奥林匹克运动是以教育为核心,体育为载体的国际文化形象,通过对奥林匹克教育的实质和文化内涵及教育的价值进行分析,认为,构建和谐校园体育文化与奥林匹克教育息息相关,它对提高校园精神文明,建设良好的校风,培养高素质人才起着重要的作用。

By means of/Based on documents and data,questionnaires and statistics,comparison and analytic hierarchy process,this paper probes into the composition and the cultivation creative talents for sports teachers of college P.E.students.The authors find that such composition is characterized with its 45 elements in 7 series of 3 stratifications/administrative levels.We need to select relevant subjects and courses,to establish some bases for students' training and practice,and to build up an ability-oriented curriculum and a new pattern of creative talents fostering mode according to P.E.major students' capability and competence.In addition,we are required to reinforce our teaching,training and coaching of community physical education and to set up a system of scientific and rigorous evaluation.

In the new century,with the rapid development of sports in the world and the rapid development of China's economic,the heritage and development of national traditional sports was a severe test.Finding suitable ways for the development of national traditional sports has become an urgent task.Take full advantage of the leading role of school sports is the key to inherit and develop the national traditional sports.

Through the statistics and analysis of scores in the gyroscope match of the 7th National Minority Traditional Sports and the Invitational Gyroscope Match in 2004 and 2005,as well as the analysis on the experimental result of the two kinds of tactics,this paper puts forward that different tactics can be adopted superiority and inferiority.
