以西藏草莓为试材,以大果草莓“甜查理”为对照(简称栽培草莓),采用对比分析法研究了西藏草莓表型及品质性状,以期为今后西藏草莓的资源利用工作奠定基础.结果 表明:西藏草莓平均单果质量、平均纵径和平均横径均低于对照,品种间差异极显著(P<0.01,n=30),但果形指数品种间差异不显著;可溶性固形物含量品种间差异显著(P<0.05,n=5),可溶性酸含量及维生素C含量品种间差异极显著(P<0.01,n=5),可溶性糖含量品种间差异不显著(P>0.05,n=5);综合表型性状和果实品质性状建立投影寻踪模型进行量化分析发现,西藏草莓果实品质函数投影值远低于对照.与对照相比,西藏草莓果实偏酸,风味特殊,但果实综合质量较差,今后可作为风味草莓育种材料来开发利用.
温度、水、肥等环境条件对蕨麻块根膨大程度及形态都有影响,西藏那曲、林芝地区的蕨麻,其生长性状差异较大.(目的)为了对蕨麻的适生区域进行评定,以西藏那曲、林芝地区试验田为研究对象,(方法)运用对比方法,从影响蕨麻块根生长特性的环境要素出发,开展了西藏蕨麻引种试验.(结果)结果表明,在那曲市原位移栽的蕨麻经过2年左右的人工栽培管理后,其产量显著高于林芝市的引种移栽处理,且其管理简单,经济投入少,以致经济效益指标和与蕨麻块根口感直接相关的总糖含量指标远高于林芝引种移栽处理.(结论)因此,蕨麻适合在那曲市进行人工栽培,从经济上考虑,不适合在林芝市进行.

为探明工布乌头种子的萌发特性,研究了不同温度、光照和播种深度处理对工布乌头种子萌发的影响.结果表明:温度和播种深度显著影响工布乌头种子的发芽势,适宜发芽温度为25℃,适宜播种深度为2.0 cm,光照处理对工布乌头种子萌发无明显影响.
试验采用对比方法研究3种处理(SF革浆地膜覆膜处理、PF塑料地膜覆膜处理、CK不覆盖)下玉米的生长效果.结果表明:覆膜处理可以提高土壤的湿度与含水量,各处理的土壤湿度与土壤含水量比较PF> SF> CK.覆膜处理改善了土壤生态环境对植株生长有明显的促进作用.由于PF完全物理阻隔了土壤与空气之间水热交换所以保水保温效果优于SF,所以从植株的生长状况比较发现,各处理植株的株高、茎粗都表现为PF>SF>CK,各处理差异不显著(P>0.05,n=6).植株根长也表现为:PF>SF> CK,但各处理差异不显著(P>0.05,n=6),各处理植株的根冠比为PF>CK >SF.由于草浆地膜具有保水保温效果,促进玉米幼苗生长,因此在生产中值得推广应用.
采用植物学分析方法对墨脱地区所采集的野生白果草莓进行植物学性状鉴定,并运用对比分析方法对果实质量进行了分析和定量评价.结果表明:所采集的野生白果草莓为西藏草莓(F.nubicola Lindl),与栽培上常用的大果草莓“甜查理”相比,西藏草莓平均单果重、纵径、横径和果形指数等表型指标,以及平均可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性酸含量、糖酸比和维生素C含量等果实品质指标均极显著或显著低于对照,而且平均总糖含量也明显低于对照;综合各表型性状和果实品质性状建立投影寻踪(PP)模型进行量化分析,墨脱西藏草莓果实品质函数投影值为0.8751,远低于对照的3.2907.由此说明,在品质上墨脱西藏草莓果实品质与生产上常见的大果草莓品种相距甚远,今后可作为白果草莓育种材料和草莓抗性育种材料.
In order to explore fruit quality of wild strawberry in Tibet, wildFragaria moupinensis in Linzhi were chosen as the study materials, and the big fruit strawberries ‘Sweet Charlie’ in the local were chosen as control materials. Single fruit mass, fruit shape index, soluble solid content, soluble sugar content, titration acid content, sugar-acid ratio and vitamin C content were measured and analyzed, and the comprehensive characters were evaluated and analyzed by using projection pursuit technology. The results showed that the phenotype indexes inF. moupinensis fruits were signiifcantly lower than the control (P<0.01,n=30), expect fruit shape index. The quality indexes inF. moupinensisfruits were lower signiifcantly than the control (P<0.01,n=5), and the total acid content inF. moupinensisfruit was signiifcantly higher than the control (P<0.01,n=5), but there were no obvious differences between the soluble sugar content and vitamin C content in the two kinds fruits (P>0.05,n=5). The results of PPE model analysis showed, projection values ofF. moupinensis was 1.1804, which was lower than the control (4.098 2). These results indicated that theF. moupinensis fruit was a little acidic, and it tasted better, but its commercial property was poorer, while the control strawberry fruit was more sweet, which had good taste and good commercial property. So quality ofF. moupinensis fruit was limited compared with CK, which could be used as the breeding material forlfavor fruit.
运用对比方法对于来自不同区域的藏杏果实综合性状进行研究,并运用投影寻踪技术对不同区域的藏杏果实品质质量性状进行评价.结果表明:不同分布地点的藏杏果实成熟期果实颜色均为淡黄色,果实横径、纵径差异不大,而在单果重、果形指数上差异较大,L、S、D样点藏杏果实平均单果质量分别为36.41、37.72、38.26 9,果形指数分别为0.99、0.89、0.90;除了样点L的可溶性固形物含量和糖酸比指标显著高于样点S、D外(P<0.05),其他样点的藏杏果实品质指标(含水量、可溶性总糖、可滴定酸、Vc含量)差异不显著(P>0.05).根据最大投影值下的最佳投影方向分析,明确果形指数(0.5402)、糖酸比(0.4603)、可溶性固形物含量(0.4576)、可溶性总糖含量(0.4286)等4个指标在藏杏果实品质质量评价中起主要作用;综合评价结果表明样点L果实风味好,果形优良,品质质量函数投影值(1.8092)最高;其次为样点D,投影值为0.6976;样点E投影值为0.6758,名列最后.
农产品加工工艺学是食品科学与工程专业的核心课程和主干课程之一,专业应用性较强,在教学上要更加突出实验教学.主要从实验教学目标与任务、实验教学内容计划设置、实验教学要求三方面进行探讨,旨在为该课程实验教学水平的提高提供借鉴.
针对以往在水稻品种审定过程中稻米品质评价方法存在人为权重赋值误差,以及简便计算等方面的不足的问题,应用一种新的稻米品质质量综合评价方法,对2006年吉林省区试水稻品种品质质量进行评价,为今后有针对性地采取对应措施提高吉林省的稻米品质质量提供参考.根据国家相关稻米品质标准,运用基于遗传算法的投影寻踪等级评价模型(PPE)进行稻米品质质量综合评价.评价结果表明,参加水稻区域试验的18个中早熟水稻品种稻米品质质量整体水平不高,除了5个品种稻米品质等级为2级稻米外,其它品种均为3级或4级,稻米垩白、碱消值和胶稠度指标是影响稻米品质质量的主要因子.各品种稻米品质质量等级的经验值与PPE计算值之间的平均绝对误差仅为0.1325,PPE模型精度较高;改善稻米垩白、碱消值和胶稠度性状应成为今后吉林省稻米品质育种工作重点.
In order to utilize strawberry germplasm resources in Tibet effectively .The strawberry germplasm re-sources in Motuo were investigated and collected ,and its distribution characteristics were expounded ,and taxo-nomic characters were observed ,described and their classification were studied by comparison .The results showed that these wild strawberries were classified into 2 species ,which were Fragariamoupinensis(Franch) Card .and F .nubicola Lindl .The dichotomous key of the native species was emendated ,and the genus records was replenished for the Fragaria genus in Tibet .The flora of Motuo in Tibet was listed over again ,more com-prehensively and accurately than before .
从蕨麻块根育苗、田间管理、病虫害防治以及收获等方面,阐述了蕨麻栽培过程中的相关技术方法,以为蕨麻人工高效栽培提供技术指导。
以姜汁、牛奶、白砂糖、红茶粉为原料,实验了姜汁甜茶的加工工艺.对姜汁的添加量进行单因素实验,以西藏传统甜茶基础配方为参考依据,主要从色泽、香气、滋味等方面进行感官评价,设计正交试验,确定最佳配方.经过优化,制出风味独特的姜汁甜茶,配方为姜汁14%、奶粉40%、白砂糖6%、红茶粉2%,产品的色泽、气味、口感和组织状态最佳,既保留了西藏传统甜茶特有的芳香甜润,又新增添了姜的清淡辛香.
A controlled experiment was designed to investigate the effects of different burial depth on seed germination and seeding emergence of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum. Seeds of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum were artificially buried at 2,3,4 and 5 cm depth in plastic pots. The results showed that burial depth had significant effects on seed emergence,seed germination,plant height,number of leaf. The experiment revealed that the seed emergence were 79. 6% and 83. 2%,seed germination were 82. 78% and 85. 57%,plant height were4. 12 cm and 3. 67 cm,number of leaves were 2. 23 and 2. 11,respectively at 3 cm and 4 cm burial depth,which were higher than these indices at 2 cm and 5 cm burial depth significantly,but the index of seed germination. It can be concluded that the suitable burial depth for Sinopodophyllum hexandrum was from 3 cm to4 cm.
The germplasm resources of pedunculate herpetospermum in Tibet were investigated and collected,and its distribution characteristics were expounded in the recent years,which taxonomic characters were observed and described,and their classification were studied by using botany research methods.These wild pedunculate herpetospermum were classified into 3 species according to the study,which were Herpetospermum pedunculosum(Ser.) Baill.,Thladiantha setispina A.M.Lu et Z.Y.Zhang,Edgaria darjeelingensis C.B.Clarke,and the genus records was replenished for the pedunculate herpetospermum genus in Tibet at The flora of Tibet and listed over again,
RAPD and morphological analysis were carried out on 11 strawberry in Sejila Mountain of Tibet. The fingerprints of 11 genotypes were generated using RAPD method.The results showed that 10 primers were screened from 42 arbitrary primers,the average coefficient was 0.95,which ranged from 0.91 to 0.99, suggesting that there was a poor genetic polymorphism among them.RAPD technique could not find the genetic polymorphic diversity for the Fragaria moupinensis(Franch) Card in Sejila Mountain of Tibet,which was not a good method to study the genetic relationship of strawberry under different altitude in Sejila Mountain of Tibet.
In order to determine more applied measurement method of leaf area of Herpetospermum pedunculosum,the comparison between the digital image method and the leaf area meter method was conducted.The results showed that the precision of the digital image method which average relative error was 2.1 %,was lower significantly(P<0.05)than that of the leaf area meter method which average relative error was 6.2 %.and the digital image method which was put forward in this paper,was a good measurement because it's simple manipulation,cheap cost,better practicability.Based on practical application and the analysis of precision assessment,its measurement accuracy could also satisfy the precision demand.So the digital image method was reliable to be one of the methods in studying the leaf area of tomato in future.
