For the problems of low accuracy and high complexity in detection of gradual shot boundary and long shot, a new video shot boundary detection algorithm based on feature fusion and clustering technique (FFCT) is proposed. In the algorithm, the interval frames of video sequence are selected, converted to gray images and scaled by sampling. With the frames, the speed-up robust features (SURF) and fingerprint features are extracted from non-compressed domain and compressed domain, and then the extracted features are fused. Next, K-means method is used to cluster the fused features, and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) is introduced to map the clusters to realize cohesion within classes and looseness among classes. Finally, the correlation of the feature classes between frames is calculated, and the features in each class are selected through density calculation and matched to realize the coarse detection and fine detection of video shot boundary. In the experiment, compared with the latest representative algorithms, it has the highest accuracy for the proposed algorithm. In particular, the detection of gradual shot boundary and long shot are also more accurate. Meanwhile, the average time consumption is also reduced. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has high accuracy and time efficiency, especially for gradual shot boundary and long shot detection.
参与式传播是当今新闻传播学的热点方向,其在新媒体环境下的发展和应用不仅体现了传播方式的创新,更昭示着传播理论思维的革新.从仪式传播观的角度来看,参与式传播也是一种媒介仪式,在传播过程中借助象征性符号发挥着协同时空、引发共鸣、凝聚情感和增强传播效果的作用.作为具有典型互动性特征的传播方式,基于新媒体的参与式传播满足了受众的参与需求,受众通过参与式传播完成虚拟认同实践,实现情感归属满足、自我赋权和价值观共享,强化了个体的民族情感和国家认同.同时,参与式传播也应坚持传统媒体的话语权地位、设置分众性主体细分参与者、防止形式主义和过度重复、提升融媒体应用能力.
In order to achieve content-based binocular stereoscopic image or video retrieval efficiently, a feature indexing algorithm based on hybrid grid multiple suffix tree and hierarchical clustering is proposed. With the RGB-D image model, the shape features of depth map obtained from the matching of binocular stereoscopic left image and right image and the color features of left image are extracted respectively. The features are quantified and hashed, and the optimized underlying features are sorted as leaf nodes of hierarchical indexing. Then the shape and color feature values of leaf nodes are mapped to the two-dimensional coordinates, and the 2D feature points are put into different grid hash areas respectively by clustering and labeled with multiple suffix tree. Furthermore, to construct the global index, a pointer to an array of clustering grid center point is defined according to the computation of grid area feature values. The experimental results show that compared to the double grid suffix tree and typical stereoscopic image feature indexing structure, the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the indexing construction complexity While maintaining high recall, it can also greatly improve the query efficiency, which can better realize the feature indexing of binocular stereoscopic images or videos.
Compared with the two-dimensional video, there are differences in cataloging and storage of stereo video. It is not conducive to acquisition and utilization accurately using the cataloging and storage method of two-dimensional video. In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in utilization caused by lacking of typical features and incomprehensive of file description, the cataloging and storage of binocular stereo video resources are studied. The special cataloging items of binocular stereo video resources are explored and analyzed, and the mode of storage is also explored. On this basis, a stereo vision resource management system is designed and developed, and the cataloging and storage of binocular stereo video resources are realized. The system can effectively realize the management of binocular stereo video resources, and improve the pertinence, accuracy and efficiency of acquisition and utilization.

本文结合实际案例分析了短视频平台流量变现的可能性、形式及特点,探讨存在问题并给出相关建议,从而促进短视频平台的良好有序发展.
Retrieval result re-ranking is one of the keys of content-based video retrieval and presentation. In order to better realize the display and location of returned stereo video clips, a re-ranking method of stereo video clip retrieval based on clustering and density is proposed to solve the problems of low accuracy in re-ranking and low efficiency in retrieval. According to the similarity of content, the similar clustering is implemented firstly in the method, and the correlation among classes is calculated, so the clustering ranking can be realized according to the correlation. Then, the density is calculated within the classes to measure the similarity between the elements in each class and the query clip, so as to achieve density-based ranking. In the experiment, compared with the situation without re-ranking, it can better meet the user’s needs of browsing in similarity order. The experimental results show that the method can achieve better re-ranking in retrieval results of stereo video clips.
新媒体环境下,网络成为人们获取信息、表达意见的重要渠道,由于网民、网络媒体、政府部门与网络信息传播规则之间存在着矛盾,因而在网络舆情热点传播过程中会产生反转.以榆林产妇坠楼事件为例,基于博弈论的原理,研究分析了反转网络舆情博弈主体和博弈过程,并提出了传播引导策略.目的是实现不同主体间顺畅的沟通和理解,从而促使网络舆情的有效应对和网络环境的优化.
