene and the risk of developing of breast cancer. Publications were searched in the Google Scholar and PubMed databases until August 2023. The association was assessed by statistical odds ratio (OR) criteria with a 95% confidence interval (CI). RevMan software (Cochrane Collaboration, 5.3. Copenhagen) was used for the meta-analysis. To assess the association of polymorphisms rs2107425, rs2839698, rs217727, rs3741219 with the risk of developing breast cancer, 9 case-control studies with a total sample of 6572 patients with breast cancer and 6968 donors in the control group were included in the meta-analysis. As a result of the study, we observed an association between rs2839698 H19 and the risk of developing breast cancer when calculating the allelic model (OR = 1.33, 95% CI: 1.00-1.76, Pz = 0.005, Pi2 = <0.00001). In addition, analysis of the recessive model also showed that the risk of developing breast cancer was significantly associated in individuals with a mutation in the polymorphic allele rs2839698 (OR = 1.33, 95% CI: 1.03-1.71, Pz = 0.03, Pi2 = 0.05). When calculating genetic models for the rs2107425, rs217727, rs3741219 polymorphisms, no statistically significant associations with the risk of developing breast cancer were found. The present meta-analysis showed that the H19 rs2839698 polymorphism associated with the risk of breast cancer.

CHislo metastazov v legkih v gruppah 1 i 2 bylo snizheno otnositel'no kontrolya v 2,6 i 3,1 raza sootvetstvenno, a indeks ingibirovaniya metastazirovaniya sostavil 68,1 i 80% sootvetstvenno. Проведено описание и анализ уникального случая метахронной первично-множественной меланомы кожи. Пациент состоит на учете в ФГБУ РНИОИ МЗ РФ с июля 1991 года, когда было проведено комплексное лечение по поводу меланомы кожи лопаточной области слева. Период ремиссии до возникновения очередного патологического процесса длился 23 года. В 2013 г. пациенту проведено хирургическое лечение, адъювантная лучевая терапия и назначен длительный курс иммунотерапии. Через год по поводу пигментного образования кожи волосистой части головы выполнено широкое иссечение, при гистологическом исследовании процесс верифицирован – меланома, продолжена иммунотерапия. При проведении дополнительных методов исследования отделенных метастазов не обнаружено, при иммуногистохимическом и молекулярно-биологическом исследованиях выявлено резкое угнетение иммунитета, отрицательная
It is known that particularities of microenvironment of a malignant tumor can influence its invasion and progress. Although BCSC is commonly believed to have a favourable prognosis, variants of aggressive disease course have been encountered lately. The task of this paper is comparative characteristics of factors of the local immunity in microenvironment of BCSC with various proliferation and under varied age particularities of patients. A number of distinctions according to content of local immunity factors in BCSC patients have been determined. Higher levels of proinflammatory cytokines, mostly IL-1 and IL-8, are shown in the tumor as compared to intact tissue; there is also a higher quantity of CD3+CD4+ and a lower quantity of CD3+CD8+ in the peritumoral area as compared to healthy tissue, with the tumor tissue containing more B-cells. Some differences have been found related to the proliferation of BCSC as well as to the age of the patients.
Changes in the blood and thymus of white rats with Pliss lymphosarcoma under pronounced antitumor effects of low-intensity modulated electromagnetic radiations of millimeter range (EHF EMR) were described. The factors were applied accordingly with the regimes of the activation therapy, with localization of action on the animal’s head. The treatment started 3 days before tumor transplantation and was carried out for 4 weeks. Specific antineoplastic agents were not used. Complete or partial tumor regression was noted in more than one third of the animals. The characteristics of morphofunctional state of the thymus, the parameters of white blood count, indicators of activity of lymphocyte dehydrogenases and intensity of free radical processes in the blood were evaluated. The antistress nature of changes in tumor-bearing rats under the effective actions of the factors was demonstrated. The possible connection between alterations of the studied parameters in animals with antitumor effect of different expressions with phasic processes in the immune system was discussed.
Changes in the thymus micropicture as well as in the index of the content of catecholamines in adrenal glands and of serotonin in epiphysis of white male rats with transplanted sarcoma 45 under the influence of a weak low-frequency magnetic field which was carried out in one of the regimes of activation therapy were described. The methods of histology, morphometry and fluorescence histochemistry were used. Antitumor effects of varying degrees, up to complete regression of tumors, were obtained. There were index of lymphoproliferative activity as well as signs of intercellular interactions involving tissue basophiles investigated in the thymus. The question about «serotonin-secretory» action of magnetic fields has been affected. The relations between the the depth of antitumor action of the magnetic field and the changes of adaptation status as well as the restructuring processes of the neuroendocrine and immune regulation were discussed.
Представлены результаты исследования состояния больных со злокачественными опухолями легких, включавшего изучение показателей адаптационного и психического статуса, а также типов психического реагирования на болезнь. Отмечена связь количественного показателя структуры адаптационных реакций организма с распространенностью опухолевого процесса. Описаны типы реагирования на болезнь и другие личностные характеристики обследованных пациентов. Показано отсутствие выраженной депрессии и доминирование эйфорического типа реагирования на болезнь. При этом у пациентов с резектабельным раком легких без выявленных метастазов эйфорический тип реагирования на болезнь сочетался с наиболее высокими значениями количественного показателя структуры адаптационных реакций. Сделано предположение о психофизиологической гетерогенности эйфорической реакции на болезнь и о существовании защитного психосоматического механизма, сдерживающего распространение опухолевого процесса в легких.
Biologic behaviour of malignant tumor (for example, breast carcinoma), depends upon peculiarities of its cells` properties and microenvironment. Well-known biomolecular subtypes, different in clinical course of the disease, were established on the basis of 4 receptors detected by immunohistochemical test. We carried out complex study of proliferative activity and lymphocytes` subsets in tumor and peritumoral tissue; comparative characteristics of breast carcinoma subtypes was given according to the studied criteria. Luminal A subtype was shown to be the most favourable having minimal per cent of aneuploid cells while NK-lymphocytes` content in tumor was the highest. In Her2+/neu carcinoma NK-lymphocytes` level was high in peritumoral tissue but not in tumor. High proportion of aneuploid cells was found in luminal B subtype and high content of cells in S-phase – in TNR tumors. The described difference may allow to assess breast carcinoma`s biomolecular subtypes from the new point and to set the task to use the obtained data for its prognosis.
The research of the levels of thyroxin Т4, triiodothyronineТ3, thyreotrophin and cortisol was performed among the 43 patients with breast cancer (T2N0M0, T2N1M0) – the control group, 36 patients with breast cancer (T2N0M0, T2N1M0) combined with hysteromyoma – the main group and 20 healthy controls in perimenopause. It was founded that the levels of free Т4 and Т3 were lower in the control group than among the healthy controls in all the cases. The thyreotrophin level in the blood of the patients with breast cancer in the control group ranged in normal values. The different changes in the level of thyroid hormones and thyreotrophin’s activity were indicated in the main group. Only the decreased level of Т3in various degrees was the same in the main group. The research of the glucocorticoid state among the patients with breast cancer in the control and main groups revealed the stimulation of the cortisol synthesis and secretion.
Using chemotherapy (CT) by including interferon gamma Ingaron for patients with extensive ovarian cancers favors recovering the self-organization of the blood serum, as the biological fluid turns solid-state. Frequency of recovering of the upset system and subsystem rhythms of condensation of proteins and salts grows by 9,6 times regarding the initial level, and by 2,2 times regarding the control level (CT without Ingaron). Transition from anomalous types of facies to normotypes, as well as decrease of markers of intoxication, sclerosing, inflammation and liver metabolism disorders were registered. These diagnostic tests clearly reflected the clinical finding: 5-time decrease of toxic reactions, considerable regression of the tumor and resorption of the ascitic fluid, improvement of the patients’ life quality.
The researching of the progesterone and prolactin levels in the probes of the tissue from the solid malignant breast tumors T2N0M0 and T2N1M0 and endometriumT1cN0M0 and T2N0M0, benign tumors (fibrocystic disease with nodal growth and hysteromyoma) and combined pathology with breast cancer T2N0M0 and T2N1M0 and hysteromyoma was performed in the group of postmenopausal women. The probes of intact tissue from the mammary glands and endometrium were used as a control. In all probes of the tissue from the breast tumors the prolactin level was increased but the rate of increasing was not similar with the maximum in the group of breast cancer combined with hysteromyoma. The differences in the level of prolactin were founded in the uterine tumors. The maximal level was in the tissue from hysteromyoma along and in combination with breast cancer. In the group of isolating tumors in mammary glands or endometrium the decreasing of progesterone level was in malignant tissue only. There were no changes in the hormone’s level in the probes from the benign tumors (fibrocystic disease with nodal growth and hysteromyoma) by the side of intact tissue. The decreasing of hormone’s level in 1,9 and 2,2 relatively was founded in breast cancer in combination with hysteromyoma in both probes by the side of intact tissues of mammary gland and endometrium.
