The prentation is devoted to the investigation of the problem of existential fulfillment of cinephiles at different stages of professional development. The high rate of life, constant stresses makes important to study the energetical aspects of the functioning of cinephile’s personality. One of this aspects is existential fulfillment. Existential fulfillment is the important resource of the professional activity of the cinephiles. So we decided to make research in the context of professional development. We based on the theory of four existential fundamental motivations developed by A. Langle. The sample of our investigation includes 250 respondents – cinephiles from different Russian cities. We used two techniques: Test for Existential Motivations (TEM) and the Scale of existence. As a results we made conclusion that women- cinephiles have significantly more high degree of existential fulfillment and lower level of alienation in various spheres of professional life than man- cinephiles.
This articles deals with the measurement of the place of fundamental existential motivations in relations I – others. Being-in-relations with others belongs to the social and psychological aspects of existence of person. We developed new technique which was constructed on the methodological basis of A. Langle's fundamental existential motivations. This technique is compatible with quantitative analysis that reflects a subjective evaluation of the indicator of personal existence, the degree of realization of fundamental existential motivations in relations I – others. Our questionnaire consists of 74 items, including forward and backward statements, and contains five scales: Love (L), Trust (D); The sense of life (C); Authenticity (A); Meaning (C). Each of the scales contains three subscales, which correspond to the prerequisites for the fulfillment of fundamental motivation. Our variant of technique is devoted for the analysis the role fundamental existential motivations in relations I – others.

As a results we made conclusion that women-feminists have significantly more high degree of and lower level of alienation in various spheres of professional life than man-feminists. The highest scores on the existential fulfillment scale we found among respondents engaged in large business, the middle business and non-profit sectors of business. Top-managers and middle-managers has higher level of than simple managers.
