The effect of glucocorticoids (GC) on the character and dynamics of changes in various tissue elements of the ovaries were studied in an experimental model of autoimmune oophoritis using histological and histochemical techniques. The content of antiovarian antibodies (AOA) was determined in the serum of experimental animals by enzyme immunoassay. Not enough effective action of GC therapy was found on the immediate and long-term results. Dynamic decrease of AOA and normalization of the specific volumes of the generative elements were accompanied by increased follicular atresia. Most of the generative structures were destructively modified.
On the original experimental model of autoimmune oo phoritis the stages of formation and extent of destruction to structural elements of the ovary were studied, using histological and histochemical methods, the content antiovarian antibodies in the serum of experimental animals by enzyme immunoassay was determined. Autoimmune oophoritis is the step-wise character, with a gradual increase in the pathological process, which is manifested in the growth of mononuclear infiltration, restructuring steroid-producing structures, destruction of oocytes.
Estrogen-deficient state evolving after the removal of the uterus and blood disorders and innervation. In the present analytical review of the literature discusses the features of the structure and function of the ovaries in patients undergoing hysterectomy. Presents comparative data on preservation or removal of the fallopian tubes during a hysterectomy.
We analyzed indexes of reproductive health in women with functional ovarian cysts of different histotypes and treatment approaches. It was shown that primary infertility appears in women with follicular cysts. Inflammation of genital tract and complicated clinical course were often found out in the patients with yellow body cysts. Laparascopic cystectomia increased risk of functional cyst relapse during 6 month. Complicated course of functional cysts is not an indicator for a surgery. Removal of the cyst less then 3,5 sm in diameter which were first revealed during the operation in young women is not justified.
Research of morphofunctional changes of ovaries in monopolar coagulation of functional cysts using histological techniques was conducted. It is shown that the electro coagulation quickly stimulates growth of follicles, but damages generative and endocrine systems of ovaries, causes the expressed hemodynamic changes in perifocal zone. Polyoxydonium protectively influences generative apparatus of ovaries and microcirculation condition in an organ. It happens because of its immunomodulative, detoxycative, and antioxidant effects, corrects properties of receptors and stabilizes properties of membranes.
Prospective research was carried out to 57 women of reproductive age with functional ovarian cysts after laparoscopic cystectomy. It was established that each subsequent surgery of ovary leads to reduction of its volume and number of antral follicles. Antimuller hormone is the most indicative marker of ovarian reserve, and its level in a greater extent correlates with the number of antral follicles, than other indicators of ovarian reserve.
79 women of reproductive age with functional ovarian cysts were examined. Treatment was nonoperative (indimole-3-carbinol) or operative (cystectomy) with the subsequent application of Indinol within 3 months. High efficiency of the developed way of treatment in the form of authentic reduction of frequency of relapses, restoration of menstrual cycle and reproductive functions is shown.
The research of the influence of drug containing Indole-3-carbinol in combination with Kipferon on morphofunctional condition of endometrium with anomalous uterine bleedings is carried out. Ineffectiveness of hormonotherapy at pathological conditions of endometrium is specified by reduction of expression of estrogens and progesterone receptors. Suggested method is effective due to anti-inflammatory and receptocorrecting effect, and probably, is recommended in the case of simple hyperplasia in combination with chronic endometrium in the stage of preparing endometrium for hormonal therapy.
The paper presents prospective investigation of 55 women of reproductive age with functional cysts (FC). The basic group (n=35) involved women with laparoscopic cystectomies, the comparison group (n=20) were women without operative treatment. Basic clinical-laboratory parameters of reproductive health were studied. FC was shown to have complex genesis of occurrence. Clinical implications of cysts depend from their histotype. Complicated course of FC cannot be the absolute indication to operation. The laparoscopic cystectomy with gentle manipulation with ovarian tissue does not essentially influence on hormonal profile. The obtained data need further experimental and clinical investigations.
The paper presents prospective investigation of 33 women of reproductive age having functional cysts. The main group (n=17) involved women with metabolic and immunomodular treatment, the comparison group (n=20) were women with standard treatment. Clinical-laboratory features of functional cysts, indices of cellular and humoral immunity were studied. Good efficacy of immune-modulating and metabolic therapies in the treatment of functional cysts was demonstrated. Treatment with polioxydonium and mildronat lead to normalization of organism immune reactivity, correction of metabolic disturbances as a result of influence on one of major pathogenetic factors.
