5G移频MIMO(多入多出)室分系统在原室分系统基础上改造,实现5G信号在单根馈线上实现2×2MIMO覆盖.从系统原理、设备优点、场景选择、部署建议、监控维护、实际应用六个方面,对5G移频MIMO室分系统的内在特性、场景部署与传统5G室分进行对比.结果表明,5G移频MIMO室分系统可以节省一半的信源,覆盖半径不变,极限速率降低一半.
跨境电子商务已经彻底转变了传统的贸易方式,成为我国经济贸易新的增长点."一带一路"倡议的提出,让全球将近100多个国家和国际组织参与到"一带一路"发展建设中来.国务院在2015年3月和2016年1月分两批批准设立杭州、天津等13个跨境电子商务综合试验区(综试区),2018年7月又新设了22个跨境电商综试区,这些举措势必加速推进"跨境电商"的迅猛发展,也催生出对于"跨境电商"人才巨大的需求.本文分析了跨境电商的发展状况、跨境电商人才需求及人才培养存在的问题,着眼于"跨境电商"行业的发展前景,提出了跨境电商人才的培养体系.

传统方法在对无人机故障进行识别时,未对无人机故障进行有效分类,使得无人机故障识别结果差,应用性不高.为此,本文引入诊断分类树状模型对无人机故障元数据进行分类,解决传统方法中存在的问题.分析无人机故障元数据特点,在此基础上完成诊断层分类,获得对象层、故障层、征兆层、测试层、现象层及原因层6种不同的元数据属性类型;建立诊断分类树状模型对上述的元数据属性类型分类,获得统一格式为CML类型数据;依据雷达天线信息采集相关无人机故障元数据,根据左右识别及判断脉冲点方法完成元数据属性瞬时识别过程;获取最终的数据单元,实现无人机故障元数据属性的精确识别.实验结果表明,研究的技术能够精准地识别到故障元数据属性,并对其分类,分类处理所需时间短,该技术具有很高的发展空间,对于保障无人机安全运行有重要意义.

With the constant development of economy, income level of citizens increases day by day and more and more people change consumption quality, level, concept and means of food. To ensure food quality during transportation, emergence of low temperature logistic system makes up the consumption of meat product during transportation in time. Based on the concept and characteristics of low temperature logistic system, this study analyzes the design of current low temperature logistic systems for meat product combining with the production situation of meat product production in China and development trend of low temperature logistic systems, finds out existing problems as well as corresponding solutions, in order to optimize low temperature logistics system and promote continuous development of meat product market.
IT architecture transformation of telecom enterprise needs to construct mixed architecture cloud resource pool. In view of the situation, the strategy of construction and deployment of mixed cloud resource pool was proposed. The interface adaptation management and special performance indicators in the operation and management of cloud resource pool were researched in depth, which has a guiding signiifcance to the construction, operation and management of the mixed architecture cloud resource pool.
基于IT服务管理(ITSM)基础,提出了电信运营商的IT服务目录梳理方法,给出了面向客户的业务服务目录样例,并在服务目录梳理的基础上研究并提出了基于服务视角的监控方法,有效提升了服务监控的针对性和有效性,确保服务质量符合客户的期望值。
Objective This study was conducted to find out the current job satisfaction of community health service(CHS) center staff and the influencing factors under the new medical reform. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to survey 179 medical staffs of six CHS centers in Binhu district, Wuxi city. Results A total of 51.4% of the staffs were dissatisfied with their current job.Job reward scored the lowest. There was a lack of compensation mechanism and the Essential Drugs List in the new medical reform can be improved. Conclusion Improving the performance appraisal system, buliding GP team, perfecting the Essential Drugs List,exploring the implementation of drugs amount budget, establishing CHS partnership new model can improve job satisfaction in the CHS center staffs.
For requirements of data information monitoring under heterogeneous network,the data acquisition method under heterogeneous environment is researched. Simple Network Management Protocol ( SNMP) and Management Information Base ( MIB) are analyzed and used to design and implement a host resource acquiring system which has the ability to monitor host resource usage under heterogeneous network at real-time. The system uses relational database to save entire record of network hosts monitered,generating real-time resource usage curve and providing the ability to comprehensively analyze the host resource usage in a long term period. The running result shows that the system has the ability to monitor host comprehensively and effectively,timely control of running status of network resource.
In order that people intuitively know the health level of IT system operation, a set of common IT health model based on both the concept of health in medicine science and IT system composition model is designed in this paper. The model which can quantitatively measure health level of IT system has already been applied in a telecommunication company. It offers a reference of IT system monitoring to other companies.

At the base of enhanced Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method, this paper determined the performance evaluation index set of small and medium manufacturing lean revolution from a strategic point of view. According to the causality chain of evaluation index, it established evaluation model with ANP method and determined the weights of evaluation indexes with Super Decision software. Finally, it took the performance evaluation of lean revolution in production department “A” factory as an example, and the calculation results showed that this evaluation model is specified the direction of the efforts of promoting lean revolution continuously for a small and medium manufacturing in China.
In line with the teaching reform,in experimental teaching,the teaching methods,course content,and examination of experimental courses were reformed.After learning the basic skills,case study was used to guide the students to analyze and solve problems,determine pathogens and select sensitive drugs.Practice proves that the students speak highly of these reforms.The experimental courses were changed from passive to active,the students' enthusiasm and interest for learning were stimulated.At the same time,the reform played a promoting role in the improvement of the quality of teachers.
