[目的]面向复杂疾病临床试验招募的需求,提出一种基于BERT-TextCNN的临床试验疾病亚型识别方法,辅助识别复杂疾病特定亚型的受试人群.[方法]将临床试验疾病亚型识别问题转化为单标签分类问题,应用基于BERT-TextCNN的单标签分类模型进行分类,以卒中为例在临床试验数据集(ClinicalTrials.gov)上开展实验验证.[结果]基于LP法的BERT-TextCNN模型性能最佳,加权宏平均F1值为0.905 3,可以有效判定一项卒中临床试验可纳入卒中亚型受试者情况.[局限]缺乏在其他单病种上的可行性研究,以及在外部数据集上的有效性验证.[结论]本文方法可以有效解决从纳入标准中准确识别复杂疾病亚型的问题.
OBJECTIVE To provide evidence for etiology through comparing and analyzing clinical manifestations of clustering unexplained sudden death cases of villages in Yunnan.METHODS The clinical data of 316 clustering death cases were collected and compared in two Yunnan villages-one had once outbreak(village A) and the other had more than once outbreak(village B).RESULTS The median of acute courses in village B with 177 cases were 0.08 hours.It was shorter than the median of acute courses in village A with 139 cases(Z =-2.0,P = 0.042),which was 0.33 hours.In prodromal stage,19.4% cases in the village A had clinical manifestations.It was higher than the village B disease which had 10.1% cases(χ 2 = 5.5,P = 0.019).The abdominal pain(29.6%) and diarrhea(14.8%) were higher in the village(P ﹤ 0.05).In the period of disease pathogenesis,upset(8.1%),moist rale of double lungs(4.5%) and cyanosis(16.2%) in the village A were higher(P﹤ 0.05),the headache(21.1%),limb numbness(16.9%) in the village B were higher(P﹤ 0.05).CONCLUSION Clinical manifestations of acute stage,prodromal stage and the period of disease pathogenesis in the two kinds of villages are not the same.It shows that cases of monitoring report may contain other disease or pathogenic mechanism of different internal and external causes of death.
Building applications from components is the ongoing trend.Lack of the theoretical basis and guidance to separate the software modules,the paper represents the module partition approach.It divides fine basic units based on software data model,and then according to the service interaction frequency and weight between modules,It analyses the relativity among the basic units.Finally,it assembles the basic units to module using fuzzy dendrogram.An example named order system in Mobile Advertising platform based on Open Services Gateway Initiative's framework(OSGi) was used to illustrate the rationality and validity.The approach is suitable for simple applications based on data model.
Objective Describe the spatial-temporal characteristics of Yunnan unexplained sudden death (YUSD) for providing clues to the etiology of YUSD.Methods Descriptive method was employed to analyze the temporal distribution characteristics of 375 YUSD cases during the period 1975-2008,which were from report,retrospective investigation and surveillance;Spatial analysis methods and techniques,such as first-order nearest neighbor method,thematic map making,etc,were adopted to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of these cases;K-means clustering was also used to divide YUSD Villages into some areas,and the temporal distribution characteristics of different areas were analyzed.Results Ninety-seven villages where YUSD happened were found.The affected villages are primarily located in the middle and northwest of Yunnan Province,and the spatial pattern of which is clustered (NNI=0.489,P<0.001).97.0% of YUSD cases were occurred during June and September,and the median date was 22nd July.YUSD villages were divided into four clusters in terms of spatial location,denoted by A,B,C and D.The median date of B cluster,30th July,was later by eleven days than that of other affected villages,which was approximately 19th July.Conclusions YUSD has the especial characteristic of time and space,and it is mainly occurred between June and September in the semi-mountain or mountain areas of the middle and Northwest of Yunnan Province.The time of YUSD was not the same in different affected villages.
Objective To find out the features of death causes for the people in villages where endemic unexplained sudden death in Yunnan occurred, and provide clues to explore causes of endemic unexplained sudden death in Yunnan. Methods All the villages in surveillance area of endemic unexplained sudden death in Yunnan were divided into two groups (case group and control group) on the basis of occurrence of unexplained sudden death or not in the past decades. The death rates, death spectrum and seasonal feature of death in two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The crude death rate in case group was 0. 90% ( age-adjusted death rate: 0.69% ), the crude death rate in control group was 0.62% ( age-adjusted death rate: 0.48% ). The first five leading death causes in case group were respiratory disease, circulatory disease, injury/poisoning, endemic unexplained sudden death in Yunnan and cancer, and the first five leading death causes in control group were circulatory disease, respiratory disease, injury/poisoning, cancer and digestive disease. More deaths occurred in August, January, and July in case group, and more deaths occurred in February, March and May in control group. Conclusion The death level and death patterns were different significantly between case group and control group.
There exist in Xiaozhaizigou National Nature Reserve,Sichuan Province,36 species of pteridophytes,which belong to 21 genera of 16 families.According to potency,it could be divided into 10 types,such as medicines for cleaning away heat or anti-rheumatism,medicines for inducing diuresis,medicines for expelling the parasites,hemostasis medicines,medicines for activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis,medicines for calming the liver to stop the wind,etc.This paper puts forward some suggestions for exploitation,utilization and protection of the medicinal pteridophytes in this area.
OBJECTIVE:The purpose of this study was to analyze the electrocardiographic features of the people living in the area with high incidence of unexplained sudden deaths in Yunnan province.METHOD:The electrocardiograms of 338 residents from three villages (Dayao, Ninglang, Heqing) with high incidence of unexplained sudden deaths and one control village (Dali) were analyzed [averaged age was (33.4 +/- 11.7) years, 175 men and 163 women].RESULTS:The incidence of cardiac arrhythmias was similar low in all groups. The left ventricular hypertrophy was observed in 34.6% of residents from Dayao. QTc significantly prolonged in the residents from all 3 high incidence areas compare the control area of Dali [control (386.8 +/- 27.22) ms, Ninglang (428.92 +/- 25.71) ms, Heqing (440.67 +/- 28.03) ms, Dayao (417.7 +/- 24.00) ms, P < 0.05 vs. control]. Incidence of U wave was significantly higher in Heqing village than that in control village (P < 0.05). The QUc of these 3 villages was: (613.67 +/- 37.34) ms, (597.19 +/- 46.47) ms, (608.59 +/- 39.59) ms respectively, and also significantly longer than the control village of Dali (589.33 +/- 41.27) ms (P < 0.05). The typical pattern of U wave presents as enlarged U wave and apparent T-U complex. In the 7 residents who have the family history of unexplained sudden death, 6 residents have U wave, and 4 of them present typical U wave pattern.CONCLUSION:The significant ECG changes in villages with high incidence of unexplained sudden death in Yunnan province were prolonged QTc, enlarged U wave and apparent T-U complex and these ECG features suggested the repolarization abnormalities of the heart in these subjects.
New alkylaluminum complexes supported by β-aminoalcohol ligands were prepared through a series of reactions by N,N-dimetyl-toluidine,t-BuCl,benzophenone and trialkylaluminum in a purified nitrogen atmosphere and were characterized by IR,EA,and NMR(1H,13C).The catalytic reactivity of these complexes towards ROP of e-CL in the presence of various solvents and at different temperatures had been tested.CH2Cl2 is the most suitable solvent for the ROP of e-caprolactone.
Community composition and structure of giant panda habitat were studied by systematic survey along altitudinal gradients in Xizozhaizigou Nature Reserve. It was found that:(1)The vegetation type of Xiaozhaizigou Nature Reservation are broad-leaved forest and coniferous deciduous forest,subalpine coniferous forests;(2)There are Fargesia rufa,F.denudata,F.nitida,Bashania fangianain various vegetation type in Xiaozhaizigou Nature Reserve,especially mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forests and subalpine coniferous forests;(3)In Xiaozhaizigou,the broad-leaved forest,mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forests, and subalpine coniferous forests were suitable habitat for pandas;(4)With the ascension of altitude,the vegetation type alters naturally and takes on natural state.
