在传统的英语课堂中,老师是课堂的主体,通过讲课以及听录音,让学生们学习知识.但是在这样的课堂模式中,学生是非常被动的.近几年来,我国对于英语教育的重视程度不断提高,投入力度也不断加大.[1]但即使这样,我国大学生英语成绩并没有明显起色.被动式的教学模式无法让大学生真正的摆脱英语困境,反而会让大学生对英语的学习兴趣逐渐降低.为了改变目前的困境,各大高校要加强多媒体网络技术在大学英语教学中的运用,实现大学英语教学的突破式发展.

我国是全球IELTS考生最多的国家之一,但据雅思网站近年的统计数据显示,我国内地考生的雅思考试成绩很不理想,在全球排名靠后.这充分说明当前我国英语教学存在诸多问题.我国的大学英语口语教学应积极借鉴雅思口语测试的理念和方法,把英语教学和语言运用能力培养有机结合起来,从教学方法、文化教学、评价体系等方面积极开展英语教学改革,以有效提高学生的语言应用能力.

Considering a variety of advantages and disadvantages of different control methods,this paper proposes a new ellipse-based generalized dynamic fuzzy neural network(GD-FNN)intelligent control method of photovoltaic cells based on the principle of the maximum power point tracking(MPPT).By controlling the output voltage of photovoltaic cells by means of regulating the duty cycle of PWM based on GD-FNN algorithm,it can achieve impedance matching and energy optimization.The simulation results show that this control method can effectively follow-up the maximum power of the battery,w hat's more,it has good stability.

In view of the structures and features of transmission lines consisting of overhead lines and power cables,a new accurate fault location scheme based on distribution parameter model of combined transmission lines is presented.The method can discriminate the fault whether happened in overhead lines or power cables,then the fault location can be determined by using the transmission lines parameter and post-fault voltages and currents from the two terminals.The simulation results of EMTP and the data processing of Matlab show that this algorithm is of high accuracy and does not require the synchronized data of two terminals,and it isn't affected by fault resistance,fault type and fault location.The strategy of circuit breaker operation can be decided based on the results of the precise location.The test result shows that it is valid and efficient.

民间调解不仅能缓解地方诉讼压力、减少讼累,而且有利于基层社会的稳定。清末民初,在民间社会的主动探求与官方引导的合力作用下,民间调解由自发和无序逐步开始了程序化、制度化,并由县城逐步向乡场等更低层社会组织渗透与扩展,最终成为基层社会一种稳定的民事管理机制。考察清末民初民间调解秩序的"实践历史"及发展动力,对于完善当下社会协调机制,尤其是基层社会的自治管理具有借鉴意义。
