Pesticide science is a professional, theoretical, practical and technical course related to agriculture. The traditional teaching methods of teacher-centered and classroom teaching cannot meet the demands of professionalism, practicality and technicality in the course. After two years of exploration, the author changed the concepts and methods in the teaching process of this course, adopted interactive teaching, focused on students, mobilized the enthusiasm and participation of students, and strengthened students' thinking ability and practical ability training. Through the reforms, students' ability to find and solve problems was improved, their interest in the course was improved, and their mastery of professional knowledge and application skills were also improved. Besides, excellent teaching effects were achieved.
The professional basic course is the key to guarantee and improve the quality of college teaching. The learning stage of professional basic course is an important period for students' ability training. Therefore, the teaching reform of professional basic course is the focus of the college teaching reform. With the characteristics of the "PAD classroom" teaching mode, this paper takes the phytobiology course as an example to explore and study the feasibility of applying this teaching mode in the professional basic course. In order to implement the strategy of transforming the core of national postgraduate education from the cultivation of academic talents into cultivation of both academic and applied talents, it is necessary to reform personnel training programs and innovate personnel training models. Taking the cultivation of professional degree master in agriculture in Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology as an example, based on the needs of enterprises in the modern agriculture industry, this paper proposes the new mode of universities, enterprises, industries, and local governments jointly cultivating high-level applied professionals in the agricultural field, including the establishment of training goals, the formulation and optimization of training programs, the establishment of joint training bases, and the construction of quality monitoring systems inside and outside campus. Practice has shown that: postgraduate students in agriculture through jointly trained by multiple units can well combine the education and teaching, scientific research and agricultural production, which has significantly improved the application and practical ability of theoretical knowledge of postgraduate students.

以金樱子枝条为材料,使用吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、α-萘乙酸(NAA)、多效唑(PP333)、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)、生根粉(ABT)六种外源植物生长调节剂,分别配制质量分数为100,200,500 mg·L-1的溶液,浸泡0.5 h,然后扦插到基质中.结果表明:经100 mg·L-1的ABT溶液处理的综合效果最好,存活率可达73.33%,生根率可达80.00%,平均根数可达76.69%,最长根长可达13.13 cm,平均根长达9.73 cm.
