Fragile X syndrome (FXS) is one of the most common causes of mental retardation, but modern medicine has not yet produced a good therapeutic effect. Clinical practice and scientific studies have showed that acupuncture has a marked therapeutic effect on mental retardation, but researches on the mechanism of its action are still not mature. In view of this, this article will focus on the present situation of FXS study and expound the feasibility of NLGN-3 protein as a target for the mechanism of action of acupuncture on FXS.
Objective:To observe the effect of eletroacupuncture at Changqiang(GV1) on learning and memory ability of the fmr1 knockout mice and the expression of neuroligin 3 protein in the hippocampus CA1 region.Methods:A total of twenty-four 23 -days fmr1 knockout mices were randomly divided into a model group,a non-acupoint group,a Changqiang(GV1)group.In the changqiang group,the eletroacupunture apparatus was connected with continuous wave,2 mA,2Hz,20 min,once a day,six times a week for two weeks.The same eletroacupunture manipulation as Changqiang(GV1)group was used in non-acupoint group where non-acupoint in the right rib was selected.The model group was reared under the same conditions without any intervention.The escape latency and the ratio of swimming distance in platform quadrant to total swimming distance in each group were observed by using Morris water maze,and the neuroligin 3 protein protein expression in hippocampal CA1 region was measured by immunohistochemical techniques.Results:Compared with the model group and the non-acupoint group,the escape latency in the Changqiang(GV1) group was decreased(P < 0.05).The ratio of swimming distance in platform quadrant to total swimming distance was increased(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group and the non-acupoint group,the neuroligin 3 protein expression at Changqiang(GV1)group in hippocampal CA1 region was increased (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Eletroacupunture at Changqiang (GV1) can respectively improve learning and memory ability in fmr1 knockout mice and the mechanism of the situation may be related to the improving of neuroligin 3 protein expression in the hippocampus CA1 region.
目的 观察针刺长强穴对FMR1基因敲除小鼠海马PSD-95表达的影响.方法 选取28日龄FMR1基因敲除小鼠共30只,分为长强组、非穴组、模型组,每组10只;长强组选用长强穴,单手进针后,采用平补平泻提插手法行针1 min,频率100~ 160次/min,每日1次,连续治疗6日为1个疗程,疗程间间隔1天,治疗两个疗程;非穴组选用右侧胁下固定非经非穴点,治疗操作同长强组;模型组在同等条件下饲养,不予任何干预.应用Morris水迷宫观察小鼠学习记忆能力,免疫组化法检测小鼠海马区PSD-95蛋白的表达.结果 与模型组、非穴组相比,长强组治疗后原平台象限游泳时间/总时间比值明显增高(P<0.05);跨平台次数明显增高(P<0.05);海马区PSD-95蛋白表达明显增高(P<0.05).结论 针刺长强穴能提高FMR1基因敲除小鼠学习记忆和记忆能力,其机制可能与调控海马PSD-95蛋白表达有关.
The basic rule of traditional Chinese medicine, different diseases treated in the same way, refers to the phenomenon that treating different diseases with the same pathogenesis by adopting the same method, which has considerable guiding significance in acupuncture at Chángqiáng ( GV 1) during clinical practices. In this study, by integrating distal end therapeutic effect of meridians and collaterals and acupoints, and yin-yang of traditional Chinese medicine and signal pathway and biological holographic law of western medicine, the mechanism of acupuncture at GV 1 in treatment of multiple cognitive disorder-related diseases was analyzed, so as to expand the application of acupuncture at GV 1.
OBJECTIVE To compare the difference of clinical efficacy on sleeping disorder in the children with encephalopathy between the combined therapy of acupuncture at head points and seed-pressure at ear points and the simple acupuncture at head points. METHODS Thirty cases of sleeping disorder induced by encephalopathy werei randomized into an observation group and a control group, 15 cases in each one. In the observation group, the combined therapy of acupuncture at head points and seed-pressure at ear points was adopted. The head points in cluded Sishencong (EX-HN 1), Shenting (GV 24) and Benshen (GB 13). The ear points were the positive reactive sites in the cymba and cavum conchae. In the control group, acupuncture was applied simply to the acupoints on the head. The treatment was given once on every Tuesday and Friday a week separately, 30 min each time. Totally, 16 treatments were required. Children's sleeping habit questionnaire (CSHQ) was used to observe the sleep improvements and the efficacy in the patients of the two groups. RESULTS In the observation group, the results of sleep resistance, sleep anxiety, night sleep wake, parasomnias, sleep dyspnea, daytime somnolence and the total score after treatment were all improved apparently as compared with those before treatment (all P<0. 05). In the control group, the results of night sleep wake, parasomnias, daytime somnolence and the total score after treatment were improved apparently than those before treatment (all P<0. 05). In the observation group, the results of sleep resistance, sleep dyspnea and the total score after treatment were better than those in the control group (all P<0. 05) and the scores of sleep anxiety and daytime somnolence in the control group were better than those in the observation group after treatment (both P<0. 05). CONCLUSION The combined therapy of acupuncture at head points and seed-pressure at the positive reactive sites in the cymba and cavum conchae achieves the superior efficacy on sleep resistance and sleep dyspnea as compared with the simple acupuncture. The efficacy of simple acupuncture is more satisfactory on sleep anxiety and daytime somnolence.
Objective:To explore the effect of electroacupuncture at Changqiang on expression of postsynaptic density protein-95 (PSD-95) and cAMP-response element binding protein (CREB) in hippocampus CA1 region of FMRI knockout mice.Methods:Thirty FMRI knockout mices at 28 days old were randomly divided into Changqiang group (n=10), non-acupoint group (n=10) and model group (n=10). In Changqiang group, the mices were treated by acupuncturing Changqiang, then received electroacupuncture stimulus for 20 minutes (continuous wave), and the treatment was given once daily for six times per week and lasted for two weeks. The same electroacupuncture manipulation as Changqiang group was used in non-acupoint group, where non-acupoint in the right rib was selected. The model group was reared under the same conditions without any intervention. The learning and memory ability of rats in each group were observed by using Morris water maze, and the PSD-95 and CREB protein expression in hippocampus CA1 region were detected by immunohistochemical techniques.Results:Compared with the model group and the non-acupoint group, the escape latency in Changqiang group was decreased significantly (P<0.05), the ratio of swimming distance in platform quadrant to total swimming distance was increased (P<0.05), and the PSD-95 and CREB protein expression in hippocampus CA1 region were increased respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at Changqiang can improve the learning and memory ability in FMR1 knockout mice, and the mechanism may be related to the regulation of PSD-95 and CREB protein expression in hippocampus CA1 region.
脑瘫为一组运动和姿势发展的持久障碍,常伴有一系列功能障碍综合征[1].我国的发病率约为0.18%~0.4%,是导致儿童残疾的主因之一[2].睡眠障碍不仅影响儿童的体格生长,还对其学习、记忆、认知、行为、社交等带来一定的危害.脑瘫患儿由于肌张力、运动模式异常等原因,往往比普通儿童更易发生睡眠障碍[3].因此,对影响脑瘫患儿睡眠障碍相关因子进行研究具有重大意义.
健康秀丽的头发是人类美貌和青春的象征,它的社会心理意义远远超过其本身的生理意义.临床上秃发病人较多见,病人心理上的压力和生活上的不便,使病人迫切需要恢复其毛发.我院于2003年9月开始采用自体毛发单体毛囊移植治疗,取得满意效果.现报道如下.
