农地资源的合理配置与使用直接决定农业生产规模与效率,在很大程度上影响着农业供给侧结构性改革的成效.农地资源流动要契合现代农业生产适度规模经营与集约化的内在要求,需要建立健全农地要素市场并寻求适宜的市场治理路径,同时它也是乡村治理的一个维度.农地经营权流转市场的形成,既与农地集体产权制度改革背景有关,也同政府的土地政策和管理办法相联系,其形成过程还受到多方利益因素的影响和制约.因此,要将农地流转市场纳入多元主体治理框架进行分析,使农地资源市场化过程与农业生产力水平相适应.

Along with the rapid development of the mobile Internet and mobile payment market,mobile payment business has become the key of the development of the mobile value-added business.In order to obtain the biggest profits,the main participants of mobile payment market have begun to compete for market share.Considering the mobile operators,bank,the third party payment services provider,and combining with practice,this paper set up Cournot models under complete and incomplete information of mobile market.Through solving and analyzing the models,the operation mode suitable for Chinese national conditions of mobile payment market was put forward,which means that mobile operators collaborate with bank and the third-party service providers offer support.
公司理财中的融资策划应确立正确的融资目标,坚持以需定量、融资可行、整体最优和可持续融资等基本原则,融资规划工作的合理性对于公司理财工作的有效性具有十分重要的影响.当前公司理财中的融资规划问题仍然存在不少问题,有必要进行适时的改进.在这种背景下,本文首先探讨了公司理财中的融资规划现状与问题,进而分别从明确公司理财中的融资规划环境的建议与系统开展公司理财中的融资规划工作两个方面着手,给出了强化公司理财中的融资规划工作的建议.
本文建立古诺和斯塔克伯格两个博弈模型对其与银联的不对称竞争进行系统分析,得出结论:(1)先动优势使银联成为均衡产量的决定者,且其所获利润将大于通联和开联;(2)银联作为在位银行卡组织会宣布一个较大产量来阻止通联和开联进入市场,通联、开联应采取迅速建立网络,打入市场获取正利润策略,以期能成功的进入市场。
Using the parallelization to deal with complex questions,a most basic issue is how to divide the complex question into some sub-questions.Firstly studied some special geometric property about convex shell,then used these property to divide the set of points into some triangle grids.Simultaneously proved convex shell umbo is only located in the periphery triangle grid and looked for convex shell umbo in these periphery triangle region mutually independently.
With the complexity of multi-objective decision making,the indefinite of policy-making factor influence and the limitation of traditional judgment method,precisely measuring the attributes’ values is very difficult frequently,so the attributes’ values often can be only estimated approximately by using the interval number.For precisely quantify uncertainty,according to the isomorphic fundamental principles and the relative theories and the thought of the similar science,a new algorithm based on an isomorphism multi-objective decision-making new method was proposed.The new algorithm’s main characteristics are:1) propose the policy-maker risk preference weight; 2) use the isomorphism risk measure triad (Low limit similarity,Risk degree,Risk preference value) to precisely quantify the risk-degree existing in the decision-making process; 3) produce pole plan to describe the relationship between various attributes and the policy-making goal; 4) define the new concept—plan similarity; 5) construct risk-weighting similar measure operator (RWSMO),to measure the risk-weighting similarity size between decision scheme and the pole plan;6) pick out the plan with the maximum of risk-weighting similar measure (RWSM) as the optimum or satisfied plan.
本文根据同构化凸壳构造基本定理,整合了"动态基线倾角最大化"凸壳并行算法思想与"动态基线距离最大化圈绕凸壳"凸壳串行算法思想的各自优点,并对后者施以多域化扩展与并行化改造,从而提出效率更高的基于动态基线倾角与动态基线距离最大化的凸壳并行新算法.该凸壳并行新算法的特点是:1) 其机群分为4个子机群,其数据分布域分为4个子分布域,其各子分布域内凸壳顶点的圈绕寻找方向共有4个,即各子分布域均各由自己的逆时针寻找方向;2)对各子分布域的当前动态基线,均并行地找出其当前动态基线倾角最大点与当前动态基线距离最大点,并作为其各子分布域内凸壳的新顶点.
In order to improve and enhance the efficiency of role-managing and permission-assigning of traditional RBAC,an expanded model of RBAC based on isomorphic adapter-monitor of objects'states is proposed,which associ- ates roles and corresponding permission while objects are in different states.When the states switch and accordingly al- ter the assignment of roles and permission,with Observer Pattern,the adapter-monitor can catch it in time,response it automatically and then adapt it dynamically,to avoid accessing conflict and prevent illegal access as possible,thus more efficient and agiler to control the access safety and its implement in different objects' states.
In this paper,comment on the lower efficiency shortcomings of representative both series algorithms for finding convex hull(for example:Gift wrapping convex hull algorithm,Graham scan convex hull algorithm,and so on)and parallel algorithms for finding convex hull(for example:Half-dividing convex hull algorithm,Rapid convex hull algorithm,and so on),and according to the isomorphic fundamental theorem of the convex hull construction and using the advantages of COW(Cluster of workstation),a more efficient new parallel algorithm to find a convex hull is given.The general characters of the new parallel algorithm are:1)its COW is combined with two sub-clusters;2)its domain is divided into two sub-domains;3)its seeking directions of coiling with a minimum lever pitch in every sub-domain are along with two ways(i.e.clockwise direction,and anti clockwise direction)separately.

In this paper,based on the isomorphic principles,the guiding principle of programming described as “an algorithm is the mother of its programs,and the programs are the sons of their algorithm” is raised;by means of some typical creative cases of an isomorphic algorithm design with the “Right→Good→Clever→Excellent→Wonderful”,a new idea,new way and new practice of “the education for the thinking of isomorphic creativity which should and could exist in teaching of programming courses based on the Pre-guide of algorithm design” are clarified.

In this paper,comment on a representative algorithm convex hull with half-dividing and recurrenc;and a more efficient new algorithm to find a convex hull based on intelligent approximating with a maximum pitch is given by the isomorphic fundamental theorem of the convex hull.The isomorphic characters of the new algorithm are:1)find out the outside-most poles which are the leftmost,rightmost,topmost and bottommost points on the convex hull,i.e. the four initial poles which have the maximum or the minimum coordinate value of the X or Y axis among all the points in given 2D point set;2)divides the original distributed domain into four sub-domain with the initial poles;3) in every sub-domain,constructs a current pole with a maximum pitch to its base line based on its last pole got just dynamically and sequentially,and draw the rims of this convex polygon with these poles for intelligent approximating for a convex hull of the given 2D point set step by step.
