目的 探讨甘草流浸膏在围术期护理中预防全麻插管术后咽喉疼痛的价值.方法 通过采集2018年6月至12月100例在我院实施全麻插管手术患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为对照组50例(常规预防护理+生理盐水)和观察组50例(常规预防护理+甘草流浸膏),观察不同措施下两组患者术后咽喉痛的预防效果,并统计两组的疼痛发生情况.结果 观察组预防效果较对照组好(P<0.05),咽喉疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 全麻插管患者联合围术期常规护理、气道针对性护理、甘草流浸膏干预后,术后咽喉疼痛程度减轻,具有预防效果.
目的:研究富硒黄芪多糖对白血病K562细胞的凋亡诱导作用.方法:采用水提醇沉法制备富硒黄芪多糖.靶细胞选择白血病K562细胞,富硒黄芪多糖作用K562细胞后,采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(Methyl Thiazolyl Tetrazolium,MTT)比色法检测细胞增殖活性.采用流式细胞术测定K562细胞凋亡率.采用流式细胞术测定Caspase-3活性.结果:标准曲线法测定所提取的黄芪多糖含量.普通黄芪多糖含量:37.90%,富硒黄芪多糖含量:48.70%.富硒黄芪多糖表现出浓度依赖性地抑制K562细胞增殖作用,24 h、48 h和72 h的IC50值分别为376.52μg/mL、283.19μg/mL和197.75μg/mL.200μg/mL和400μg/mL富硒黄芪多糖作用K562细胞48 h后,流式细胞术采用Annexin V/PI双染色方法,结果显示出凋亡细胞含量明显增高,凋亡率分别是13.35% 和72.70%,且均以晚期凋亡细胞为主.200μg/mL、400μg/mL富硒黄芪多糖处理K562细胞12 h和24 h后细胞后Caspase-3活性增高到72.54%.结论:富硒黄芪多糖具有诱导白血病K562细胞凋亡作用.
膝骨关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)在中医属“痹症”范畴,其病理特征主要有软骨破坏、软骨下骨硬化和滑膜炎症改变等.所谓“上医治未病”,早期诊断KOA对该病的治疗尤为重要.生物标记物是一类能够客观反映某一生理、病理过程或治疗效果的生理指标[1].近年来科研工作者在探索KOA早期诊断、病情预估的生物标记物中开展了大量科研工作.按照化合物性质不同,可以将这些生物标记物主要分为三大类:蛋白质、糖和核酸.本文就近年来关于KOA生物标记物的研究做一综述.
目的:探讨预见性护理及甘草流浸膏干预对全麻插管患者术后气道并发症的预防效果.方法:将气管插管全麻术后患者60例按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各30例,对照组实施预见性护理及生理盐水干预,观察组实施预见性护理及甘草流浸膏干预,观察实施不同预防措施患者术后气道并发症(咳嗽、咽喉痛、咳痰)发生情况.结果:观察组预防有效率为93.3%,优于对照组的80.0%,观察组预防效果好、并发症发生少(P<0.05).结论:预见性护理联合甘草流浸膏干预能减少全麻插管患者术后气道并发症,降低并发症发生程度.
目的:观察右归丸加减对2型糖尿病非增殖期视网膜病变的临床治疗效果.方法:选取64例2型糖尿病非增殖期视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组和对照组各32例,对照组应用常规药物进行治疗,观察组使用常规药物联合右归丸加减治疗.治疗时间均为3个月,治疗结束后对比两组患者视力、眼底病变的改善情况及临床有效率,同时对两组患者治疗前后血清中血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular en-dothelial growth factor,VEGF)进行检测对比.结果:经过3个月的治疗后,观察组患者的视力改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者眼底病变情况均得到了显著的改善,将两组患者进行对比,观察组眼底病变改善情况要优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为91.84%,对照组治疗总有效率为79.17%,观察组的治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前血清VEGF水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者血清中VEGF水平有所下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清中VEGF水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:右归丸加减联合常规治疗药物对2型糖尿病非增殖期视网膜病变患者的疗效优于单纯应用常规药物治疗,通过显著降低血清VEGF水平,抑制非增值期病变向增殖期进一步发展.
Objective: To assess the values of applying licorice to rapid rehabilitation nursing during perioperative period by using SWOT analysis method. Methods: "perioperative period", "rapid rehabilitation nursing","clinical application of licorice"and others were chosen as the keywords to search the literature,and analyze the feasibility of using licorice under the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing during perioperative period.Results:Altogether 164 papers were retrieved and 68 papers were selected and included,the analysis of the literature showed that specific functional link,active ingredients and others of licorice and its separation were indefinite,which needed to be further studied,clinical pharmacological action of licorice fighting against the inflammation,allergic reaction and virus,relieving the spasm and easing pain,boosting the immunity and others coincided with the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing reducing operation stress,respiratory system management,alimentary system management and preventing postoperative complications and so on,and the therapy demonstrated the distinct advantages.Conclusion:As clinical pharmacology and pharmacy developed constantly,applying licorice and its derivative to rapid rehabilita-tion nursing during perioperative period is feasible.
The related research on TCM in treating respiratory complications after tracheal intubation general anesthesia in recent years were summarized and analyzed. In order to guide the clinical application, mechanism, clinical research and experimental research status were elaborated.
Objective To observe the LuoDi drug on diabetic rats retinal microvascular and the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor .Methods To made in diabetes animal model in SD rats by intraperitoneal injection of STZ ,40 rats that successful model were randomly divided into four groups ,the negative control group ,Luodi's high ,medium and low dose group ,at the same time normal control group ,10 SD rats was normal group ,after gavage march observed between groups of rat retinal capillary morphology , detection of retinal capillary basement membrane thickness ,to detect the contents of vitreous VEGF .Results The negative control group rats retinal capillary expansion ,markedly thickened basal membrane , proliferation of endothelial cells obviously ,the shape is irregular ,perithelial cell showed a trend of decrease . High dose treatment group rats retinal capillary basement membrane thickening improved ,endothelial cell morphological rules .Luodi's treatment group after treatment basement membrane thickness thinning to different extent ,Luodi's middle and high dose group of capillary basement membrane thickness before and after treatment comparison difference was statistically significant .Luodi's middle ,high dose group of vitreous VEGF content is significantly lower than the negative control group of rats ,have significant difference (P<0 .01) .Conclusion Luodi drug has certain significant protective effect on STZ diabetic rats retinal capillary morphology and retinal capillary basement membrane thickness ,it can reduce vitreous VEGF .
