Pancreatic cancer is a highly aggressive and often fatal disease, with early detection being a key factor for improving patient survival. Recent advances in artificial intelligence (AI), particularly deep learning, have demonstrated significant potential in disease diagnosis based on histopathological images. This study investigates the effectiveness of two deep learning models, residual neural network (ResNet) and visual geometry group network (VGG), in distinguishing pancreatic cancer tissue from normal pancreatic tissue using histological images. A total of 3,000 hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stained pathological images were collected for both normal pancreatic tissue and pancreatic cancer tissue. The images were acquired using a microscopic slide scanning system in our laboratory. After preprocessing steps such as cropping, resizing, and normalization, the images were input into two deep neural networks, ResNet and VGG, for training and testing. The deep learning models were implemented using the PyTorch framework and tested on a CUDA10 parallel computing platform. ResNet achieved an accuracy of 92.27% and an F1-score of 0.92, outperforming VGG, which achieved an accuracy of 86.01% and an F1-score of 0.86. K-fold cross-validation was performed to evaluate the generalization ability of the models. The results showed that deep learning models, particularly ResNet, offer substantial promise for improving the accuracy of pancreatic cancer diagnosis, potentially facilitating earlier and more accurate detection in clinical settings.
Accurately assessing HER2-low (immunohistochemistry [IHC] 1 + and IHC 2+/in situ hybridization [ISH]–) and HER2-ultralow (IHC > 0 < 1+) is essential given the emergence of novel therapies. Thorough understanding of the reproducibility of rescoring IHC stained slides or re-staining archived tissue slides is essential. 2,869 breast cancer patients diagnosed between July 2021 and July 2022 from 10 hospitals in China were included in this multicentre study. The prevalence of different HER2 expression levels and distribution of HER2 IHC scores were assessed by HER2 status determination from rescored historical slides. Concordance was evaluated across historical results versus rescored results, historical results versus re-stained results, and leading center results versus local site results. Clinicopathological characteristics were retrospectively analyzed as well. HER2 IHC 0, IHC 1+, IHC 2+, and IHC 3 + were identified in 682 (23.8
Abstract Background: With Trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) changing the anti-HER2 treatment paradigm, HER2-low (defined as IHC2+/ISH- and IHC1+) breast cancer patients have emerged as a new targetable population. The lower threshold for HER2 expression that can benefit from HER2-directed antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) is still being investigated, such as HER2 immunohistochemistry (IHC) >0 to < 1+ (defined as IHC 0 with incomplete and faint staining in ≤10% of tumor cells) in the DESTINY-Breast06 trial. Accurate determination of HER2 scores has become a critical topic in clinical discussions, given its clinical relevance to HER2-directed treatment strategies. Hence, we conduct this study (HER2-PATH, NCT05203458) to evaluate the distribution of HER2 status including HER2 IHC >0 to < 1+ in Chinese patients with breast cancer. Concordance between rescored and historical results was also analyzed. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted in breast cancer patients who underwent surgery at 10 sites in China between July 2021 and July 2022. Archived HER2 IHC slides from these patients were subjected to rescoring by a review committee comprising two readers and one adjudicator. The two readers independently evaluated each slide blinded to the historical scores. If their results matched, the recorded outcome was considered final. In cases of disagreement, the adjudicator made the final judgment. All slides were stained using Ventana 4B5 and scored following the ASCO/CAP 2018 guidelines, including the addition of the IHC >0< 1+ as defined in the DESTINY-Breast06 trial. The prevalence of the rescored HER2 status was calculated, and the concordance between the historical and rescored HER2 status was assessed using the Cohen's Kappa coefficient. Results: A total of 2868 patients were included in the analysis. The rescored results categorized 682 (23.8%) patients as HER2 IHC 0, 871 (30.4%) patients as IHC 1+, 800 (27.9%) patients as IHC 2+, and 515 (18.0%) patients as IHC 3+. The rates of HER2-positive, HER2-low, and HER2 IHC 0 (including HER2 null and HER2 IHC >0 to < 1+) were 21.8%, 54.3% and 23.9%, respectively. Notably, the prevalence of HER2-low was numerically higher in the HR-positive subgroup compared to the HR-negative subgroup (60.2% vs 30.6%). Furthermore, the prevalence of HER2 IHC >0 to < 1+ and HER2 null was 10.6% and 13.2% among all patients, respectively. Among the HR-positive subgroup, the prevalence of HER2 IHC >0 to < 1+ was 10.9%, while the rate was 9.1% among the HR-negative subgroup. Overall, there was an 83.1% concordance between the historical and rescored results for HER2 IHC scores. The concordance rate for IHC 1+ was numerically lower (74.5%) compared to IHC 0 (85.2%), IHC 2+ (81.4%), and IHC 3+ (98.6%). However, considering that 12.0% of IHC 1+ patients turned into IHC 2+ with limited impact on HER2-low diagnosis, the concordance rate for HER2-low remained as 91.6%. Conclusion: HER2-low prevalence in Chinese breast cancer patients was found to be consistent with global data, while additional 10.6% of patients were identified as HER2 IHC >0 to < 1+, which is currently being investigated in a randomized controlled trial comparing T-DXd with SoC. To our knowledge, this is the first study to report the prevalence of HER2-low, including HER2 IHC >0 to < 1+, in the Chinese breast cancer population based on rescored results. The concordance of HER2-low between the historical and rescored results was 91.6%, indicating that most cases could be reproducibly classified. Metformin shows promise in breast cancer prevention, but its underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study investigated the impact of metformin on the repopulation dynamics of mammary epithelial cells (MECs) and the signaling pathways in non-tumorigenic FVB/N mice. This study aimed to enhance our understanding of the role of metformin in reducing the susceptibility of MECs in premalignant tissues to oncogenic factors. In this study, female mice were administered 200 mg/kg/day of metformin via intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection from 8 to 18 weeks of age. After this treatment period, morphogenesis, flow cytometry, analyses of MEC stemness, and RNA sequencing were performed. The study findings indicated that metformin treatment in adult mice reduced mammary gland proliferation, as demonstrated by decreased Ki67+ cells and lateral bud formation. Additionally, metformin significantly reduced both basal and mammary repopulating unit subpopulations, indicating an impact on mammary epithelial cell repopulation. Mammosphere, colony-forming cell, and 3D culture assays revealed that metformin adversely affected mammary epithelial cell stemness. Furthermore, metformin downregulated signaling in key pathways including AMPK/mTOR, MAPK/Erk, PI3K/Akt, and ER, which contribute to its inhibitory effects on mammary proliferation and stemness. Transcriptome analysis with RNA sequencing indicated that metformin induced significant downregulation of genes involved in multiple critical pathways. KEGG-based pathway analysis indicated that genes in PI3K/Akt, focal adhesion, ECM-receptor, small cell lung cancer and immune-modulation pathways were among the top groups of differentially regulated genes. In summary, our research demonstrates that metformin inhibits MEC proliferation and stemness, accompanied by the downregulation of intrinsic signaling. These insights suggest that the regulatory effects of metformin on premalignant mammary tissues could potentially delay or prevent the onset of breast cancer, offering a promising avenue for developing new preventive strategies.
Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological and molecular genetic characteristics of well-differentiated/dedifferentiated liposarcoma (WDLPS/DDLPS) with myxoid-like morphology, and to distinguish them from myxofibrosarcoma (MFS) with similar morphology. Methods: Twenty-nine cases of myxoid-like liposarcoma and 5 cases of MFS were collected from Henan Provincial People's Hospital, Zhengzhou, China and the First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital, Beijing, China from January 2015 to March 2023. Relevant markers were detected using immunohistochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). The literature was also reviewed. Results: There were 24 males and 10 females, with ages ranging from 41 to 73 years. The tumor sites included retroperitoneum (n=17), abdomen (n=9), lower limbs (n=5), scrotum (n=1), upper limb (n=1) and axilla (n=1). WDLPS was commonly seen as lipomatoid type (12 cases), while the dedifferentiated components of DDLPS included low-grade (13 cases) and high-grade (2 cases) morphology, with low-high grade myxofibrosarcoma, dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, and low-grade fibrosarcoma structures. Twenty-nine liposarcomas had various proportions of myxoid-like morphology, while 16 showed various degrees of tumor necrosis. The myxoid-like component showed myxoid pleomorphic liposarcoma (MLPS)-like morphology, lobulated growth, characteristic slender, ramified capillary network,"chicken claw-like"morphology, mucus-rich stroma and lung edema-like morphology. Tumor cells were spindle and oval, with many variable vacuolar lipoblasts. MDM2 gene amplification was detected using FISH and present in all tested cases (29/29). DDIT3 break-apart mutation was not detected, but its cluster amplification was present (24/29). Among the MFS cases, one showed cluster amplification (1/5), but no cases showed break-apart or amplification of MDM2 gene. Conclusions: WDLPS/DDLPS with myxoid-like morphology is most commonly seen in the retroperitoneum and abdominal cavity and mostly harbors DDIT3 break-apart probe amplification, while this amplification is not specific to liposarcoma. For core biopsy specimens or very rare tumors in the limbs, when histology has mucinous stroma and MLPS-like morphology, misdiagnosis of MLPS or other non-lipomatous neoplasms with myxoid morphology should be avoided.

Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological features, classification, and genetic characteristics of common lymphatic malformation (CLM) in superficial soft tissue. Methods: A retrospective study of 110 patients with the diagnosis of CLM at the Henan Province People's Hospital, China from August 2019 to August 2022 was performed. The clinicopathological features, relevant immunohistochemical (IHC) staining results, and fluorescence quantitative PCR of PIK3CA mutation were analyzed, and patients were followed up. Results: Among the 110 CLM patients, there were 53 males and 57 females; 65 cases (65/110, 59.1%) were first detected when the patients were≤2 years old. The most common location was the head and neck in 41 cases (41/110, 37.3%). Clinically, 102 cases (102/110, 92.7%) were solitary, 83 cases (83/110, 75.5%) were skin-colored, 69 cases (69/110, 62.7%) had indistinct borders, and 10 cases (10/110, 9.1%) had diffuse and severe macroscopic manifestations. There were 52 macrocystic type (52/110, 47.3%), 23 microcystic type (23/110, 20.9%), and 35 combined type (35/110, 31.8%). The macrocystic CLM presented as soft, translucent masses with large cystic cavities on the cut surface, and histologically they were composed of large, irregularly dilated channels that were thicker with irregular smooth muscle and lymphocytic infiltration. Microcystic CLM showed wartlike projections or translucent blisters on the skin, with small honeycomb structures on the cut surface, and histologically consisted of round or angular dilated small lymphatic vessels with little or no smooth muscle. The combined CLM had both macrocystic and microcystic morphologies. IHC staining showed that the lymphatic endothelial cells were positive for LYVE-1, D2-40, PROX1, CD31, and VEGFR3 but negative for CD34; in the macrocystic and combined CLM vessel walls were positive for SMA. Eight of 13 CLM had PIK3CA mutation. All patients were followed up, and 24 (24/110, 21.8%) had relapses, which more frequently occurred in combined type, followed by microcystic type. Conclusions: CLM is a congenital vascular malformation composed of dilated, abnormal lymphatic channels, with PIK3CA mutation. There are significant differences in clinicopathological characteristics among the different types. Since microcystic and combined CLM are prone to recurrence, accurate pathological subtyping is necessary to guide treatment and to predict prognosis.
The diagnosis of vascular diseases is not only about distinguishing neoplastic or non-neoplastic lesions, but also focusing more on emphasizing the essence of the disease, namely the presence or absence of endothelial cell proliferation, and further to distinguishing true hemangioma tumors or vascular malformation. This article is based on the International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies (ISSVA) classification, which is widely used in clinical practice, and discusses the related pathological diagnosis issues of vascular diseases.

Core 1 β 1,3-galactosyltransferase 1 (C1GALT1) acts as an important glycosyltransferase in the occurrence and development of tumor glycosylation. However, the regulatory mechanisms of C1GALT1 in thyroid cancer (TC) is still unclear. In this study, we discovered that the expression level of C1GALT1 was significantly increased in thyroid adenocarcinoma tissues and cell lines (p < 0.01). Meanwhile, gene silencing of C1GALT1 inhibited the proliferation (CCK-8 assay), migration (wound healing), and invasion (Transwell) of TC cells (p < 0.05). Further investigation indicated that miR-141-3p had a negative correlation with C1GALT1 and suppressed cancer carcinogenesis in TC cells. Moreover, we first found that glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1) was a downstream element of C1GALT1 and was positively correlated with C1GALT1 levels in TC. The GLUT1 could reverse the inhibitory effects of siRNA C1GALT1 on cell development (p < 0.05). These data suggest that the miR-141-3p/C1GALT1/GLUT1 axis plays an essential role during TC progression and may be a probable biomarker or therapeutic target for thyroid cancer patients.
The partner of NOB1 homolog (PNO1) is an RNA-binding protein that participates in ribosome biogenesis and protein modification. The functions of this molecule are largely unknown in cancers, particularly breast cancer. We employed bioinformatics methods to probe the putative oncogenic functions of PNO1 based on expression profiles and clinical data from the cancer genome atlas (TCGA), genotype-tissue expression project (GTEx), human protein atlas (HPA), cancer cell line encyclopedia (CCLE), UALCAN, drug sensitivity in cancer (GDSC) and UCSC XENA databases. Our analyses revealed that PNO1 was overexpressed in 31 malignancies, which excluded kidney chromophobe (KICH) and acute myeloid leukemia (LAML). Prognostic assessments have demonstrated that high PNO1 expression was significantly correlated with poor overall and disease-specific survival in various cancers. The promoter methylation level of PNO1 is significantly decreased in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), thyroid carcinoma (THCA) and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). Furthermore, inhibition of PNO1 decreased the viability, migration and invasion of breast cancer cells, and these results were confirmed by mouse xenograft models of breast cancer. In addition, we discovered that tumor microenvironment (TME), immune infiltration, and chemotherapy sensitivity were influenced by PNO1 expression. Concordantly, our analyses revealed a significant positive correlation between PNO1 and programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression across breast carcinoma samples. In conclusion, these findings indicate that PNO1 could act as a promising prognostic biomarker and adjunct diagnostic indicator, because it affects tumor growth and invasion. Our study offers valuable new perspectives on the oncogenic role of PNO1 in various types of cancers.
Background and aimsThe levels of M2 macrophages are significantly associated with the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), however, current detection methods in clinical settings remain challenging. Our study aims to develop a weakly supervised artificial intelligence model using globally labeled histological images, to predict M2 macrophage levels and forecast the prognosis of HCC patients by integrating clinical features.MethodsCIBERSORTx was used to calculate M2 macrophage abundance. We developed a slide-level, weakly-supervised clustering method for Whole Slide Images (WSIs) by integrating Masked Autoencoders (MAE) with ResNet-32t to predict M2 macrophage abundance.ResultsWe developed an MAE-ResNet model to predict M2 macrophage levels using WSIs. In the testing dataset, the area under the curve (AUC) (95% CI) was 0.73 (0.59-0.87). We constructed a Cox regression model showing that the predicted probabilities of M2 macrophage abundance were negatively associated with the prognosis of HCC (HR=1.89, p=0.031). Furthermore, we incorporated clinical data, screened variables using Lasso regression, and built the comprehensive prediction model that better predicted prognosis. (HR=2.359, p=0.001).ConclusionOur models effectively predicted M2 macrophage levels and HCC prognosis. The findings suggest that our models offer a novel method for determining biomarker levels and forecasting prognosis, eliminating additional clinical tests, thereby delivering substantial clinical benefits.
Recent advances in large model and neuroscience have enabled exploration of the mechanism of brain activity by using neuroimaging data. Brain decoding is one of the most promising researches to further understand the human cognitive function. However, current methods excessively depends on high-quality labeled data, which brings enormous expense of collection and annotation of neural images by experts. Besides, the performance of cross-individual decoding suffers from inconsistency in data distribution caused by individual variation and different collection equipments. To address mentioned above issues, a Join Domain Adapative Decoding (JDAD) framework is proposed for unsupervised decoding specific brain cognitive state related to behavioral task. Based on the volumetric feature extraction from task-based functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (tfMRI) data, a novel objective loss function is designed by the combination of joint distribution regularizer, which aims to restrict the distance of both the conditional and marginal probability distribution of labeled and unlabeled samples. Experimental results on the public Human Connectome Project (HCP) S1200 dataset show that JDAD achieves superior performance than other prevalent methods, especially for fine-grained task with 11.5%-21.6% improvements of decoding accuracy. The learned 3D features are visualized by Grad-CAM to build a combination with brain functional regions, which provides a novel path to learn the function of brain cortex regions related to specific cognitive task in group level.
Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological features, molecular genetic features, and differential diagnosis of intraductal carcinomas (IDC) of the salivary glands. Methods: Twenty-five cases of salivary gland IDC diagnosed at the Department of Oral Pathology, Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital and two cases from Department of Pathology, Henan Provincial People's Hospital, Zhengzhou, China from January 2008 to July 2023 were collected. Their clinical and pathological features were analyzed retrospectively. Fluorescence in situ hybridization and Sanger sequencing were performed. The patients were followed up and related literatures were reviewed. Results: There were 27 patients with IDC, including 15 males and 12 females, ranging in age from 20.0 to 80.0 years (mean 55.9 years). Clinically, the tumor often presented as a painless mass with a tumor diameter of 1.0-3.0 cm (mean 2.0 cm). All patients received surgical treatment. Twenty patients were followed up. One of them (1/20) died of lung cancer, while the rest survived without tumor recurrence. Histologically, IDC were classified as: intercalated (63.0%, 17/27), apocrine (25.9%, 7/27), oncocytic (7.4%, 2/27) and mixed (3.7%, 1/27) types. Intercalated tumors showed positive S-100 and negative androgen receptor (AR) immunoreactivity. Ki-67 proliferation index was low (about 1%-5%). Nine cases had the RET gene disruption, and 2 cases showed the BRAF V600E mutation. Apocrine tumors showed strong AR immunoreactivity but no S-100 immunoreactivity. Ki-67 proliferation index was high (about 10%-60%), and the RET gene rupture was detected in 1 case. Oncocytic tumors were similar to that of intercalated type in 2 cases, and RET gene disruption was detected in the both cases. Mixed tumors showed histologic features of oncocytic and apocrine patterns and harbored the RET gene disruption. Conclusions: IDC is a rare low-grade malignant tumor of the salivary gland and easily confused with other salivary gland tumors with similar morphology. Molecular testing is helpful for its differential diagnosis.
Delayed recanalization at days or weeks beyond the therapeutic window was shown to improve functional outcomes in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients. However, the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. Previous preclinical study reported that trefoil factor 3 (TFF3) was secreted by liver after cerebral ischemia and acted a distant neuroprotective factor. Here, we investigated the liver-derived TFF3-mediated neuroprotective mechanism enhanced by delayed recanalization after AIS. A total of 327 male Sprague-Dawley rats and the model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) with permanent occlusion (pMCAO) or with delayed recanalization at 3 d post-occlusion (rMCAO) were used. Partial hepatectomy was performed within 5 min after MCAO. Leucine-rich repeat and immunoglobulin-like domain-containing nogo receptor-interacting protein 2 (LINGO2) siRNA was administered intracerebroventricularly at 48 h after MCAO. Recombinant rat TFF3 (rr-TFF3, 30 μg/Kg) or recombinant rat epidermal growth factor (rr-EGF, 100 μg/Kg) was administered intranasally at 1 h after recanalization, and EGFR inhibitor Gefitinib (75 mg/Kg) was administered intranasally at 30 min before recanalization. The evaluation of outcomes included neurobehavior, ELISA, western blot and immunofluorescence staining. TFF3 in hepatocytes and serum were upregulated in a similar time-dependent manner after MCAO. Compared to pMCAO, delayed recanalization increased brain TFF3 levels and attenuated brain damage with the reduction in neuronal apoptosis, infarct volume and neurological deficits. Partial hepatectomy reduced TFF3 levels in serum and ipsilateral brain hemisphere, and abolished the benefits of delayed recanalization on neuronal apoptosis and neurobehavioral deficits in rMCAO rats. Intranasal rrTFF3 treatment reversed the changes associated with partial hepatectomy. Delayed recanalization after MCAO increased the co-immunoprecipitation of TFF3 and LINGO2, as well as expressions of p-EGFR, p-Src and Bcl-2 in the brain. LINGO2 siRNA knockdown or EGFR inhibitor reversed the effects of delayed recanalization on apoptosis and brain expressions of LINGO2, p-EGFR, p-Src and Bcl-2 in rMCAO rats. EGFR activator abolished the deleterious effects of LINGO2 siRNA. In conclusion, our investigation demonstrated for the first time that delayed recanalization may enhance the entry of liver-derived TFF3 into ischemic brain upon restoring blood flow after MCAO, which attenuated neuronal apoptosis and neurological deficits at least in part via activating LINGO2/EGFR/Src pathway.
Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological features, immunophenotype, molecular features and differential diagnosis of primary synovial sarcoma of the lung (PSSL). Methods: Twelve cases of PSSL were collected at Henan Provincial People's Hospital, during May 2010 and April 2021, and their clinicopathological parameters were summarized. SS18-SSX, H3K27Me3, and SOX2 were added to the original immunomarkers to evaluate their diagnostic value for PSSL. Results: The age of 12 patients when diagnosed ranged from 32 to 75 years (mean of 50 years). There were 7 males and 5 females, 2 left lung cases and 10 right lung cases. Of the 6 patients who underwent surgical resection, five cases were confined to lung tissue (T1), one case had mediastinal invasion (T3), two cases had regional lymph node metastasis (N1), and none had distal metastasis. Microscopically, 11 cases showed monophasic spindle cell type and one case showed biphasic type composed of mainly epithelial cells consisting of cuboidal to columnar cells with glandular and cribriform structures. It was difficult to make the diagnosis by using the biopsy specimens. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) showed CKpan expression in 8 of 12 cases; EMA expression in 11 of 12 case; TLE1 expression in 8 of 12 cases; S-100 protein expression in two of 12 cases; various expression of bcl-2 and vimentin in 12 cases, but no expression of SOX10 and CD34 in all the cases. The Ki-67 index was 15%-30%. The expression of SS18-SSX fusion antibody was diffusely and strongly positive in all 12 cases. SOX2 was partially or diffusely expressed in 8 of 12 cases, with strong expression in the epithelial component. H3K27Me3 was absent in 3 of 12 cases. SS18 gene translocation was confirmed by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) test in all 12 samples. Six cases underwent surgery and postoperative chemotherapy, while the other six cases had chemotherapy alone. Ten patients were followed up after 9-114 months, with an average of 41 months and a median of 26 months. Five patients survived and five died of the disease within two years. Conclusions: PSSL is rare and has a broad morphological spectrum. IHC and molecular tests are needed for definitive diagnosis. Compared with current commonly used IHC markers, SS18-SSX fusion antibody has better sensitivity to PSSL, which could be used as an alternative for FISH, reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction or next generation sequencing in the diagnosis of PSSL.
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of invasion lobular carcinoma(ILC) with uterine and peritoneal metastasis. Methods The clinical features, pathological features, immunohistochemical detection result and follow-up of 1 patient with ILC with uterine and peritoneal metastasis in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital were analyzed. Results The patient was 56 years old and underwent breast lobular carcinoma surgery(first operation), and uterine and peritoneal metastasis occurred 5 years after the operation. Hysterectomy and peritoneal dissection were done(second operation). After uterine surgery, the immunohistochemistry showed that cytokeratin 7, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, human epidermalgrowth factor receptor-2, P120(cytoplasm), gross cystic disease fluid protein 15 and GATA-3 were all locally positive. E-Cadherin, P63, thyriod transcription factor-1, P16, PAX-8 were negatively expressed. The pathological diagnosis was ILC with uterine and peritoneal metastasis. The follow-up result was 5 years after the second operation, and the patient had undergone regular endocrine treatment so far. Conclusion ILC with uterine and peritoneal metastasis is rare, clinical diagnosis is difficult, it is easy to be confused with female reproductive system tumors, and it is very important for clinical treatment to clarify pathological diagnosis. Relying on tissue morphology and immune markers is of great value for differential diagnosis.
