鸡新城疫(Newcastle disease,ND)是由新城疫病毒(NDV)引起的一种具有高度传染性的病毒性疾病,主要侵害禽类,特别是鸡和火鸡,各个品种、年龄、性别都易感,发病率和死亡率较高,是严重危害家禽养殖业的重要疾病之一.当今,新城疫的发生及流行情况更加复杂,疫苗接种是预防和控制该病最经济有效的手段.
为探讨微生物发酵对绞股蓝(GP)有效成分、肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响,将150只AA肉鸡随机分成6组,分别饲喂不同GP发酵液和微生态制剂(由YB1、YB18和JM6按1∶1∶1比例配制而成),按照1 kg兑水600 kg浓度饮水给药,具体分组:1组饲喂微生态制剂(11~28日龄);2组饲喂微生态制剂(11~15日龄,21 ~ 28日龄)和YB1+YB18+JM6+GP(酵GP)(6~10日龄,16~20日龄);3组饲喂YB1 +YB18 +GP(11 ~28日龄);4组饲喂JM6+GP(11 ~28日龄);5组饲喂未发酵GP;6组为空白对照组.试验采用益生菌对GP进行液体发酵,以GP发酵液饮水饲喂肉鸡,采用硫酸香草醛法测定GP发酵前后有效成分变化,并对肉鸡体重、成活率和血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平进行测定.结果表明:在不同时间点,GP发酵液中GP总皂苷含量均不同程度升高,在20日龄时,2,4组肉鸡体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在28日龄时,2,3,5组肉鸡体重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在36日龄时,1,2,3组肉鸡体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),2,3组肉鸡体重显著高于5组(P<0.05);在40日龄时,2,3组肉鸡体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05).GP发酵液组肉鸡成活率和血清IFN-γ水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).说明微生物发酵能提升GP有效成分含量,是提升GP增强肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能效果的一种新方法.
目的 系统评价益气活血法联合西药常规治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效与安全性.方法 检索PubMed、Springer、中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台中益气活血法治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床随机对照实验文献,按照Cochrane协作网推荐的方法(Jadad评分法)评价纳入研究文献的质量后,采用RevMan 4.2.3软件进行Meta分析.结果 经筛选纳入28篇文献,共2 385例,其中治疗组(益气活血法联合西药)1 251例,对照组(单纯西药治疗)1 134例,各研究基线具有可比性.Meta分析结果显示:益气活血法联合西药常规治疗在提高总的临床治疗疗效[RR =4.24,95% CI(2.26,5.51)],降低神经功能缺损评分[WMD=-3.13,95% CI(-4.01,-2.26)],降低中医证候积分[WMD=-5.23,95% CI(-8.53,-1.93)],改善生活活动能力[WMD=12.79,95% CI(4.29,21.29))]和降低血浆黏度[WMD=-0.54,95% CI(-0.90,-0.17)]方面均优于治疗组.结论 益气活血法联合西药常规治疗疗效优于对照组,受纳入文献质量和数量的限制,尚需更多高质量多中心大样本的临床随机双盲对照研究加以验证.
Objective:To explore the risk factors of undergraduate depression and provide the basis for developing psychological warning mechanism and education.Methods:Two thousand five hundred and ninety-three undergraduates from six universities were randomly selected and required to fill out an uniform general questionnaire(including some basic information such as age,grade,family harmony degree,profession satisfaction,etc.) and the standardized Self-rating Depression Scale.The risk factors were analysed by binary logistic regression procedure.Results:The depression symptoms of 27.70% undergraduates were evident,which included 19.21% mild,7.52% moderate and 1.00% severe depressive symptoms.The mean depression severity was 0.48±0.10.There were a certain relation between gender,family financial situation,family harmony degree,affectional status,profession satisfaction,physical exercise,social activity and interpersonal relationship and depressive symptoms(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The grade,only-child,single-parent family and stay-at-home children were not significantly associated with depression(P>0.05).Conclusions:A variety of factors are involved in the occurrence of undergraduate depression.Paying attention to the risk factors,establishing effective psychological screening and early warning mechanisms and timely tracking and intervention is the foundation of preventing the mental health deteriorating of undergraduate.
To produce monoclonal antibodies(MAbs) against capsid protein of porcine circoviru 2,a truncated ORF2 gene(516 bp) was cloned into pET-28a(+) vector.The recombinant protein was transformed into Escherichia coli,expressed through induction of IPTG,and then identified by SDS-PAGE and western blot.Splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with purified target protein were fused with SP2/0 cells to produce MAbs,which were selected by indirect ELISA.The relationship between MAbs was detected by additive ELISA.The results showed that the recombinant ORF2 protein was successfully expressed and two MAbs(3H3 and 3F2) belonged to IgG1 subtype were produced.The additive ELISA results showed that the two MAbs recognized different epitopes.So this study supplied important tools for detecting and studying PCV2.
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Danhong Injection,a patent traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) mainly composed of Salvia miltiorrhiza and safflower for activating blood stasis,combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of unstable angina.Methods The literatures,which involve with randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of Danhong Injection combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of unstable angina,were retrieved in the databases such as PubMed,Medline,Chinese Journal Full-text Database,and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform.The quality of literatures was evaluated according to the methods of the Cochrane Collaboration,and meta analysis was performed with RevMan 4.2 software.Results Twenty-three trials involving 2 675 patients were included,with 1 382 cases in the treatment group(Danhong Injection plus western medicine),and 1 293 cases in the controlled group(conventional western medicine).The baseline data of each study were comparable.The results of meta-analysis showed that the combination of Danhong Injection and western medicine was superior to the control treatments with a significant difference in ameliorating electrocardiogram(ECG) abnormality [relative risk(RR)=2.84,95% confidence internal(CI)(2.28,3.55)],alleviating angina [RR=4.13,95% CI(3.12,5.47)],increasing the serum levels of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)[weight mean difference(WMD)=0.29,95% CI(0.05,0.52)],and decreasing low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)[WMD=-0.98,95% CI(-1.33,-0.63)] and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)[WMD=-1.42,95% CI(-2.18,-0.65) ].Conclusion Compared with conventional western medicine,the combination of Danhong Injection and western medicine can significantly ameliorate ECG abnormality,alleviate angina,increase the serum levels of HDL-C,and decrease the serum levels of LDL-C and hs-CRP.Meanwhile,more double blind RCTs with high quality and large-scale are required to verify this conclusion because of lack of high quality studies with large sample size.
Four GP5 gene fragments (79 bp to 207 bp, 133 bp to 330 bp, 229 bp to 492 bp, and 382 bp to 603 bp) from porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) (strain TA-12, NA type) were cloned into pGEX-6p-1 vector and expressed in E. coli BL21, respectively. The interaction of the GST-fusion proteins with Marc-145 cells were tested by indirect immunoflurouencent assay. The results showed that GST-GP5-1 and GST-GP5-2 could bound with Marc-145 cells, which indicated that the binding site of GP5 to Marc-145 cells was located at aa 27 to aa 101 of GP5.

Vision independent vehicle has become a research focus.At present,the technology of road detection,vehicle detection and obstacle detection is more mature,but the information exchange between vehicles is little researched.However,independent vehicles achieve full independence,recognition mutual information between vehicles becomes critical,In the urban,light signal is the most common mode of communication between vehicles.As the six common tail light signals to be research subject,and the Sobel operator to be image recognition base,according to the unique characteristics of each tail lights,this paper suggested a method that recognises the six light signals of the tail light,and developed a corresponding recognition rule.

为了验证猪pSn与PRRSV囊膜糖蛋白GP5的关系,提取PAM总RNA,用分段RT-PCR方法克隆得到猪pSn全长基因,并进行了核苷酸序列测定。将5个分段基因克隆入pET-28a,进行诱导表达和纯化,用SDS-PAGE和Western blot方法对表达的蛋白进行了鉴定,用ELISA方法检测了5个分段蛋白与分段表达的GST融合GP5分段蛋白的相互关系进行了研究。结果表明扩增出了pSn的5个分段基因,与GenBank中登录的序列的同源性为99%。5个分段基因克隆人pET-28a,经诱导后用SDS-PAGE和Western blot验证均得到了表达。ELISA结果表明PSn-3能与GST-GP5-1蛋白结合。通过用ELISA方法鉴定分段表达pPSn蛋白片段与分段表达的GP5的关系,表明pPSn-3能与GST-GP5-1蛋白结合,为了解PRRSV的感染细胞机制奠定基础。
