采用熔融共混方法研究了碳酸钙填充充油SEBS复合材料的力学性能的影响。力学性能测试表明:填料的种类不同对SEBS复合材料的性能有一定的影响,随着填料的用量增加,共混物的拉伸强度下降,100%拉伸永久变形、扯断永久变形和断裂伸长率都逐渐增大。
Oil-extended SEBS was modified by blending with Polypropylene (PP) and Polystyrene (PS) acted as modifiers. The results showed that in case of adding PP, the tensile strength, melt flow rate and compression set of the SEBS increase, but the elongation at break decreases quickly and the elastic resilience decreases gradually; in case of adding PS, the optimal comprehensive properties of the blends are obtained: hardness being 54A, tensile strength being 16.75MPa, elongation at break being 740%, melt flow rate being 0.159g/10min, and the elastic resilience being 64%.
The effect of different varieties of rubber oil on the mechanical properties of styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene (SEBS) triblock copolymer blend, and the that of PP, which was used as a modifier, on the modification of oil-extended SEBS were studied. The results indicated that with the increase of the content of the extender oil, the tensile strength decreased, while the elasticity increased and elongation at break improved. PP was a perfect compatibilizer for the oil-extended SEBS. With the increase of the content of PP, the tensile strength gradually increased, but the elongation at break, the elasticity and melt flow index decreased at the same time.
