It is common that the as-sintered bulk ceramics or powders undergo mechanical and/or heat treatment for further investigating the structure or properties. However, if their structures change during these procedures, it would mislead their structure-properties relation and subsequently lead to the wrong design of the desired ceramic products. In this work, we reported the mechanical/heat treatment effect on the structures of AgNbO3-based antiferroelectric/ferroelectric (AFE/FE) materials. The results revealed that the structure of AgNbO3-based systems with chemical compositions close to/in the AFE/FE phase boundary strongly depends on the history of polishing/grinding and/or annealing processing. Manual polishing/grinding (or milling) ceramic bulk/powders can induce a phase transition from AFE(Pbcm) to FE(R3c), and the transition can be reversed via the heat treatment, which is intimately related to a temperature-driven phase transformation having a metastable AFE phase. Our finding thus provides new insight into phase transitions in AgNbO3-based systems, suggesting that the proper parameters of processing need to be considered to enable the development of an understanding of structure-property relationships in ceramic materials.
Objective To explore the relationship between social isolation ( SI) and relationship quality(RQ) of college couples at individual and matching level. Methods The SI and average RQ of 187 college couples were surveyed,and a quadratic polynomial regression with response surface analysis was used to conduct the cross-sectional study. Results The scores of SI were ( 1.81± 0.89) in males and ( 1.71 ± 0.80) in females,while the score of average RQ was ( 5.34 ± 0.89).SI had a negative linear correlation (male:r=-0.21,P<0.01; female:r=-0.17,P<0.05) and a U-shaped correlation (male:β=0.163,P<0.01;female:β=0.186,P<0.01) with RQ.When SI of the two partners was similar,their matching predicted RQ negatively (β=-0.62,P<0.01) and had a U-shaped correlation (β=0.25,P<0.01) with RQ,but when they were not,their matching only had a U-shaped correlation (β=0.45,P<0.01) with RQ.Conclusion Individ-uals in a relationship or couples may have higher RQ when SI is high.When the couple’s SI is quite differ-ent,the bigger the difference,the higher RQ might be.
Reservoir solid bitumen is pervasive throughout the Sinian Dengying Formation dolomites of the Sichuan Basin and neighboring areas, yet its origin remains controversial. Optical and scanning electron microscope (SEM) studies of the Dengying Formation were carried out to elucidate the nature and origin of the solid bitumen. Solid bitumen in dissolution pores, intercrystal pores, and stylolites appears to have formed in association with regional hydrocarbon charging processes. Reservoir solid bitumen displays a variety of morphologies, each of which appears to reflect different precursor hydrocarbons. Massive/crust-like solid bitumen was probably derived from solid precursors whereas finger-like solid bitumen likely evolved from liquid precursors. Sheet-like and thin skinned globular solid bitumen appeared to have precipitated from wet gas precursors. Analyzed solid bitumen is characterized by high random reflectance (average = 3.4%) and bireflectance values (4.2–6.9%), exhibits strong optical anisotropy, and displays different coke structures, including granular mosaic, domain, and fibrous. The coke textures, which appear to reflect the nature of bitumen precursors, formed by physical coalescence of mesophase spheres and parallel arrangement of laminated aromatic sheets in association with a rapid heating event. The inferred thermal episode, which is evidenced by the presence of hydrothermal minerals, including saddle dolomite, quartz, authigenic illite, and barite, may have been associated with the Late Permian eruption of the Emeishan Traps. Thus, widespread solid bitumen in the Dengying Formation reflects the effects of hydrothermal alteration rather than the impact of normal burial-related thermal maturation. Further, the close association of sold bitumen and authigenic kaolinite indicates that natural deasphalting plays a role in the formation of reservoir solid bitumen.
Subduction initiation is an essential process in magmatic and tectonic evolution of the Earth and plays an important role in plate tectonics. During subduction initiation, four main geological units are formed, namely; magmatic episodes with various geochemical characteristics, supra-subduction zone (SSZ) ophiolites, metamorphic soles and boninitic magmatism with associated chromitite deposits. The Tethyan orogenic belt has been attracting a great deal of attention for a long time as it preserves an excellent record of plate tectonic processes. The southern Turkey occupies part of this belt, and preserves well-defined SSZ ophiolites and associated metamorphic soles, which are considered as the remnants of the Neo-Tethyan oceanic plate between the Eurasian and Arabian continental plates. These geological records of subduction initiation in southern Turkey are summarized as following : 1) mantle-derived magmatic rocks are widely developed and show large compositional variations from MORB-like, through transitional to boninitic; 2) most ophiolites and their associated metamorphic soles are well preserved and contain complex mafic dykes systems, indicating multiple episodes of magmatic activities; 3) the metamorphic soles commonly underlie the ophiolites and their metamorphic histories are coeval to the formation of the ophiolites; 4) numerous chromitite deposits occur in the mantle and crustal sequences of the ophiolites and span a wide range of compositions from high-Cr, intermediate to high-Al types, most likely in response to various magmatic events. Thus, these well-characterized geological massifs record the entire formation to subduction process of the Neo-Tethyan ocean.
Genesis of chromittie deposit in ophiolites has been debated for a long time.It is commonly related to host ophiolite, chromite occurrence,simple mineral assemblage and simple mineral chemistry,and unusual and complicated mineral inclu-sions.To constrain the genesis of chromite,a study on Fe and Mg isotopes of mantle peridotite and chromitite from Purang and Luobusa ophiolites in Tibet and K1z1ldaˇg and Kop ophiolites in Turkey is conducted.The results reveal that(1)mantle perido-tite of ophiolites has uniform Fe and Mg isotope compositions,falling in the same range of worldwide peridotite;(2)chromite and olivine in chromitite show large Fe and Mg isotope fractionations with overall lower δ56Fe and higher δ26Mg in chromite than olivine;(3)Fe and Mg isotope fractionations between chromite and olivine are mainly controlled by fractional crystalliza-tion and subsolidus Fe and Mg exchanges in two opposite processes.Therefore,Fe and Mg isotopes have great potentials to trace origin and nature of parental magmas of chromitite and crystallization and precipitation of chromite.
Objective To explore the influence of lovers''communication patterns and matching on their depression symptoms. Methods 300 pairs of dating couple were recruited from nine universities in Hebei,Henan,Beijing and Shanghai by convenience sampling principle. They were asked to fulfill the com-munication patterns questionnaire-short form and center for epidemiologic studies depression scale.Polynomial regression model with response surface method was adopted to analyze the results. Results ( 1) The scores of demands/withdraw,completely avoid,constructive communication of boys and girls were (3.93±1.10,4.10 ±1.09)(6.65±1.70,6.49±1.74)(3.85±1.70,4.02±1.98),and the scores of depression of boys and girls were (1.60±0.42,1.61±0.42).Boys depression was significantly positive correlated with its own demands/withdraw communication( r=0.222, P<0.01),and significantly positive correlated with girls demands/with-draw communication ( r=0.118, P< 0.05).Girls depression was significantly negative correlated with con-structive communication of their own( r=-0.407, P<0.01),and significantly negative correlated with the boys constructive communication ( r=-0.306, P<0.01). (2)Demand/withdraw communication could predict their own depression positively both for males and females( t=5.489,b=0.267, P<0.01, t=2.538,b=0.138, P<0.05).Constructive communication could predict depression negatively both for males and females( t=-5.158,b=0.382, P<0.01;t=-4.539,b=0.299, P<0.001 ).Males'' avoidance communication pattern could predict their own depression positively( t=1.918,b=0.174, P<0.05).(3)Males''constructive communication scores could predict females'' depression negatively( t=-3.306,b=0.189, P<0.01 ).(4)The consistency of communication pattern could influence couples'' depression. Conclusion Constructive communication con-tributes to lovers'' mental health and reduce the probability of their depression;Demand/withdraw communi-cation and avoidance communication increase their depression risk.
Objective To explore the relationship between big-five personality,and public mood of volunteers,and to find out the moderator effect of justice sensitivity.Methods A total of 1 022 volunteers were investigated.The Big-Five Inventory (BFI),Public Mood Scale (PMS),Justice Sensitivity Inventory (JSI) were applied to all subjects.Results The average score was (19.77±4.49) for extraversion,(26.69± 4.13) for agreeableness,(23.33±5.37) for conscientiousness,(12.49±4.91) for neuroticism,(24.95±5.44)for openness,(8.78±3.23) for positive public mood,(3.46±3.06) for negative public mood and correlated with (26.85± 10.55) for observer sensitivity.The extraversion,agreeableness,conscientiousness and openness were correlated with positive public mood(β=0.31,P<0.01;β=0.25,P<0.01;β=0.29,P<0.01;β=0.26,P<0.0 1),and negatively correlated with public mood (β=-0.14,P<0.01;β=-0.29,P<0.01;β=-0.20,P<0.01;β=-0.08,P<0.01).Neuroticism was negatively correlated with positive public mood (β=-0.27,P<0.01),and positively correlated with negative public mood (β=0.31,P<0.01).The interaction effect of agreeableness and observer sensitivity negatively correlated with positive public mood,negative public mood (β=-0.09,P<0.01;β=-0.07,P<0.05).The interaction effect of neuroticism and observer sensitivity was positively correlated with positive public mood (β=0.08,P<0.01).Conclusion Observer sensitivity plays a regulative role between big-five personality and mental health,and can slow the negative impact of low agreeableness to positive public mood,strengthen the impact of low agreeableness to negative public mood,and slow the negative impact of high neuroticism to positive public mood.
The solubility and ferroelectric properties of (A(x)La(1-x))(2)Ti2O7 (A = Sm and Eu) solid solutions were investigated. The crystallographic structure of the solid solutions was studied using X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy. The solubility limits of Eu and Sm in (A(x)La(1-x)) 2Ti2O7 were found to be greater than x = 0.5 and 0.8, respectively. The solid solutions had a monoclinic perovskite-like layered structure (PLS), similar to that of the pure La2Ti2O7, when x was less than the solubility limit. When x was above the solubility limit the materials were biphase. The biphases of (SmxLa1-x)Ti2O7 (x = 0.9) consisted of (SmxLa1-x)(2)Ti2O7 with PLS and pure Sm2Ti2O7 with pyrochlore structure, and the biphases of (EuxLa1-x)Ti2O7 (x = 0.6, 0.7, and 0.8) consisted of (EuxLa1-x)(2)Ti2O7 with PLS structure and La3+ doped Eu2Ti2O7 with pyrochlore structure. The effect of A-site substitution on the properties of La2Ti2O7 was investigated by measuring the dielectric permittivity and loss at different frequencies and temperatures. The highest piezoelectric constant d(33) was 2.8 pC/N for (Sm0.1La0.9)Ti2O7.
Co68Fe7-xCrxSi15B10 (x=0, 1.5, 3, 4.5) amorphous ribbons were prepared by melt-spinning technique. Influences of Cr content on the soft magnetic property and corrosion resistance under sulfuric acid were systematically studied. Results indicate that after adding Cr elements, the coercivity of alloys was decreased significantly. The addition of Cr element can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of Co-Fe-Si-B amorphous alloys. Co68Fe4Cr3Si15B10 has the best soft magnetic property and lowest hysteresis loss with significant improved corrosion resistance.
The k-nearest-neighbors (k-NN) algorithm has been widely used as one of the simplest and model-free supervised classifier. It requires a distance function in feature space in order to identify the k nearest neighbors, and its performance is expected to be highly influenced by the specific choice of metric. The metric used is often chosen as the standard Euclidean metric, reflecting the absence of any specific prior on the data. However, especially for high-dimensional data, this choice can contribute to the deterioration of the classifier, as it assumes that the data points are distributed in a hyperspherical manner in feature space and independent of the class labels, which might not always be optimal in terms of class-label discrimination.In recent years, it has been shown that using an appropriate metric can yield significant improvements when compared to the Euclidean metric. 1 In this work, we studied some special metrics, all from the simple class of generalized Euclidean ones, defined by a symmetric (semi) positive definite (SPD or SSPD) matrix M on the feature space
By a one-step co-condensation route using hexadecylamine as the template, various organic groups were successfully immobilized on the surface of hexagonal mesoporous silicas (HMS) along with Co2+ ions incorporated into the framework. The obtained bifunctionalized materials showed high activity in the selective oxidation of cyclohexane. The Co2+ cations were active for oxidation while the organic groups played the key roles in modifying the surface properties. During the oxidation reaction, a phenyl group was found to be better than methyl and propyl groups.
The steady state temperature distribution of the high power semiconductor laser array is simulated using Ansys software,and the temperature changes of the in-house made semiconductor laser array is tested.The results indicate that the simulation is well consisted with the experiments.The simulation results can guide the packaging of the high power semiconductor laser array.
根据固体激光器抽运的技术要求,设计了一种具有水冷装置的大功率半导体激光器二维阵列模块,并对半导体激光器热沉和致冷系统的热流进行了分析。在不同占空比下,对该模块进行了测试与分析。该模块的中心波长为810 nm,光谱半峰全宽(FWHM)为2.5 nm,工作电流为110 A(200μs,10%占空比),循环水温为15℃时输出峰值功率为280 W。结果表明,该封装结构在占空比小于5%时器件工作特性良好,在10%占空比下也可正常工作。利用该模块可以组合成多种几何结构、功率更高的半导体激光器组件。
