针对传统电流源逆变器(current source inverter,CSI)超高速电机驱动系统存在的控制对象阶次高、电流调节器设计困难问题,提出基于混合型两级式CSI的改进型控制策略.其基本思想为:前级引入宽禁带(wide band gap,WBG)器件高频调节定子电流幅值;后级采用普通硅器件调节定子电流相位.在此基础上,为实现最大转矩电流比控制,提出单电流传感器锁相环(phase-locked loop,PLL)方案,通过对转子位置信号与相电流锁相实现电流相位自动校正.混合型CSI前后级通过该改进控制策略进行协同控制,从而实现闭环系统降阶.同时考虑到混合型CSI在超高基频运行条件下控制延迟的实际问题,进一步完善电流控制环路模型,并与CSI传统拓扑及其控制策略下的电流环稳定性及动态性能进行深入分析与对比.最后研制一套混合型CSI驱动平台,并以一台(550000r/min)/110W的超高速永磁同步电机(ultra-high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor,UHSPMSM)为对象进行仿真及实验验证,结果表明混合型驱动拓扑及改进型策略具备更高的稳定裕度与动态性能.

A control strategy without current and rotor-position sensors is proposed to drive the ultra-high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (UHSPMSM) fed by current source inverter (CSI), which is beneficial to the simplification of control structure as well as the reduction of system size and cost. In the proposed control strategy, command currents of the CSI are obtained by mathematical calculation with reference currents of the motor stator, leading to the removal of current sensors. In addition, an improved sliding- mode-observer (SMO) is used to calculate rotor position, allowing the rotor position sensor to be eliminated. A prototype and the control system were built and the control strategy simulation by utilizing the actual parameters of the prototype was conducted, which verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy under 550000rpm.

Objective:To examine the influence factors of work passion of general practitioners and action mechanism based on an organizational behavior perspective.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the data among general practitioners selected by stratified convenience sampling method in Heilongjiang Province.The influence factors were screened using stepwise multiple linear regression analysis.Results:The factors that the age (F=5.815,P=0.001),marriage situation (F=2.243,P=0.085),work nature satisfaction (β=0.360,P<0.001),organizational identification (β=0.261,P<0.001),income satisfaction (β=0.200,P<0.001) and turnover intention (β=-0.167,P<0.001) had a positive influence on work passion.Conclusion:To arouse the work passion of general practitioners,the stereo,various and multi-level incentives should be considered from the outer material rewards,inner psychological experience,individual subjective experience and group social identity comprehensively.
我国医疗卫生事业单位人事制度改革是在用人双轨制的背景下展开的,关于事业单位聘用关系的法律适用问题颇有争议,本文对聘用制改革的法律依据进行了深入分析,并针对如何推进人事聘用制度改革提出了一些可行性的建议.
Objective:To build a competence model of management personnel working at logistics department in public hospital.Methods:318 staffs working at logistics department in public hospital were employed with a convenience sampling.The questionnaire survey was used to collect data,and the exploratory factor analysis method was performed with SPSS19.0 software to build the competence model.Results:Results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the competence model was consisted of 7 dimensions that including servant characteristic,professional knowledge,organization and coordination,striving for excellence,office skills,observe discipline and professionalism,and 27 items of competence were reserved in model.Model had a good construct validity and internal consistency reliability.Conclusion:In this study,a groundbreaking competence model of management personnel working at logistics department in public hospital was built,which could be used on several aspects,such as recruitment,promotion and evaluation of one's performance and so on.

When a market demand appears,the agile supply chain need make the decision of supplier selection and its production and transportation schedule,the decision process is very complex.Based on the representation of time slots,an INLP model is designed to describe the scheduling problem firstly, which takes minimizing the total inventory,production and transportation cost of the supply chain as the objective,and delivering just in time as precondition.Then,in order to solve the INLP model,a Hybrid Genetic Algorithm(HGA) whose chromosomes are made up of the time slot's codes is developed,and a greedy-sequence decoding method,which can achieve certain solution meeting all the time and quantity constraints of the model,is designed to accelerate the process of HGA's convergence and get optimal solution.Finally,a scheduling example verifies the practicality and effectiveness of the algorithm.
Based on in-depth study and analysis of Nonaka's research results,this study gives the opinion that SECI spiral's radius represents for knowledge quantity and height represents for knowledge level;then analyzes the evolution of knowledge quantity and level in S-E-C-I four processes and reaches the result that in socialization and internalization knowledge quantity increases,in externalization knowledge level increases and both quantity and level increase in combination.At the same time,this study reaches the relationship between knowledge quantity and knowledge level.
In a price-sensitive supply chain,each business partner as independent profit unit defines the relationship between batch order and ordering price based on members' profit preferences and resource conditions.The ordering quality of products is strongly related to a member's price decision-making processes for purchasing,supplying,production,logistics and selling activities.The operating cost and profit of a supply chain is different from that of total product quantity and distribution.Planning can reduce operating cost and improve profitability and market competitiveness for a price-sensitive supply chain.An effective planning can further lower resource consumption and make contributions to sustainable development of society and economy. This research studies a four-stage price-sensitive supply chain consisting of multiple suppliers,one manufacturer,multiple distribution centers and multiple retailers.A manufacturer needs to make decisions on supply chain network planning activities,such as supplier selection for parts and logistics support,sourcing from different suppliers,and distribution and selling of final products via different retailers.The network planning problem is complicated and requires supply chain managers apply a good decision-making algorithm to obtain a satisfactory solution on a timely basis. We first build an integer non-linear planning(INLP) model to represent network planning problems.We then use the heuristic repair method embedded with the hybrid genetic algorithm(HGA) to resolve the model.Finally,we use simulations to verify the model validity,as well as the stability and efficiency of the algorithm.It is essential to build a general structure model and mathematical model for optimizing supply chain planning due to the multi-forms of actual supply chains. In the first part,we describe the planning problem in detail,and design a general structure model for supply chains to represent the relationships among the members.We also build an INLP model to calculate price sensitivity of supply chain networking planning by including all quantity constraints.The values of decision variables increase exponentially as the number of nodes and node capacity increase.In the second part,a hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the INLP model.HGA techniques used in the study include integer encoding,heuristic repair strategy,representation of fitness function,and the selection of genetic operators.The primary focus of the algorithm is the heuristic repair strategy with price sorting rules.The strategy can not only ensure the validity of chromosomes,but also guarantee the lower cost of the chromosomes.In the third part,an example is simulated to check the validity and practicability of INLP model and HGA.Simulation results are compared to SAS/OR testing and show that our proposed algorithm can effectively resolve complex supply chain planning problems. Price-sensitive supply chain structures and pricing mechanisms are diverse.The network planning INLP model with the hybrid genetic algorithm can obtain a satisfactory planning solution for a price-sensitive supply chain.
In order to solve the insertion order scheduling problem of agile supply chains for production planning,a two stage supply chain composed of one factory and many suppliers was studied.Taking the minimization of the total supply chain cost as the objective,an Integer Planning (IP) model was designed to describe the scheduling problem based on the time slot representation of each firm's available scheduling periods,and an One-by-One Selection Heuristic (OOSH) algorithm was proposed to resolve the IP model.Finally,by contrast with the calculation results of Distance Priority (DP) and Cycle Time Priority (CTP) algorithms in some scheduling experiments,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm were verified.The experimental results also reveal that the form of agile supply chain is competitive.
In this paper we study the static scheduling problems of definite market demands with time constraints in agile supply chains, which consist of multi-stage members with limited capacities. We establish a framework model to picture the supply chain’s structure and an integer nonlinear programming (INLP) model to describe the scheduling problem. Then we design a two-step algorithm with lower complexity to resolve the INLP model. 1) the shortest response time scheduling algorithm to judge whether the supply chain can meet the demands’ time constraints, 2) the lean scheduling algorithm to abtain the minimum inventory cost of the supply chain.Finally, we verify the practicality and effectiveness of the model and algorithms by a numeric experiment.
