Objective:To investigate the effect of rehabilitation therapy in form of physical exercise in children with burn injury. Methods:Ninety-six children with deep Ⅱ degree burns involving (19.0±16.5)% TBSA,were admitted from January to October in 2014 to the Fifth Hospital of Harbin,were included in this study. After heal-ing of the wound,they were randomly divided into treatment group (n=48)and control group (n=48). In the control group,children received topical drug dressing and wore elastic body suit. In the treatment group,on the bases of the treatment of the control group,they also received physical training with apparatus,massage,and ac-tive and passive joint movement therapy for 8 weeks. The Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS),pruritus degree,pain se-verity,ability of daily life activities (Barthel index),and deformity incidence were compared between the two groups. Results:After active and passive rehabilitation therapy,the VSS and scores of pruritus degree,pain sever-ity as well as deformity incidence in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,while the a-bility of daily life activities was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Rehabil-itation therapy in form of exercise could effectively reduce the scar formation and deformities in burn children with burn inj ury.
<正>心律失常是危害人民群众身体健康的心血管疾病之一。当心脏冲动的起源或传导异常,使心脏活动的频率或节律发生紊乱,即形成心律失常。阵发性室性心动过速和心室颤动是心律失常较为严重的两种类型,常常可以危及生命,是高度危险的心律失常。
烧伤面积超过25%的小儿严重烧伤89例,其中,治愈51例,死亡38例,并对病例死亡的原因进行分析,其中,休克占55%,最高;感染占25%,其次。在死亡病例中,延迟复苏者,占最大比重。小儿严重烧伤患者休克发生率很高,脑水肿及肺水肿发生率高,因此,早期休克其死亡率较高。治疗小儿严重烧伤早期抗休克补液更重要,小儿烧伤早期补液,不要机械照搬公式,依据患儿实际尿量和临床表现及时调整补液,小儿因其生理解剖特点,在烧伤治疗上与成人有差别。
随着医学模式的转变,心理护理越来越被临床重视和接受.尤其是烧伤病人,心理护理更具有其特殊性和必要性,是病人康复的可靠保证.
整体护理是护理工作发展到一个阶段产物,也是我国护理工作逐渐和国际工作接轨的一种表现.从1996年至今我病房已开展整体护理工作有6年了,6年来在护理部的正确领导下,我病房的整体护理工作取得了长足的发展,现就烧伤病房整体护理工作的特点谈一些体会.
大面积烧伤病人早期都出现烧伤休克,常规的静脉穿刺输液往往不能够满足临床抢救的需要,因此静脉切开插管则是常规的抢救手段.我科自1990年～2000年8月收治大面积烧伤病人50例,其中行静脉切开30例,现将体会报告如下.
由于小儿特殊的生理特点,发生特重度烧伤后病情往往非常严重,治疗护理困难大,死亡率高,实行比成人更为周密的护理极为重要.我们的体会是:把握全局,抓住重点,分段护理,稳中求细.
