Objective:To measure the serum levels of 25-(OH)D in patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria(CIU) and to determine the relationship between vitamin D levels and patients' susceptibility to CIU.Methods:The serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D] and total IgE levels were measured in 126 patients with CIU and 88 healthy controls,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:Serum 25-(OH)D levels decreased significantly in the CIU group compared with those in the controls(39.18±1.63 nmol/L vs.65.91±1.92 nmol/L,P<0.01).In contrast,total serum IgE levels increased significantly in the CIU group compared with those in the controls (151.31±18.92 g/L vs.25.76±9.45 g/L,P<0.01).Serum 25-(OH)D levels were negatively correlated with total serum IgE levels in CIU patients(r=-0.787,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with urticaria activity scores(r=-0.686,P<0.01).Conclusions:Patients with CIU have significantly lower levels of vitamin D.Vitamin D deficiency may be related to the occurrence of CIU.
Objective To explore the status of HPV infection and the distribution of HPV subtypes among HIV positive MSM.Methods The detections of HPV-subtypes targeting HIV positive MSM(trial group) and the male patients with condyloma acuminatum(control group) were performed with hybrid capture approach.Results Of the 91 patients in the trial group,73.63%(67/91) were HPV positive,and 15 subtypes of HPV including 11 high-risk subtypes(16,18,31,33,45,52,56,59,66,68 and 73) and 4 low-risk subtypes(6,11,42 and 43) were identified.Single HPV-subtype infections accounted for 31.34%(21/67),multiple HPV-subtype infections accounted for 68.66%(46/67),high-risk HPV-subtype infections accounted for 44.8%(30/67) and low-risk HPV-subtype infections accounted for 55.2%(37/67).Compared with the control group,the multiple HPV-subtype infections and high-risk HPV-subtype infections in the trial group were significantly higher.Conclusion A high prevalence of HPV and HIV co-infections were found among MSM population,and the HIV infected people were at a higher risk for the anus and genital tumors.The study indicated that it is important to strengthen prevention and control focusing on HPV infection among MSM.
Objective To explore a clinical method for detection of HPV-DNA genotype in condyloma acuminate(CA) with gene-chips.Methods The gene-chips technique was used to determine 23 types which include 5 low risk and 18 high risk of HPV genotype in tissues from 281 patients with CA.Results There were 265 positive cases in 281 patients with CA,the total positive rates was 94.31%.The positive rates of low risk HPV genotypes was 84.35% with 224 cases,and high risk HPV genotypes was 15.47% with 41 cases.The positive rate from single infection with HPV was 84.15% with 223 cases and the mixed infection with HPV was 15.85% with 42 cases.Conclusion Gene-chips method is high sensitivities and specificities method in detection and typing of HPV.It is suitable for clinical diagnostic and research of HPV.
In order to develop new cathode materials for solid oxide fuel cells,a series of complex oxide materials,La0.8Sr0.2Mn1-yCoyO3-(δy takes values as 0.3,0.5,0.7 respectively),with perovskite structure prepared by solid reaction synthesis.High temperature electrical conductivity and thermal expansion coefficients of these materials with varied Co content of Mn were studied.The results indicate that electrical conductivity and thermal expansion coefficients increase with the increase of Co content,among which La0.8Sr0.2Mn0.3Co0.7O3-δ ranks the highest,reaching 270.89 S.cm-1 at 700℃.
The mechanical properties of composite of PP-SEBS(styrene-ethylene/butyl- ene-styrene)compounds after CaCO_3 modification were studied via using twin-screw extru- der. The effects of compatibilizer agent on the structure and properties of the PP-SEBS/Ca- CO_3 were investigated. The results indicate that when 65 phr of PP-SEBS, 5 phr of compati- bilizer, 30 phr of CaCO_3 are selected, the mechanical properties of the compounds are the most excellent. The results of SEM demonstrate that after adding the compatibilizer, the particles of CaCO_3 are wrapped by PP-SEBS matrix and the adhesion between the two phases is improved obviously, and the adhesion between CaCO_3 and SEBS is effectively improved, and mechanical properties of blend are improved.
Gan River,Fuhe,Xing River,Raohe,Xiushui and Yangtze River are influenceing the Poyang Lake's hydrology,sediment transport and deposition.Mensurating the contents of Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd in soil samples and using the Single Factor Index and the Nemerow Pollution Index to valuate the heavy metals pollution degree of Poyang Lake's five estuaries.The results indicate that five estuaries have been polluted by heavy metals in serious degree,especially Cu with 31.75(Raohe),27.69(Le'an River)single factor index.And the pollution is different from space,the pollution degree of each sampling site is arranged in the following order: Raohe estuary>Le'an River estuary>west branch estuary of Xing River>Fuhe estuary>Chang River estuary>main branch estuary of Gan River>Xiushui estuary.
Three technological processes of preparing solventborne aluminum pastes were illuminated in this paper.Firstly,milling mechanism of planetary ball mill and process of flaking microsphere aluminum powder were introduced simply in milling process,and several main factors were also discussed in course of milling aluminum powder by planetary ball mill.Secondly,the conditions to be improved in sieving and filtration in separation process.Thirdly,the effect of mixer process on stability of the whole product system was discussed.Finally simple paint preparation,then the quality of products was evaluated by related equipment,and improvements in three aspects were proposed.
采用熔融共混方法研究了碳酸钙填充充油SEBS复合材料的力学性能的影响。力学性能测试表明:填料的种类不同对SEBS复合材料的性能有一定的影响,随着填料的用量增加,共混物的拉伸强度下降,100%拉伸永久变形、扯断永久变形和断裂伸长率都逐渐增大。
Oil-extended SEBS was modified by blending with Polypropylene (PP) and Polystyrene (PS) acted as modifiers. The results showed that in case of adding PP, the tensile strength, melt flow rate and compression set of the SEBS increase, but the elongation at break decreases quickly and the elastic resilience decreases gradually; in case of adding PS, the optimal comprehensive properties of the blends are obtained: hardness being 54A, tensile strength being 16.75MPa, elongation at break being 740%, melt flow rate being 0.159g/10min, and the elastic resilience being 64%.
