目的:用传统中医药方剂治疗缓慢性心律失常,观察疗效,研究其机理.方法:将缓慢性心律失常病人随机分为两组,治疗组子温补心肾、活血复脉方荆口服咖黄芪针剂静滴,对照组予舒喘灵口服,观察疗效及不良反应.结果:治疗组与对照组疗效相当,治疗组不良反应明显低于对照组.结论:温补心肾、活血复脉法对缓慢性心律失常疾病有明确的疗效,值得临床推广.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect and safety of Tongluo Ningxin Oral Liquid in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.METHOD Fifty-five patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups: a treatment group of 31 patients treated with Tongluo Ningxin Oral Liquid,and a control group of 24 patients treated with Compound Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Drop Pill for a month.RESULT The total effective rate of Tongluo Ningxin Oral Liquid was 58.06%,which is similar to 58.33% found in the control group,but the markedly effective rate was 19.35%,which is much higher than 8.89% in the control group.The oral liquid is also more satisfactory in the improvement of symptoms and heart function.CONCLUSION Tongluo Ningxin Oral Liquid is safe and markedly effective in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris and can relieve myocardial ischemia.

To observe the clinical efficacy of “Yiqi Fuzhi Granule” in the treatment of vascular dementia(VD), 62 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 32 cases were treated by “Yiqi Fuzhi Granule” and control group in which 30 cases were treated by “Nao Fu Kang”, both with a course of 3 months. Results: The total effective rate was 71 8% in treatment group and 56.67% in control group, with no difference between the two rates; after treatment, the SOD activity increased and MDA level decreased in both groups (P0.05 or P0.01), but with no difference between two groups; nevertheless, “Yiqi Fuzhi Granule” had better effects than “Nao Fu Kang” in improving blood rheology (P0.05 or P0.01). It is revealed that “Yiqi Fuzhi Granule” is effective for VD.

Objective:To observe the effects of the Increasing-Energy and Renewing-Wisdom granule on vascular dementia(VD) patients. Methods:42 VD patients were divided randomly into 2 groups. The patients in treatment group administered the Iincreasing-Energy and Renewing-Wisdom granule. The patients in control group administered piracetam. All the patients were treated for 3 months. Results: The patients' scores of HDS, MMSE, Wechsler (order), MQ in the treatment group were higher than those before the study (P0.05; The patients’ scores of HDS and Wechsler (order) in the control group were also higher than those before the study (P0.05). Conclusion: The Increasing-Energy and Renewing-Wisdom granule is effective for treating VD and increasing-energy and activating-blood is a valid therapy to VD.

心力衰竭是临床常见的危重病,作为心衰的二级预防,对无症状性心力衰竭(SHF)采取干预治疗措施,可有效防止和减缓心衰的发生和发展.近2年来,我们运用补阳还五胶囊治疗SHF取得良好效果.现报告如下:
