各个国家文化、历史、地理等方面存在差异性,导致语言在翻译过程中容易出现不对等情况,为语言学习者制造了很大麻烦.本文根据以往工作经验,对影响英汉翻译方法的矛盾因素进行总结,并从词汇的不对等、词性的不对等、词序的不对等、语境的不对等、文化背景的不对等五方面,论述了英汉翻译过程中的不对等性.

目的 探讨大学生抑郁症患者的人格特征和父母教养方式的相关关系.方法 采用EPQ中文版和EMBU中文版对50例符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版(CCMD-3)诊断的大学生抑郁症患者(抑郁组)和50例正常健康大学生(对照组)进行比较分析.结果 大学生抑郁症组在4个维度上的测量结果与正常组相比都存在显著差异,抑郁组掩饰性的得分显著低于正常组,而外倾性、神经质、精神质维度均高于正常组.神经质与父母教育方式中惩罚严厉、过干涉过保护、拒绝否认呈正相关,掩饰性同父母惩罚严厉及母亲拒绝否认呈负相关.结论 大学生抑郁患者的个性缺陷与父母不良的教育有关.

Objective: To discuss efficacy of clomipramine combined with quetiapine in treatment of patients with refractory obsessive- compulsive disorder(OCD). Methods: 60 patients with refractory OCD,who had been treated with clomipramine for 12weeks but still not cured,were selected and randomly divided into clomipramine combined with placebo group and clomipramine combined with quetiapine group,and they were treated for 8 weeks. The efficacy was assessed with Yale- Brown obsessive- compulsive scale(Y- BOCS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD). Results: 8 weeks after the treatment,the obvious effective rate of clomipramine combined with quetiapine group was higher; and 4 and 8 weeks after the treatment,the scores of Y- BOCS,HAMA and HAMD all significantly decreased compared with those before the treatment(p<0. 05). However,there were no obvious changes in these scores for clomipramine combined with placebo group. Conclusions: It is suggested that clomipramine combined with quetiapine could improve the efficacy in the treatment of refractory OCD.

Objective To study the personality characteristics of schizophrenia and depressive patients in undergraduate students. Methods 50 schizophrenia and 50 depressive patients were tested by MMPI, and compared with that of the normal people. Results The scores of F, Hs, D, hy, Pd, Pa, Pt, Sc and Ma of the schizophrenia patients in undergraduate students were significantly higher than that of the normal people(P0.01). The scores of L, Hs, D, hy, Pd, Pa, Pt, Sc and S of the depression in undergraduate students were significantly higher than that of the normal people(P0.01).Conclusion The psychiatric undergraduate students' symptoms were not typical, or mainly, only show the symptom as neurosis. Depressive emotions were the most commom characteristics of the students suffering depressive disorder, along with impulsivity, anxiety, paranoia and hallucination.
