With the development of science and technology, the competition of situation in the market has become more and more fierce. The risk is everywhere. How to reduce risk, avoid risk, minimize risk of the project, is the urgent business, and in the current complicated situation, Cobb-Douglas production function as a mathematical model of the economy, because of its variable value of uncertainty, the economic model can not accurately describe the production of input-output relationship. This paper makes quantitative analysis and scientific choice based on multi-attribute decision-making of the possible degree approach to the feasibility of the path of project in business from the three factors (labor input, capital input and the technical level) which impact the project risk of enterprise, and consequently achieve the enterprise's risk minimization.
With the complexity of multi-objective decision making,the indefinite of policy-making factor influence and the limitation of traditional judgment method,precisely measuring the attributes’ values is very difficult frequently,so the attributes’ values often can be only estimated approximately by using the interval number.For precisely quantify uncertainty,according to the isomorphic fundamental principles and the relative theories and the thought of the similar science,a new algorithm based on an isomorphism multi-objective decision-making new method was proposed.The new algorithm’s main characteristics are:1) propose the policy-maker risk preference weight; 2) use the isomorphism risk measure triad (Low limit similarity,Risk degree,Risk preference value) to precisely quantify the risk-degree existing in the decision-making process; 3) produce pole plan to describe the relationship between various attributes and the policy-making goal; 4) define the new concept—plan similarity; 5) construct risk-weighting similar measure operator (RWSMO),to measure the risk-weighting similarity size between decision scheme and the pole plan;6) pick out the plan with the maximum of risk-weighting similar measure (RWSM) as the optimum or satisfied plan.
There are two major difficulties in the indefinite multi-objective decision making process: As the information about attributes is indefinite, how to express the indefinite information; as the information has multi-channels, how to fuse the information into synthetic information. The multiple-valued intuitive fuzzy sets is one new mathematical model, this model can process well fuzzy information gained from multi-sources. In this article, firstly conduct the research to the multiple-valued intuitive fuzzy set's information fusion and construct some methods to fuse the information included in the degree of membership or non-degree of membership of multiple-valued intuitive fuzzy set , then use the isomorphism mind to research indefinite isomerism multi-objective decision making and construct one new algorithm for interval value and indefinite language isomerism multi-objective decision making based on isomorphism information fusion.
SOA (service-oriented architecture) is a framework model, this paper analyzes the deficiency of current campus information system and the necessity for integration, introduces SOA and integration thought, puts forward the reconstructive solution of service-oriented architecture for campus information platform based on Web services, which can resolve effectively the problem about campus information Island and utilize these resources effectively.
The deformation resistance of composite tapes was measured through compression tests. At room temperature, composite tapes were compressed and shaped at different deformation rates to different extents, and the real stress-strain curve of the composite superconducting tapes was obtained. Regression analysis was carried out on the curve using the Nonlinear Least Square Fitting (NLSF) method to acquire the parameters and coefficients regarding the curve, and a mathematical model for the deformation resistance of the composite superconducting tapes was built.
The financial problems often relate to many stochastic differential equations which is difficult to solve. Based on the traditional numerical methods for solving determinate ordinary differential equations (ODEs), the paper presents the numerical methods of stochastic ordinary differential equations (SODEs). The numerical methods mainly considered in the paper include Euler method and Euler method discusses three numerical schemes, i.e. explicit scheme, semi-implicit scheme and implicit scheme. Finally, the paper uses Euler methods to simulate linear stochastic ordinary differential equation. Numerical results indicate that Euler methods are the simple but have a certain practicality. In addition, all these Euler method including explicit, semi-implicit and implicit scheme in this paper can be applied to high-order stochastic ordinary differential equations, stochastic partial differential coefficient equations, and so on.
Guided by the Isomorphic Foundational Principles, in order to face and solve some problems caused by the Business Intelligence product diversification, an isomorphic and standardized Business intelligence platform which could be one of the efficient ways to overcome the problems is discussed in this paper. Its isomorphic and standardized new thinking is focused: 1) an isomorphic decompounding and compounding model of business information and its structures is created; 2) A Business Intelligence isomorphic and integrated platform model among suppliers, customers and enterprise.

In this paper, the mechanism, the management games and their algorithms about a chainlike alliance shop pricing based on the principal-agent relationship are discussed and studied, which is favor to realize the rationalization and the scientific of pricing for franchising chain-like agents delegated.
Decision Suppose System is playing an important role in computer science, technology and engineering, while intelligent decision-making is one of the current hotspots. Intelligent decision-making methods and their algorithms are one of the most important basics and key cores in intelligent information processing, intelligent pervasive computing and so on. In view of multi-attribute decision-making under linguistic setting, propose one new decision method. Firstly construct a range pole plan and introduce the policy-maker risk-preference weight because the attributes’ measure-value are uncertainty. Then with three tuples (Limit low similarity, Risk degree, Risk preference value) reflect the risk-degree existing in the decision-making process. Then construct the risk-weighted similarity measure operator (RWSMO) to measure the risk balance similarity's size between each of decision schemes and the range pole plan.
This article first introduced the concept of the information amount, through the quantitative analysis of information, we can see that the internal departments of all sectors should share their mutual information and in this way they can maximize the amount of information but at the same time we should guard against the "degree" of the information sharing, By using some of the principles adopted by the "degree", we can prevent the monopoly of information and information which is out of control, and consequently make information sharing the best possible security.
