光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)是一种非侵入性治疗,通过光敏剂在一定波长的可见光照射下发生化学效应达到治疗效果,具有不易产生耐药性、高度选择性、低毒微创性等优点,在抗癌和皮肤病临床治疗的应用前景备受关注.PDT作为一种新型抗菌疗法,对于口腔细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染效果确切,且能克服口腔疾病治疗中机械手段无法彻底清除致病微生物、易引起耐药菌、安全性欠佳等难点,为口腔疾病治疗提供了新思路.本文就PDT的基本原理、构成及在口腔各类常见致病微生物杀伤效果的研究成果进行综述和展望.
Objective To get more formation mechanisms of dental fluorosis to observe structure of mice incisor ameloblast.Methods Develop the mice dental fluorosis model.Observe the change of ultrastructure of ameloblast by means of transmission electron microscope.Ruselts TEM showed that the ultrastructure of ameloblasts on the test groups was changed:the number of organelle was decreased,mitochondria were tumid,Some cells displayed induce apoptosis.Conclusion Fluoride can effect the ultrastracture which is related with dental fluorosis.
