The design and calculation of high power diode rectifier were described in detail for the application object of strip hot rolling production line.Through the practical application in AC speed regulating system of TAC1 series inverter,it is proved that the design of high power diode rectifier unit is completely reasonable,and achieves the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption.

Loop is the key mechanism of rod and wire rolling process,when the production line to replace rolling specification,or replace the looper and roll or roller seam adjustment,easy to appear unstable looper rising up too high,or pull phenomenon. Causes the PID parameter cannot be original control loop fast or stable adjustment set high,make the mill automatically adjust the need for a longer period of time to get to the matching speed,in extreme condition,will cause the broken or pile of steel,influenced the efficiency change specifications,and wastes. This paper put forwards a method without changing the original PID gain parameters in the premise,through adjusting the set target value,to achieve rapid rolling structured variable specification or pass after the scheduled.
In order to improve the whole efficiency of hydraulic drive system,a novel hydraulic motor pump model was proposed.For the sake of making a whole,the rotor was used for the hydraulic pump body.Based on the analysis of the generation mechanism,its model was established.By controlling the speed of motor-pump,the output flux of pump was quickly controlled and exactly adjusted to match different loads.The fuzzy PI control strategy was used in the design of speed controller.The parameters of the PI controller were automatically adjusted according to the error and the change of error in order to enhance the robustness of system.Model reference adaptive was used for speed identification to reduce cubage,save cost and extend application bound.Under the condition of drastically changed speed and load torque,simulations are performed well.Results show that the suggested method is robust and fast.
In order to enhance the whole efficiency of hydraulic drive system,a novel hydraulic motor pump model that the rotor is used for hydraulic pump body is proposed.To make the motor afforded power match the load demanded power and fundamentally improve the efficiency of hydraulic speed regulating system,the output flow of hydraulic pump is adjusted directly by regulating speed of motor.The model of hydraulic motor pump variable speed control system is built.Considering permanent magnet synchronous motor is a nonlinear,multivariable and coupled uncertain system,fuzzy control and sliding mode control strategy are applied to permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control to enhance the robust and fast.Under the condition of drastically changed speed,the simulation is performed well.Results show that the suggested method is robust and fast.
Considering the shortages in hydraulic drive system,a novel hydraulic motor pump speed regulating system that the rotor was used as piston pump body was proposed.Based on analyzing the generation mechanism,its model was built.To adjust the output flow of pump by regulating speed of motor,to make the motor output power match the load,the efficiency of hydraulic speed regulating system was improved.Aimed at those disadvantages associated with conventional direct torque control,such as high current,flux and torque pulsation and difficulty to accurately control at very low speed,a new variable structure sliding mode control strategy was proposed to enhance the robust and fast.Under the condition of drastically changed speed and torque,the simulation was performed.Results show that the suggested method is robust and fast.
