The purpose of this study was to explore the mitigating effect of morphine on the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI) in rats through the cyclic adenosine monophosphate/protein kinase A (cAMP/PKA) pathway. A total of 30 male Wistar rats were assigned into sham group, MIRI group and morphine group using a random number table. The model of MIRI was routinely established. Then, the pathological changes in the morphology of myocardial tissues were observed via hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining. The levels of the oxidative stress indicators superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA), the content of the inflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β) and IL-6 and the quantity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), CK-MB and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) in the myocardial enzyme spectrum were determined and analyzed through enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Moreover, the messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) and protein expressions of cAMP, PKA, cAMP-response element binding protein (CREB) and phosphorylated CREB (p-CREB) in the cAMP/PKA signaling pathway in the myocardial tissues were measured using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and Western blotting, respectively. The results manifested that compared with those in MIRI group, the levels of myocardial infarct size, LDH, CK, CK-MB, cTnI, MDA, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and p-CREB were decreased, while the levels of GSH-Px, SOD, PKA and CREB were increased in the morphine group. In conclusion, morphine may mitigate MIRI in rats through the cAMP/PKA signaling pathway.
当今社会,传统医学人员在临床治疗与药物知识相结合、贯彻医学政策方面表现出了知识与实践上的缺陷,因此临床诊疗与药理知识并通的新型药学人才培养成为医学领域最为重视的工程.本文从临床药学的标准为基础出发,将国内外医学进行教学模式和课程规划方面进行比较,结合我国临床医学实验的具体实践,分析当今医学领域药学人才培养的迫切性.从而将医学教育精简化,建立以临床医学为核心、药理知识为辅助的医学体制,增加医学人员在临床实践中的知识运用能力,培养具有创造力的新型临床药学人才,推动医学的健康快速发展.
药学综合实践课程教学是帮助学生补充理论知识,通过课程实践发展学生动手能力、思维拓展、实践创新的重要课程.随着教育的不断改革,社会对于人才各方面的需求,培养能够应对当今时代发展的应用型复合人才变得十分迫切,所以对药学综合实践课程的改革势在必行.药学综合实践课程,要求培养学生对于应用药学的多方面能力,主要包括药学理论知识和实践应用能力.课程改革主要是将社会所需要的技术型药学人才的培养,落实到课程教育中,建立起一种全新的教学理念,为以后药学课程的发展奠定基础.所以,为了满足教学目标对于技能型药学人才的需求,对药学综合实践改革应该落实到当前,本文就以上问题进行研究探讨.
进行高等教育可以有助于对于高素质应用型人才的培养,增加对理论教学的时间,培养专业的职业技能和创新能力,进行综合实践课改革可以有助于提升药学人才的基础教育.我国药学高等技术人才教育主要为各大医院药剂科室、制剂中心以及医院社会药房及医药公司研发机构提供人才,重点强调要培养毕业生的综合实践能力,全面提升其综合素质.为此,特进行药学综合实践课改革探究,希望可以改善传统专业教学弊端,实现新的医学院校高等药学专业综合实践教学水平提升.
目的:通过调查分析了解学生对班级导师的需求及评价,进一步优化地方医学院校班级导师制度.方法:使用自行设计的调查问卷,对本科学生进行调查.结果:参与调查的学生共1638人,班级导师存在与学生见面时间少、职能定位不清、学生对制度缺乏认同感、相应配套制度不健全等问题.结论:地方医学院校需正确定位班级导师职能,加强班级导师自身素养及育人能力,鼓励学生主动参与班级导师的互动,同时完善机制,加强监督管理.
The synthesis, characterization and pharmacological activities of a new series of 4-Hydroxy-2(3H)-benzoxazolone are described.CCl4-induced acute liver injury model in mice was determined by serum alanine aminol ransferase(ALT). Among the synthesized compounds, compound 4-hydroxy-2(3H)-benzoxazolone, 4-Acetyl-2(3H)-benzoxazolone, 3-4-Acetoxy-2(3H)-benzoxazolone was found to be the most promising compound for antihepatis.

A constitutive model based on hypoplasticity and micropolar continuum is developed by complex tensor formulations. The new model is simpler than any existing micropolar models. A characteristic length is the only additional material parameter. This model is implemented into ABAQUS and solved by finite element method (FEM). The simulation result of a simple shear test is compared with results of discrete element method (DEM). The comparison shows that the rotations of particles can be fairly well predicted with the micropolar hypoplastic model.

The effect of superficial gas velocity on average gas holdup and average solid holdup were investigated for the system of air-NaCl solution-K resin in a 6.36 L internal airlift loop reactor.The range of superficial gas velocity is 1.21~7.28 cm·s-1.The effects of area ratio steering and concentration of NaCl solution on average gas holdup were investigated.The corelations are proposed estimating average gas holdup in uniform bubble flow area,b=0.766 and corelated coefficient with area ratio steering and concentration of NaCl solution a=-3.45×10-5+0.0146(Sb/Sr)0.0185+1.35W.
The operating principles and types on loop reactor of gas-liquid-solid three phases(GLS-LR) were reviewed.The measured methods of the characteristic parameters involved gas holdup,solid holdup and liquid recirculation velocity in GLS-LR were summarized,also their advantage and disadvantage were pointed out.The rule of three characteristic parameters as changing with the operating conditions were discussed.The predicted models of the gas holdup and liquid recirculation velocity were collected and commented.

The title compound, C(15)H(16)O(6), was prepared by reaction of 2,2-bis-(hydroxy-meth-yl)propane-1,3-diol with 2-furaldehyde in the presence of hydro-chloric acid at room temperature. The asymmetric unit contains two crystallographically independent mol-ecules. In these two mol-ecules, the dihedral angles between the five-membered rings are 56.4 (3) and 56.3 (3)°. The six-membered rings adopt chair conformations. Inter-molecular C-H⋯π inter-actions link the mol-ecules and may be effective in the stabilization of the crystal structure.
