The impact of digital marketing strategies on customer buying intentions among small and medium–sized enterprises (SMEs) in the food industry, with a focus on online advertising, social media engagement, and e-commerce platforms. The research aims to identify key factors influencing customer attitudes and behavior, providing SMEs with actionable insights to increase their digital marketing efforts and engage effectively with target audiences. Understanding the complexity of the relationship between marketing strategies and consumer responses is essential for businesses seeking to increase market share and optimize campaign outcomes. Using a purposive sampling approach, data were collected from 150 respondents within the SME food production sector. A qualitative methodology was employed, complemented by multiple linear regression analysis, to examine the relationships among exposure to digital marketing, perceptions of SME food products, and purchase intentions. The findings reveal a significant association between customer buying intentions and the effectiveness of SMEs’ physical and digital marketing strategies. Social media engagement, targeted marketing, is a critical determinant of purchase behavior. The study underscores the pivotal role of online advertising in influencing consumer decisions and highlights the necessity for SMEs to adopt customer-centric, tailored marketing programs. Staying attuned to consumer preferences is vital for SMEs to strengthen their competitive position and sustain growth in the food sector.
This study aims to develop an MRPII device that utilizes internet technology for inventory management control processes, using case studies from pharmacutical companies in Indonesia. The research was conducted using field observation methods and system development, then comparing the manual system and MRPII. An internet-based inventory management system was created by integrating the warehouse’s material database into each material code via a QR. code. The study found that implementing the MRP II system design increases work effectiveness and reduces the risk of errors that frequently occur in conventional systems. Moreover, using the MRPII can facilitate the audit process and establish transparency in the inventory management process. Data processed using IoT is generated faster and more accurately as company operations improve quality, reduce unnecessary activities, and make it easier to organize materials and run administrative and technical processes in inventory management; it is measured based on reach, workforce requirements, supply, and handling time. In the industrial world, the MRPII database system has the potential to evolve into several more complex and comprehensive systems. It has broad integration and can assist humans working across all lines, particularly in the data processing system.
Fresh produce which are part of agricultural products that can survive during the pandemic in Indonesia, there is even an increase in supply, this contribution is important for the availability of these products in maintaining consumption needs in maintaining public health levels in the midst of an unfavourable situation for all parties, including sustainability of business in this chain network. However, the development of this commodity still has many obstacles, especially in the ability to provide high-quality products, resource capabilities and manage existing information, especially the farmers who are involved in cooperation in this supply chain system, so that it can impact their performance. This study explores the mediating effect of collaborative performance systems (CPS) in lateral collaboration structures such as; information sharing (ISH), resource sharing (RSH), contract farming (CTF) and join mode transportation (JTM) in individual companies (CIP) and supply chain performance (SPO) in the fresh produce supply chain (FPSC). The sample in this study was taken based on purposive sampling from the participation of respondents in the FPSC network consisting of farmers producing fresh vegetables and fruits who are members of the Association of the Farmers Groups (Gapoktan), distributors, owners of transportation modes and supermarkets. Respondents consisted of 72 people who had filled out complete questionnaires from their four supply chain channel partners. Data collection methods were analyzed using a structural equation approach. The results of the study that the mediation of CPS on the performance of CIP and SPO in the FPSC was confirmed.
The automotive component companies needed to improve their quality to meet global standards continuously. A key success factor in achieving this process is enhancing the system’s purchasing activities of vendor selection. SA Indonesia is a company that carries out business in automotive components for vendors chosen by weighting and assessing multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). However, the company faces the lack of ability to consider interconnections between criteria that the firm values and other factors, such as price, delivery, flexibility, quality, and services. It is also important for companies to possess adequate vendor capability for sustainability and safety-health management, enabling them to determine the selection criteria. These attributes are rare in preliminary studies; therefore, companies needed utilize proper criteria to get the best vendors. Furthermore, this research integrates the AHP-ANP method to tackle the problem of selecting a vendor, using the ANP method assisted by a super decision (SD) software application. The results showed that the highest vendor selection criterion is price, while the lowest is safety. In addition, based on the analysis conducted on five vendor alternatives assessed using the ANP method, the highest vendor rank is JFESS Indonesia. Future studies can be developed by including information technology (IT) security in the selection of vendor attributes, bearing in mind the challenges ahead with the progress of developing a procurement integration system in a procurement management system, based on enterprise resource planning (ERP), in supporting digitalization in the manufacturing 4.0 era. But with an overall secure enterprise data security design.
Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi pengertian keamanan yang semula ditafsirkan dengan sederhana yaitu suasana bebas dari segala bentuk ancaman bahaya, kecemasan dan ketakutan sebagai kondisi tidak adanya ancaman fisik (militer) yang berasal dari luar. kemudian berubah menjadi pengertian keamanan yang tidak berubah hanya terkait dengan militer namun terkait dengan hal hal lain yang menentukan eksistensi suatu negara, termasuknya didalamnya internal, kesediaan pangan, fasilitas kesehatan dan terakhir adalah kemanan dalam informasi. Namun dengan adanya dunia pendidikan kamus menurut KBBI (Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia) Kamus merupakan buku acuan yang memuat kata dan ungkapan, biasanya disusun menurut abjad berikut keterangan dan makna, pemakaianya atau terjemahan nya, selain itu ,kamus merupakan buku yang memuat istilah atau nama yang disusun menurut abjad beserta dengan penjelasan makna dan pemakainya. Pencarian arti sebuah kata (string) sangat dibutuhkan dalam sebuah kamus, terutama kamus keamanan, sehingga menggunakan algoritma pencarian string sebagai solusi untuk mengatasinya,salah satu yang paling banyak. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut di atas maka penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pencarian string dalam kamus keamanan serta permasalahan-permasalahan apa saja yang dihadapi dalam penyelesaian pencarian string dalam kamus tersebut.
A collaborative performance system focuses on sustainable performance management in a sustainable supply chain. This system was employed to determine the relationship between the farmer group association (Gapoktan) of Lembang Agri (LA) that produce fresh vegetables and supermarkets as purchasing partners to improve performance. This study is crucial due to the shift in farmers’ roles from merely producers to entrepreneurs. This study utilized the dependency theory to explore the impact of collaborative networks on information and resource sharing and supply chain performance, as well as determine the appropriate orientation for collaborative supply chain indicators. The study surveyed 80 respondents representing different types of partnership structures from a parallel or supplier-buyer supply chain structure perspective. Moreover, the model developed on collaborative networks, information sharing, resource sharing and supply chain performance was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results unveiled a positive and significant indirect relationship between collaborative networks and supply chain performance. The implication could be applied to identify the developing theories concerning collaborative network relationships and information and resource sharing related to supply chain performance on their networks, especially in producing fresh horticultural commodities. This study is essential to enrich the limited research in this industry.
Customers spend for agro - based items made by farmers in agro - based supply chain operations (ASCs). People stress the significance of agri-food quality throughout this operation, while producers anticipate higher revenues. Effective tracing and governance for agri-food commodities encounter enormous hurdles as a result of the size and dynamism of ASCs. Nevertheless, the majority of the currently available solutions are unable to adequately address the accountability and administration needs of ASCs. First, in order to enable product tracing and provide organizational unit for the agri-food tracking data in ASCs, we develop a blockchain-based ASC architecture. The manufacturing and preservation of agri-food goods are then effectively decided in order to maximize profit using a Learning Based training-based Supply Chain Administration technology. To show the efficiency of the suggested cryptocurrency system and the DR-SCM approach in various ASC contexts, detailed simulation tests are conducted. The findings indicate that the proposed ledger ASC architecture provides a strong assurance of trustworthy product traceability. Moreover, compared to intuitive and Q-learning approaches, the DR-SCM may provide larger product profitability.
The potency of the extract formula of Kembang Bulan (Tithonia diversifolia) and daun Binahong (Anredera cordifolia) leaves in the prevention and treatment of diseases in fish that is environmentally friendly and safe for humans. This study examines how the mechanism of this extract formula can inhibit and treat diseases in fish as a development innovation in biopharmaceuticals, and its impact on human health. The method used is analytical synthesis, both referring to previous literature and practical experience in the field. The time used for powder making, maceration, application and observation in the sample product is about two months. With stages that include; use of media, materials and simple tools on a lab scale. The result is that the use of these environmentally friendly herbal medicinal ingredients can have more value and impact on the safety and health of consumers (humans), as well as environmental conservation that can contribute to quality of human life and the welfare of business actors in fisheries and herbal businesses.ABSTRAKPotensi dari formula ekstrak Kembang Bulan (Tithonia deversifolia) dan daun Binahong (Anredera cordifolia) dalam pencegahan dan pengobatan penyakit pada ikan yang ramah lingkungan dan aman bagi manusia. Metode yang digunakan dengan sintesa analisis baik merujuk literatur sebelumnya maupun pengalaman praktis di lapangan. Sedangkan waktu yang digunakan untuk pembuatan serbuk, maserasi, pengaplikasian serta pengamatan dalam produk sample sekitar dua bulan. Dengan tahapan yang meliputi; Penggunaan media, bahan dan alat sederhana pada skala lab. Hasilnya dengan pemanfaatan bahan obat herbal yang ramah lingkugan ini, berpotensi lebih bernilai dan berdampak bagi keamanan dan kesehatan konsumen (manusia), serta pelestarian lingkungan yang dapat berkontribusi dalam kualitas hidup manusia dan kesejahteraan para pelaku usaha di bidang perikanan dan usaha herbal.

The present study achievements and future studies potential of Industry 4.0 technologies to accomplish “manufacturing sustainability” are investigated using a comprehensive literature review method for the research. “The function and effect of several Industry 4.0 technologies on manufacturing sustainability are thoroughly” addressed. However, loT may have a major impact on the economy and society. The aim of this study is to identify and explore the success factors that influence the fresh product supply chain collaborative performance system (CPS) towards the flow of information among partners along the chain, and the supply chain relationships of all partners in it by identifying the role played by information structures at the planning level of supply chain collaboration, as well as providing policy insights to stakeholders in different countries to analyze applicable implementation. This research method uses a research approach by reviewing the previous literature that was selected deliberately during the last 10 years; journal papers, conferences, working papers, and Ph.D. thesis. Using three steps, the first step found 189 articles. The second step was to get 96 articles that match the topics raised. Finally, the third step, determined 39 articles selected as important topics focusing on fresh production areas and they were categorized and analyzed. This study is considered to be our best knowledge to examine the success factors influencing CPS in FPSC, such as; knowledge of the benefits of collaborative performance systems, reluctance to change, collaborative culture, trust, technology and information, social relations, environmental friendliness, and sustainability security and safety. The theoretical framework, was also developed incorporating the principles of supply chain network collaboration, taking into account the importance of business strategy and inter-organizational network theory, to strengthen the evidence for the relationship between the collaborative planning levels in usable information flow, at both the strategic, operational and tactical levels in the supply chain collaboration. The implication of this research is intended to examine the success factors that influence it, so that it can be developed and become the basis for improvement models that are still rarely applied in this field, from the influencing factors that exist in the collaboration structure.
Purpose of the study: The purpose of this research is to extend the review to which CPS implementation as part of the performance management system (PMS) in the fresh produce supply chain (FPSC), can improve performance, especially to reduce inefficiencies, improve services, and provide joint results for all partners. This paper focuses on the possibility of CPS implementation in FPSC, as well as reviewing a holistic understanding of CPS in the FPSC.\r\nMethodology: This systematic review was conducted by analyzing selected articles and categorization to identify potentially relevant articles referring to peer-reviewed journals, thesis Ph.D., and proceedings. Using four steps, the first step found 161 articles. The second step obtained 56 articles. The third step, 17 articles were selected as topics of importance. The fourth step was designated to categorize and analyze the 17 articles.\r\nMain Findings: Research results show a comprehensive review of the description of the CPS classification model in FPSC by categorizing previous literatures on different collaborative structures and different levels of planning. This paper also shows the relevant solution methods used in each level of planning. A review of the current state of CPS in the FPSC model is conducted by highlighting areas that have not been addressed or gaps in the literature and by suggesting directions for further study.\r\nThe implication of this study: Intended for CPS in FPSC, by reviewing CPS implementation in FPSC, it can develop and become the basis for seeing the benefits of a collaborative performance system in the field of fresh produce, this field still rarely applied, and it could be further identified what kind of collaboration should be carried out from the existing collaboration structure.\r\nNovelty/Originality of this study: This study is considered as our best knowledge to observe the CPS system in the FPSC, which is an attempt to introduce it by exploring and evaluating the values that could be shared among collaborative partners under classification model of a collaborative structure, general characteristic, level collaboration and solution of the method. It also provides information for interested parties in the collaboration of supply chain to improve the performance based on CPS.
Pembelajaran praktik motor bensin dan diesel di Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif Teknik Mesin Unnes menggunakan sistem praktik blok yang diawali dengan teori singkat sebelum praktik. Sedangkan di kelas teori mahasiswa hanya mempelajari perbedaan prinsip proses pembakaran mesin diesel dan bensin. Hal ini terjadi kesenjangan dimana yang seharusnya mahasiswa dituntut untuk memahami teori tentang nama dan fungsi komponen serta sistem pada mesin diesel yang tampak visual. Pembelajaran praktik motor bensin dan diesel sangat diperlukan peraga mesin diesel sebagai alat bantu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kelayakan peraga dan peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Pre-Experimental Designs jenis One- Group Pretest-Posttest Design yaitu adanya pretest dan posttest dengan menggunakan metode tes untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar (pemahaman) mahasiswa. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji kelayakan, validitas, reliabilitas, uji hipotesis, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji n-gain. Hasil uji kelayakan produk diperoleh persentase 82% untuk ahli media dengan kategori sangat layak dan 78% untuk ahli materi dengan kategori layak. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata pretest-posttest sebesar 23 atau 41,8%, Uji-t menunjukkan nilai thitung = 14,89 > ttabel = 2,02. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa diperoleh rata-rata uji N-Gain = 0,57 dengan kriteria peningkatan sedang
Distribution system is a bridge between producers and consumers where the level of importance is very high and the need for calculation of time and capacity of the determination of the route to be made. Therefore, it is necessary to propose effective and efficient distribution route determination by using Clarke & Wright and Tabu Search method and application proposal which must be in company. Based on the proposed distribution determination can determine the route of the achieved distribution channels, the efficiency of time and distance by taking into account the capacity, speed, route, and others. The Clarke & Wright and Tabu Search methods are used to determine the route of distribution routes and improvements on the routes route of distribution of ultra-liquid dairy products by considering the capacity aspect, vehicle speed, loading and unloading time, time matrix, distance matrix, distance saving, and iterations Contained in the method. Based on the calculation results can be concluded that the proposed determination of distribution feasible applied to the company because the comparison of time and distance performance resulting savings and improvements in time and distance by reducing the amount of time achieved on each route and tour contained in the applicable time horizon.

Thus obtained from the survey results MBCfPE withtotal points 784 points. Then in accordance with the scores level at posisu MBCfPE PT. Kinenta Indonesiaperformance Benchmark Leader with Excellent category.
Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan merupakan unsur pelaksana otonomi daerah di bidang Perindustrian dan Perdagangan dipimpin oleh seorang Kepala Dinas yang berkedudukan di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Bupati melalui Sekretaris Daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Jepara dengan komunikasi organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Jepara dengan sampel sebanyak 120 pegawai menggunakan simpel random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen yang berbentuk angket, untuk variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi, komunikasi organisasi dan kinerja. Instrumen diolah dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliablitas. Uji statistik dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Amos 21. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komunikasi organisasi. Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Jepara. Komunikasi organisasi dalam penelitian ini hanya mampu menjadi variabel mediasi kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.
PT. XYZ is a company main business automotive manufacturing. In producing the vehicle , the company uses a wide variety of parts , and which are part muffler . In the storage part mufflers require a fairly wide area , because there are 4 types of parts muffler with the same amount of container that is used pallet containing 30 pcs to be stored in accordance with the indications of the respective part . Part muffler having too much stock so that the buildup . When supply process takes a long time and area inventory requires a large area and that a lot of man power. In a problem that occurs in PT. XYZ, the authors analyze and compare methods that have been applied, the Kanban method and Junbiki method, where the two systems will produce a comparison in terms of man power requirements ( labour ), work time and inventory area. With Junbiki method which has the concept of zero inventory, then the result analysis shows that by using the Junbiki method to the needs of area per period can be reduced 91 % , labor requirements can be reduced by 20 % and for a time requirement handling and supply can be reduced by 22%, The research proves that Junbiki method better than the kanban method.
Research on the comparative analysis of single channel queuing system and multiple channel query system with 2 fasilties and 3 facilities. This study aims to investigate how the optimal number of facilities due to the large queues waiting for their turn receive services especially Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan in the Office of Dinas Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Purwakarta.The analytical method used is the model M / M / 1 for single channel system query and M / M / S is used for multiple channel query system. based on the results of the analysis using the model found that the results of a query using a single channel system services Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan certainly not optimal due to the ability of the service itself 12 people per hour. On the other side using the model M / M / S found the average amount of time service during rush hour period 10:00 to 11:00 of 0:15 hours or can be 9 minute and an average queue length 1.0667. In contrast to the number 3 facility, the taxpayer at a busy period 10:00 to 11:00 can wait with a difference of only 0.0923 hours or 5:54 minutes and the number of queues waiting with an average of 0.1446.Suggestion research obtained in order to use the three facilities while maintaining the service with optimal.
