目的:观察氨茶碱对COPD大鼠瘦素、TNF-α的作用。方法:45只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、COPD组、治疗组。复制COPD动物模型,治疗组制作模型第4天用氨茶碱(10mg/kg.d)[1、2]腹腔注射治疗。所有大鼠均于第30天处死。检测各组大鼠血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液中Leptin、TNF-α的含量;免疫组化半定量计数肺组织中Leptin及TNF-α的表达,比较各组大鼠体重差值比较。结果:COPD组血清和肺组织中Leptin、TNF-α含量较对照组有显著性增高(P<0.01)。治疗组与COPD组相比Leptin、TNF-α含量有显著性降低(P<0.01)。COPD组大鼠体重差值与对照组相比有显著的减少(P<0.01)。治疗组较COPD组有显著的增加(P<0.01)。结论:小剂量氨茶碱可以抑制COPD模型组Leptin、TNF-α的活性,减轻COPD炎症反应,抑制低体重的发生,改善营养状态。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of pyridine in cetylpyridinium chloride ophthalmic solution. Methods: The separation was performed on a capillary column which was a copolymer of 5% diphenyl-95% diphenyl siloxane as stationary phase.Column temperature was 35℃for 5 minutes.Then it increased to 115℃in rate of 8℃per minute.Carrier gas was nitrogen. Injector and detector were set at 120℃and 260℃respectively. Results:Pyridine and contamination could be completely separated with the established method. It was a linear correlation between the peak area and the concentration in concentration range of 0.492~9.84μg/ml.The recovery was 99.8%(n=9).RSD is 4.9%(n=6). Conclusion: The established method was accurate, simple and is suitable for determination of pyridine in cetylpyridinium chloride ophthalmic solution.

This paper analyzes the impact of the main parameters of the algorithm on the search direction,and analyzes the application of particle swarm optimization algorithm in truss structure optimization design.Particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm are used to solve two truss structure optimization design example,the calculated results of the two algorithms are compared,and the calculation results show that under the premise that meet the same accuracy,particle swarm optimization algorithm is more efficient.Therefore,the structure optimization design based on the particle swarm algorithm is practical.

Objective:To identify and determine the impurities in amlodipine beslyate tablets.Methods:The main impurities in amlodipine beslyate tablets were identified with LC-MS,NMR and chromatographic methods.Then the main impurities were determined with C18 column as stationary phase and buffer(pH 3.0)-methanol-acetontrile 50∶35∶15 as mobile phase.Results:The main impurity in amlodipine beslyate tablets was proved to be the dehydration product of amlodipine(Impurity A,IM A).IM A could be completely separated with the established method.It was a linear correlation between the area and the concentration in the range of 0.5~10.0 μg / ml.The Limit of Quantification of the method was 10 ng / ml,recovery was 98.2%(n = 9) and the RSD of the method was 0.2%(n = 6).Conclusion:The main impurity in amlodipine beslyate tablets was IM A.The established method is accurate,simple and is suitable for determination of IM A in amlodipine beslyate tablets.
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method to simultaneous determine three components in compound tinidazole carrier suppositories.METHODS A Diamonsil-C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used;the mobile phase was the mixture of methanol-water-triethylamine(60∶40∶0.5)(adjusted by phosphoric acid to pH 4.0),the flow rate was 1.0 mL?min?1,the UV detector was operated at 260 nm,injection volume was 20 μL;column temperature was 25 ℃.RESULTS The linear ranges of three components in compound tinidazole carrier suppositories tinidazole,clotrimazole,chlorhexidine acetate were 40–??600,32–480,1.6–24 μg?mL?1(r=0.999 9).The average recoveries respectively were 99.81%,100.2%,100.3%,and RSDs respectively were 0.37%,0.2% and 0.4%(n=9).CONCLUSION This method can simultaneously determine three components.It is easy and fast with accurate and reliable results.
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of adenosine and allopurinol in organ preserving solution. METHODS:HPLC method was used. The determination was performed on Lichrospher C18 column with methanol-50mmol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate(20 ∶80)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 260 nmand injection volume was 20 μL;external standard method was adopted. RESULTS:The linear range of adenosine was 0.03~0.3mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 98.58%~100.19%(RSD=0.44%);that of allopurinol was 0.003~0.03 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 98.32%~100.18%(RSD=0.55%). CONCLUSION:The method is accurate,reliable and convenient to determine the contents of adenosine and allopurinol in organ preservation solution.
Desorption Electrospray Ionization(DESI),a newly developed ionization method,is the combination of electrospray and desorption ionization.Samples can be determinated without pretreatment and under ambient conditions.Therefore,DESI is an efficient,selective,and sensitive method.The present paper reviewed the ionization mechanisms,latest instrument development,characteristics and applications of DESI.
OBJECTIVE:To prepare the Compound tinidazole carrier suppositories (CTS) and investigate the quality of it.METHODS:CTS were prepared with tinidazole,clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate as main components using glycerogelatinas matrix;the contents of 3 components were determined by HPLC;the dissolution test of suppositories in vitro was conducted bypaddle method with hydrochloric acid as medium,and the dissolution parameters Td and m were calculated and tested. The stability of suppositories was detected in 6-month accelerated test. RESULTS:The contents of sample were in line with the standard;there was no significant difference in the interior-group and inter-group(P0.05);and no obvious change was found in stability test within 6 months. CONCLUSION:CTS are reasonable in formulation,feasible in technology and stable in quality.
Objective To study the in vitro antibiotic activity of the complex prescription tinidazole carrier suppository against anaerobic bacteria,fungus and bacterium.Methods Make the complex prescription tinidazole carrier suppository,and ensure its quality accord with the suppository demands in 2005 edition Chinese Pharmacopoeias.With the complex prescription carrier suppositories,metronidazole,tinidazole,clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate as contrast,MIC of compound tinidazole carrier suppositories against anaerobic bacteria,fungus and bacterium were determined with agar dilution method.Results The complex prescription carrier suppositories showed a strong antibiotic activity against bacteroides fragilis,staphylococcus aureus(SA),escherichia coli,and candida albicans,with MIC at 0.0625,16,128,16 μg·mL-1.For bacteroides fragilis,MIC in complex prescription tinidazole carrier suppositories was lower than that of the complex prescription carrier suppositorys.Antibacterial test of one-component showed the three constituents had a satisfactory synergistic action.Conclusions Complex tinidazole carrier suppositories have a broad spectrum and efficient antiseptic effect for gynecological inflammation.
Objective To study antibiotic activity of compound tinidazole carrier supositories against anaerobic bacteria,fungus and bacterium in vitro.Methods Compared with the results of the complex prescription carrier suppositeries,metronidzaole,tinidazole,coltrimaxole and chlorhexidine acetate,the minimum inhibitary concentrations(MIC)of compound tinidazle carrier suppolitories against anaerobic bacteria,fungus and bacterium were determined with agar dilution method.Results Compound tinidazole carrier suppositories showed a strong antibiotic activity against Bacteroides fragilis.Fusobacterium mucleatum,Peptostreptococcus anaerobius,Staphylococcus aureus(SA),Escherichia coli,Pseudomousa aeruginosa,gonococcus and Candia albicans,with MIC of 0.0625,0.5,0.125,16,128,64,8,16μg/mL,respectively.For Bacteroides Fragilis,Fusobacterium mucleatum,Peptostreptococus anaerobius,the MIC of compound tinidazole carrier suppositories was lower than that of the complex prescription carder suppository.Conclusion Tinidazole carrier suppository is of broad antibiotic spectrum,high activity in vitro and low toxicity in gynecological inflamation treatment.

Bored perfusion pile foundation of electric transmission line projects is concealed project and there are many factors impacting on the quality of pile.Broken pile is the major quality problem of bored perfusion pile foundation that difficult to control.If it was not effectively controlled,it will result in quality risks of the project,and most likely evolve to a quality accident,that is to say because of weak carrying capacity,it may lead to subsidence of the tower legs and tilted or even inverted of the tower.This paper makes a brief analysis on the quality problem:broken pile of electric transmission line project bored pile foundation,and proposes the main corresponding prevention and treatment measures to effectively control the broken pile.
