It was established, that use of Tibet medicine remedy «dig-da-shi-tan» causes faster, than in control group recovery of content levels of DNA, glycogen, levels of ferments activity in hepatocytes, decrease of the fat infiltration in liver, stimulation of cellular and intracellular regeneration of organ the same as inhibition of lipid peroxidation in membrane structures.
The authors carried out morphofunctional estimation of the influence of a medicinal means of plant origin at acute toxic hepatitis in white rats on the basis histological, histochemical, histoenzymological, cytological, cytophotometrical, biochemical and statistical datas. The latter allowed the authors to reveal the basic mechanism of action of a researched means, which was in inhibition of lipids peroxidation of cells membranes and their stabilization.

The aim of the present work was to perform a morphological assessment of the cerebroprotective action of lanthanum acetate in chronic cerebral ischemia in rats. Chronic ischemia was produced in Wistar rats (weighing 160–180 g) by ligation of both common carotid arteries. Ischemic lesions were corrected by intragastric lanthanum acetate (3 mg/kg per day) throughout the experimental period. Ischemic damage to the cortex was assessed morphometrically on histological sections stained by the Nissl method. Lanthanum acetate was found to suppress the development of ischemic neuron damage in the cerebral cortex, with reductions in the numbers of hyperchromic neurons, cells with focal chromatolysis, and ghost cells, as well as an increase in the number of normochromic cells as compared with controls.

LA prevents the development of disseminated intravascular coagulation syndrome reducing the level of thrombocytopenia and deficiency of plasmatic factors; the interaction of coagulative and fibrinolytic systems is restored.
