通过XRF光谱半定量分析、单一元素定量分析和XRD鉴定了川威高钛矿渣的化学组成和矿物成分;用SEM观察了其水冲渣和膨化渣的孔隙形貌;测试了水冲渣、膨化渣的孔隙率和水化活性.结果 显示:川威高钛矿渣化学组成(28.36%CaO-26.04%SiO2-16.68%TiO2-13.80%A12O3-7.54%MgO)均匀,钛以钙钛矿CaTiO3形式单独存在,其水冲渣和膨化渣都已充分水化,孔隙率均大于40%.可考虑提钛或以微晶玻璃形式将钛进行资源化利用,水冲渣和膨化渣的多孔特性也可用来烧制轻质保温砖和透水砖.
Endowing implants with antibacterial ability and osteogenic ability plays important roles in preventing post-operative bacterial contamination and facilitating integration between implants and osseous tissue, consequently reducing implant failure rates. In this study, we develop a facile and versatile strategy with dopamine as an auxiliary for construction of dexamethasone (Dex)/liposome porous coatings. In detail, the surfaces of sulfonated polyetheretherketone (SP) plates are coated with polydopamine firstly and then modified with graphene oxide (GO) and dexamethasone (Dex)-loaded liposome, which is verified by contact angle, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), attenuated total reflection infrared (ATR), and Raman spectra. The results of our study suggest that the GO and Dex are successfully coated on the samples’ surfaces. In vitro cell attachment, growth, differentiation, and apatite deposition tests all illustrate that the substrate coated with GO and Dex can significantly accelerate the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of MC3T3 cells compared with the pristine sulfonated polyetheretherketone (PEEK). Additionally, it exhibits acceptable antibacterial activity against E. coli and S. aureus in vitro. Altogether, our results demonstrate that the modified GO- and Dex-loaded substrates are endowed with impressive biocompatibility and certain antibacterial qualities, making it possible for future application as a perspective implant material.
Phosphogypsum is used as the granulating agent and carrier for urea to prepare phosphogypsum granulated urea,then the fertilizer core is coated by paraffin,which contains Span80 5%to improve the adhesion between paraffin and the fertilizer core.The results show that: less than 35%of urea from both paraffin-coated phosphogypsum granulated urea is released in water during 28 days,suggesting that their slow-release effects have reached the national standards of the controlled-release fertilizers; Under the soil column leaching conditions,the practical application of fertilizers is simulated,and these fertilizers show the desirable urea release characteristics,which further indicate this work successfully explored a new way for the utilization of phosphogypsum and the slow release of urea.
Macrophages are abundant in the tumor microenvironment. They are highly plastic and able to acquire pro-tumoral phenotypes in response to microenvironmental stimuli. When we treated RAW 264.7 macrophages with inhibitors of various oncogenic pathways, we found that the focal adhesion kinase (FAK) inhibitors PF573228 and TAE226 could induce cell multinucleation by suppressing furrowing and cytokinesis. This failure in cytokinesis involves Rac1, whose activity is elevated by FAK inhibitors, and the p21-activated kinases, comprising the downstream effectors of Rac. We also investigated the influence of cell multinucleation on macrophage physiology in RAW 264.7 cells. This is the first study to report that FAK inhibitors suppress furrow ingression and early cytokinesis. Of note, we found that FAK inhibitors caused a dramatic increase in pro-tumoral cytokines in multinuclear cells, suggesting the potential to convert macrophages into pro-tumoral phenotypes.
After the dehydration of Guizhou ore phosphogypsum, Yunnan ore phosphogypsum and desulfurized gypsum, these hemihydrate phosphogypsum and desulfurized gypsum are hydrating granulated into porous aggregate, the coarse aggregate are cement-cladded. And then mixed them with cement and water to make concrete test blocks. The results show that: these lightweight aggregate concrete blocks are of higher phosphogypsum proportion, lightweight and thermal insulation. Their compressive strength and freeze-thaw cycle test can also come up to national standards of the wall material. This work opens a new approach with consume value and market potential for the use of phosphogypsum and desulfurized gypsum waste.
Radix Sanguisorbae, the root of Sanguisorba officinalis L. is used as traditional Chinese medicine. In recent decades, it has been reported to be clinically effective against myelosuppression induced by chemotherapy and/ or radiotherapy. However, the underlining mechanism has not been well studied. In this work, we evaluated the hematopoietic effect of total saponins from S. officinalis L. on myelosuppressive mice induced by cyclophosphamide and by60Co-γ-irradiation and confirmed the therapeutic effect. Then, we found total saponins and their characteristic constituents Ziyuglycoside I and Ziyuglycoside II can inhibit apoptosis of TF-1 cells caused by cytokine deprivation, and promote survival of mouse bone marrow nuclear cells through focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (Erk1/2) activation in vitro. In addition, they can down-regulate macrophage inflammatory protein 2 (MIP-2), platelet factor 4 (PF4) and P-selectin secretion, which are reported to be suppressive to hematopoiesis, both in vitro and in vivo. These results suggest that promotion of survival through FAK and Erk1/2 activation and inhibition of suppressive cytokines in the bone marrow is likely to be the pharmacological mechanism underlying the hematopoietic effect of saponins from S. officinalis L.
将云南磷石膏脱水筛分后水化造粒制成多孔集料,再与425水泥、砂和水混合配制成混凝土,研究了集料包壳、减水剂和养护方式对混凝土强度的影响.结果显示,集料不包壳、不加减水剂和采用湿养护,混凝土的抗压强度为5.17 MPa,可用作非承重墙体材料;用325水泥对磷石膏集料进行1∶4包壳处理,加2%聚羧酸减水剂,采用干养护,混凝土的抗压强度可提高至17.32 MPa,达到了承重墙抗压强度≥10 MPa的国家标准,可替代黏土砖用作承重墙体材料.
实验通过酸碱中和沉淀法制备纳米羟基磷灰石粉体,考察了反应温度、陈化时间和反应溶剂体系等不同工艺条件对纳米羟基磷灰石粉体的粒度分布、反应收率等的影响。实验结果表明:球磨工序不影响粉体的粒度分布;分散剂可以有效改善粉体粒度的分布;综合考虑羟基磷灰石粉体的粒度、反应收率和反应效率,确定酸碱中和沉淀法制备纳米羟基磷灰石的反应时间为60 min、反应温度为60℃、陈化时间为1h。
以贵州矿磷石膏为原料,加入适量烧结助剂,通过模压成型和高温烧结制成陶瓷试样.结果显示,添加质量分数5%的烧结助剂,可使陶瓷试样的抗折强度由2.19 MPa增至29.23 MPa,达到了陶瓷墙地砖中细炻砖的国家标准.
欧盟作为全球最大的植物药市场,是中药产品进军国际市场的重要目标.根据欧盟现行法规,中药产品可以食品补充剂、药品、化妆品和医疗器械的形式进入欧盟市场.通过对食品补充剂、药品固有应用(WEU)和药品传统应用(TU)申请等中药产品的主要上市途径以及相关欧盟法规进行简要解析,明确中药产品在欧盟上市的可行途径,以期为国内有志开拓欧盟市场的中药企业提供一定借鉴.
For exploring the new ways of phosphogypsum as building materials,the sintering performance of byproduct phosphogypsum of Hubei,Guizhou,Yunnan phosphate rock and analytical grade gypsum are studied. The results show that the sintering performance of four kinds of gypsum is different, by adding the sintering additives with the amount of 2% to phosphogypsum,the sintering performance of three kinds of phosphogypsum is substantially improved and the maximum compressive strength is up to(39.970± 3.026) MPa, which shows that the phosphogypsum can be completely sintered for brick bearing walls in line with national standard.

The chemical composition of herbal medicines is very complex, and their therapeutic effects are determined by multi-components with sophisticated synergistic and/or suppressive actions. Therefore, quality control of herbal medicines has been a formidable challenge. In this work, we describe a fast analytical method that can be used for quality assessment of herbal medicines. The method is based on ligand fishing using human-serum-albumin-functionalized magnetic nanoparticles (HSA-MNPs) and mass spectrometry. To demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method, eight samples of Dioscorea panthaica were analyzed. The sampled plants were of both wild and cultivated origins. They grew at different geographical locations and were harvested at different times. The ligands bound to HSA-MNPs were isolated from the plant extracts and detected by using direct infusion electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (DI–ESI–MS). Chemical identity has been confirmed for five of the ligands isolated. From more than 15 peaks in the ESI–MS spectrum, 11 common peaks were selected for calculating the correlation coefficient and cosine ratio. The values of correlation coefficient and cosine ratio were >0.9824 and >0.9988, respectively, for all the samples tested. The results indicated a high level of similarity among the eight D. panthaica samples. Compared with chromatographic fingerprint analysis, the proposed HSA-MNP-based DI–ESI–MS/MS approach was not only fast and easy to carry out but also biological-activity-oriented, promising a more effective data interpretation and thus reliable assessment conclusions.
Nano-hydroxyapatite is a typical bioactive material which is widely applied in the medical field.In recent years,it is discovered that nano-hydroxyapatite,when used as a filling in the toothpaste,is very helpful in preventing tooth decay and periodontal disease.In this experiment,double decomposition precipitation method is used to prepare nano-hydroxyapatite power,chemical analysis is used to determine n(Ca)/n(P),laser particle size analyzer is used to determine the particle size distribution,and influence by different reaction conditions on the powder particle size is studied.The research findings show that,the reaction temperature has influence on the crystallinity of the product,but has small influence on the particle size distribution;different feeding methods have small influence on the particle size distribution;rapid agitating will help to get a powder with better particle size distribution;slow feeding rate is more helpful in preparing a powder with better particle size distribution;appropriate calcination has influence on the crystal phase and crystallinity,but has small influence on the particle size distribution.
The collagen I was made with the dialysis method of enzymolysising the pig skin, and the static deposition in vitro of calcium phosphate was comparative studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) under the condition of pH7. 4, Ca/P 1.67 and whether adding the collagen I into the system. Then the chemical composition of the sedimentary product and the diversification of the collagen I 's IR and Raman spectra (RS) before and after the mineralization were analyzed. The results showed that,under the physiological pH condition that there was not any collagen I, though Ca/P reached up to 1.67, the sedimentary product was CaHPO4 x 2H2O yet, however, after adding collagen I into the system, the bone-like apatite was deposited, which proved that collagen I indeed had the effects on the inducing of the bone-like apatite's mineralization in vitro; there was obviously mutual coordination action between collagen I and its mineralization product--bone-like apatite, which caused that amide peak I red-shifted, amide peak II and amide peak III decreased significantly or disappeared on the IR of collagen I, which maybe was the mechanism that how collagen I induced the depositing of the bone-like apatite.
The method of producing hydroxyapatite is introduced and there is especially important emphasize on its present study which is produced by the method of chemical precipitation,and some views are listed which is of expecting to the development of the whole of industry of nano-hydroxyaptite in this text.
