The data of entrepreneurial orientation and its five components namely innovativeness, risk taking, proactiveness, competitive aggressiveness and autonomy as independent variables and agility as dependent variable gathered by a questionnaire. The survey’s hypotheses were investigated by Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficient tests. The results of statistical analysis confirmed a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and agility. In addition, all components of entrepreneurial orientation except risk taking indicated positive and significant relationship with agility. Consequences of this study can help business managers and owners to evaluate the status of entrepreneurial orientation and agility in their firms and to enhance them in order to improve the performance of their businesses if needed.

Provision of suitable locations for settlement displaced persons, has one of the most important issues in crisis management and planning. In this study, region four of municipal of Kerman, according to the top talent in earthquake, have been selected and studied, as a pattern, to prepare a location database to positioning the place of accommodation shelter for affected population, resulting from a potential earthquake. Accordingly, in the framework of the descriptive analytic method, after determining the effective measures, in order to city shelter positioning, which was selected from related background research and due to the scope of the study and available information and data, was acting to weighting the criteria and indicators of the study, according to experts opinion in crisis management, using paired comparisons techniques and the software, Expert choice. Then, the layers from each criterion according to specified weight from each, combined together using AHP, and the software Arc GIS, the output, identify the most preferred places, according to goal. Then, the layers from each criterion, combined together using AHP, and the software Arc GIS, according to specified weight from each, and their output identify the most preferred places, according to the goal. The results show that, due to the inharmonious physical structure, and uncoordinated and self-growing of city development, neighborhood shelters can cover only 18,408 people of 111,191 people in the regions.

This paper investigated the correlation between the level of knowledge management (KM) and efficiency of ceramic tile companies in Iran. KM was measured with four components: infrastructure, process, people, and strategy and then efficiency was measured with data envelopment analysis (DEA). First, factor analysis was used in order to determine KM factors. Then, the partial correlation between KM components and efficiency was computed. Finally, multiple linear regressions were computed with the four independent variables (factors) and efficiency. Results showed positive relationship between the KM level and the efficiency in ceramic tile industry.
In this research at first knowledge management processes and knowledge management effectiveness are surveyed witch use of confirmatory factor analysis then knowledge management processes (from Nonaka's perspective: internalization, externalization, socialization and combination) and knowledge management effectiveness are measured. Then relationships between them are examined by multivariate regression (stepwise) and partial correlation. Results have indicated that only internalization is accomplished at universities of Rafsanjan and three of knowledge management processes include internalization externalization and socialization are implemented and three of knowledge management processes include internalization externalization and combination are affected on knowledge management effectiveness.
