Crosslinked polymer profile -control flooding technology is a new chemical flooding technology, which develops from polymer flooding technology.The crosslinked polymer is the gel which forms from partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM ) and crosslinker in a certain ratio and is adaptable in multi -reservoirs. The experimental results showed that crosslinked polymer profile - control flooding technology has obviously advantages compared with polymer in viscosity,heat resistance,salt tolerance,heat stability,shear restoration,residual resistance coefficient,etc.Field tests showed that crosslinked polymer profile -control flooding technology is a very efficient EOR technology,which can decrease water content and increase the yield of oil.It is necessary to promote the application in oilfield.
The high water content caused by reservoir heterogeneity and the limited lifetime of offshore platform are the major factors to restrict the seabeach oilfield development. So we have developed the emulsion profile control system to meet the needs of on-site profile control for offshore oilfield. And laboratory evaluation and study are carried out. Study results show that the profile control system is characterized by the short dissolving time, good injectivity, slow cross-linking and strong viscosity. The field test of on-site profile control system of emulsion has been carried out in 5 wells in Chengdao Oilfield, which have gained a fairly good effect.
The wall build-up mechanisms of a modified polyacrylamide solution for EOR,prepared by simu- lative water,were analyzed.The effects of metal ion in the simulative water on the wall build-up phenome- non and viscosity of the polymer solution were investigated.The results showed that the wall build-up phe- nomenon of the solution was mainly induced by the interaction between the bivalent ions in the simulative water and the functional sulfonic groups of the new polymer.
A plugging agent XNJG was prepared with polysilicone gelling solution and crosslinking stabilizing solution as materials for resolving the problems of profile modification agent losing during plugging and modifying high permeable zone or tiny crack in middle and low permeable reservoir. XNJG settled easily in stratum and resisted temperature 80-160 ℃ and salinity 3 000-5 0000 mg/L. It showed the performances of good hot resistance,good outwash resistance and strong profile modification to anisotropic cores. The results of the application tests in Gudao Oilfield were satisfying.
Profile modification agent SZX was composed of sludge produced during waste - water reinjection as main agents and quantitative additives. The physical and chemical properties of sludge were studied in lab experiment. The effects of additives, main agent and water quality on suspension property of profile modification agent SZX were analysized. The core test showed that profile modification agent SZX had super plugging capability to cores with different permeability and could modify the produced water - oil ratio of parallel - core.The field test in Binnan Oilfield found that profile modification agent SZX had good oil - increasing and water - decreasing capability and it was benefit to solve the environmental pollution problems.
The SD-10A demulsifiers and viscosity reducers are developed for recovering the viscous crude oil in Tahe Oilfield.SD-10A has high demulsifying efficiency on viscous crude oil,at the same time,it also has good viscosity-reducing capacity for the heavy oil with moderately high water cut.SD-10A is of benefit to the exploitation of crude oil and has no harmful effect on crude oil dewatering.The industry testing result has proved that it was worth popularizing and applying in Tahe Oilfield.
