Taking Zhangzagu No.3,Zhangzagu No.6,Jizhanggu No.5 as the test materials,under the two water conditions of water stress and normal irrigation(CK),the main agronomic traits and the relationship between agronomic traits and the yield per plant of millet were analyzed,and the drought resistance of three millet varieties was further compared according to the drought resistance coefficient.The results showed that under the water stress conditions,the plant height,length of main spike,spike code number,main panicle weight,1 000-grain weight and yield per plant of three millet varieties were all lower than CK,and the plant height and main panicle weight of Zhangzagu No.3 and Zhangzagu No.6 were very significantly different from CK,all of the agronomic traits of Jizhanggu No.5 were significantly or very significantly different from CK.The yield per plant was positive correlated with length of main spike and spike code number,and negative correlated with plant height and main panicle weight.The order of drought resistance of three millet varieties was Zhangzagu No.3Zhangzagu No.6Jizhanggu No.5.
The methods of field investigation,specimen collection,classification and literature retrieval have been employed to validate there are ten species of dysosma.The authors emend the list and give a brief description of the biological features and zoological-geography distribution of Dysosma Woodson.
The total DNA has been extracted from the fresh leaves of 4 medicinal species of pteridophyte with CTAB,SDS,to compare their effects on DNA extraction.The result shows that the optimum preparation method obtained to extract high-quality DNA lays theoretic and practical base for PCR amplification and primer design,for filtrating related gene of the active elements from leaves of the four pteridophytes.Although high-quality DNA can be obtained by using both methods,the effect of CTAB is better than that of SDS.
There exist in Xiaozhaizigou National Nature Reserve,Sichuan Province,36 species of pteridophytes,which belong to 21 genera of 16 families.According to potency,it could be divided into 10 types,such as medicines for cleaning away heat or anti-rheumatism,medicines for inducing diuresis,medicines for expelling the parasites,hemostasis medicines,medicines for activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis,medicines for calming the liver to stop the wind,etc.This paper puts forward some suggestions for exploitation,utilization and protection of the medicinal pteridophytes in this area.
Isolation and purification of PyNPase from E.coli has been carried out by the supernatant of ultrasonic disruption.Cracking efficiency has been detected with the methods of gram's dye and live bacteria counting.The supernatant has been separated and purified by Ni-affinity chromatography under native conditions.Finally,the purified protein has been further detected by SDS-PAGE and phosphorylation reaction.The results show that cracking efficiency is optimal under the conditions of 5s work,5s intermittent and 50min ultrasonic.The purity of the final product reaches a level of higher than 85 % and the enzyme could react with uridine forming uracil,but the enzymatic content of the supernatant is low.
