为加强预防医专业学生临床技能和临床思维能力的培养，更好地利用临床教学资源、提高预防医学专业临床课教学质量，采用问卷调查法对三届97名预防医学专业的学生进行调查，发现该教学模式的实施使预防医学专业学生更全面、更具体了解临床医学，培养了学生人文素质和在临床工作中分析问题、解决问题的能力。

Objective: To find out the satisfaction status of the community health technical personnel so as to provide a sound reference basis for the training of the community health technical personnel. Methods: Questionnaire survey on the satis- faction of community health technical personnels was conducted by cluster random sampling in 40 community health services. Re- sults: The items with which the health technical personnel felt more satisfied were the sense of achievement in work,interperson- al relationship,social approval,profession training; the items they felt less satisfied with were the responsibility and risk,salary and welfare,freedom of work,leadership and management. Conclusion: The general satisfactory level of the community health technical personnel with their present job is higher. Community health workers should be given more sense of safety and freedom, lower job risk,and the fair and suitable encouraging mechanism should be established.

Objective:To investigate the training demand willing of the community health technical professionals in Baotou,to analyse their demands and influence factors.Methods:Anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted by cluster random sampling in 40 community health services.The survey contents were training demand willing and influence factors.Results:Community health technical professionals now had lower education background and professional titles in Baotou.Age,education background,type of work were the influencing factors of training demand willing.Conclusion:The training demand willing among community health technical professionals in Baotou is stronger,it is suggested that a targeted training plan should be built.

21世纪以来,高等医学院校图书借阅服务工作出现了一些新变化.主要是传统纸质图书借阅量减少,网络阅读、在线阅读增多,其造成因素多种多样.通过分析造成高等医学院校图书借阅服务工作的各种制约因素,结合工作实践,提出了一些可行的解决方法,以期更好地促进我国各高等医学院校的图书借阅服务工作的水平,营造更好的校园阅读环境,从而促进高等医学院校教学、科研、医疗、管理等各项事业的发展.

内蒙古自治区全科医学培训中心通过对全区14个盟市的全科医师、社区护理人员实践技能考核工作进行督查,发现存在的问题,提出并制定了转变管理模式,成立专家委员会,充分利用高等学校的优势、资源,拓展培训基地、加强基地建设,明确工作中心与工作重心,坚持"以人为本",加强管理人员培训,改革培训方式,改进考核制度,建立考核结果反馈与通报制度等一系列有利于强化培训效果、保证考核质量的对策与措施。

Under certain circumstances,the decline of medical staff's humanitarianism spirit and morality manifests as a major reason for the ever tensioning conflict between doctors and patients.Due to the imperfection in the whole social educational idea and system as well as the higher medical educational idea and system,the humanitarianism spirit educational idea has not been well applied.Therefore,it is of great significance for protecting public health and promoting the harmonious development of healthcare industry to strengthen the humanitarianism spirit education among medical students,establish and practice humanitarianism spirit educational idea,improve teacher's humanitarianism accomplishment,and strengthen the guiding and directing function of humanities and social subjects.
