为满足在线式袋装水泥自动装车机器人的快速装车要求,设计了一种袋装水泥自动双向分流转向溜槽装置.对该机构的组成及其工作原理进行了分析,并采用仿真软件Edem对袋装水泥在自动双向分流转向溜槽装置内的运动进行仿真分析.现场应用表明,该装置整体结构设计合理,能够满足每小时装3 000包水泥的装车要求.
在线式智能自动装车机是水泥行业解决水泥生产工艺全流程控制的最后环节,取代人工装车系统实现自动装车,提升水泥行业的智能化水平.本文阐述了目前国内装车系统现状,对国内、外自动装车设备进行研究及分析,提出了满足国内现状的自动装车智能设备需要研究的若干关键问题.
The public multiple security interlock protection system and method for the mine-used explosion-proof frequency inverter in explosion-proof technology field involves multiple security interlock protection system,which includes double quick-opening security interlock mechanism and multiple security interlock protection circuit.The double quick-opening explosion-proof frequency inverter was equipped with double quick-opening security interlock mechanism whose switch was connected with multiple security interlock protection circuit.The multiple security interlock protection circuit consisted of charge and discharge security interlock circuit,leakage detection security interlock circuit,multiple PWM fault interlock circuit,passive AC/DC electrified display circuit and conventional relay security protection circuit.The system realized complicated and accurate pre-protection with high security coefficient,reliable protection and convenient upgrading.The system was characterized by integration,plug-in combination,passive online detection,security alarm,small volume ratio and excellent performance.
In view of current defects of the power unit in the explosion-proof frequency inverter such as disperse structure,messy wiring,poor interchageability and difficult maintenance,the paper proposed the modular plug-in power unit in the mine-used explosion-proof frequency inverter.Its modular plug-in design brought about compact structure,neat wiring layout and whole push and pull,therefore,single worker could repair or replace the electric element in underground mine.
The heat calculation and the design of the heat dissipation capacity is the important part of the reliability design of the explosion-proof inverter.In the paper,a heat dissipation method combining external heat pipe and forced air cooling was proposed,and the module of Flow Simulation was applied to conduct thermal simulation and analysis.And then,the reliability of the design scheme was verified,and temperature variation laws of the medium and low voltage explosion-proof inverter were obtained.The research and the test showed the explosion-proof inverter equipped with external heat pipe and forced air cooling operated stably in underground mine.
A design of experimental course based on the Task-driven approach was put forward according to the requirements and framework of the experimental course of educational technology.Defining the education targets,designing general tasks,analyzing teaching content and learners,designing and carrying out sub-tasks are included in this design.Finally,the applying effects of the Task-driven approach was demonstrated by a sample from the point of the theory of teaching practice.The results show that the teaching effectiveness of the research course has been advanced obviously by this method..
文章针对中小学骨干教师(教育硕士)的信息技能现状,从教学信息获取能力、教学信息筛选能力、教学信息运用能力以及教学信息创新能力四个方面,进行了实证研究。作者首先对中小学骨干教师的信息技能现状进行了调查和访谈,然后,通过对问卷调查数据的统计和结果的分析,特别是从教学实践的视角,研究了中小学教师在这四个能力方面的现状与不足。在此基础上,作者设计了一种新的提高中小学教师信息技能的循环式培养模式,并且在教学过程中进行了实践,取得了良好的效果,对提高中小学教师的信息技能水平具有参考价值。
泛在学习环境下,如何在合适的时间,以合适的方式,提供使用者合适的资源成为国内外教育技术领域关注的热点话题。本文首先对情境的概念和基于本体的情境模型进行解释;随后探讨了情境获取的三种方式:手动输入、情境监测和情境提取;最后着重介绍了基于情境感知的资源检索模型组成,并结合具体案例分析了该模型的工作过程。
