Pemanasan global terjadi akibat naiknya suhu permukaan bumi oleh adanya aktivitas antropogenik yang akan meningkatkan konsenterasi pada Gas Rumah Kaca (GRK). Salah satu GRK yang memiliki kontribusi tinggi dalam pemanasan global adalah karbon dioksida (CO2). Pada ekosistem mangrove penyimpanan karbon dapat terjadi 4 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hutan terestrial, terutama pada bagian bawah permukaan mangrove. Penyerapan karbon pada tanah mangrove diperkirakan dapat berpotensi besar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan kurang lebih 6 bulan efektif, yakni dimulai dari bulan Oktober 2022 hingga Maret 2023 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah stok karbon tanah pada ekosistem mangrove di desa Muara Badak Ulu dan Salo Palai Kutai Kartanegara Kalimantan Timur. Kerapatan lindak (soil bulk density) dan kandungan karbon organik menjadi parameter utama untuk mengetahui nilai stok karbon tanah. Pengambilan sampel tanah mengacu pada rujukan profil tanah mangrove Indo-Pasifik dengan menggunakan metode transek survey dan plot berbentuk lingkaran. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan nilai stok karbon tanah yang berada di interval kedalaman 50-100 cm memiliki stok karbon tanah yang tinggi. Stok karbon tanah pada ekosistem mangrove Kelurahan Muara Badak adalah rendah dengan total kisaran masing-masing stok karbon tanah sebesar 246,39 ton/ha di Muara Badak Ulu dan 267,94 ton/ha di Salo Palai.
This research is motivated by indigenous peoples' belief in customary rules which encourages studies on their legitimacy in the Indonesian legal system. The author collected study samples from the Bangkalan Dayak tribe in South Kalimantan Province as an example of an Indonesian customary village. This study focuses on two formulations of problems, namely the role of the customary criminal justice system in the national criminal justice system and the impact of Dayak Bangkalan customary criminal justice law enforcement when related to the national criminal justice system. This research is a sociological legal research, the legal data collection technique is carried out through literature review, including primary legal data, secondary legal data, and tertiary legal data related to this research. The result of the study is that the state recognizes the existence of customary law communities in accordance with Article 18B of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Even though there is no legal framework that can regulate this at the national level, the mandate of regional legislative policy still recognizes the existence of customary courts. This is evidenced by the existence of regional regulations that recognize and protect indigenous peoples. In addition, the results of the study conveyed that the legal implications arising from customary court decisions turned out to be able to be used as legal data in national criminal courts.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan keragaman spesies burung di Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Mentarang, terutama pada tiga lokasi target, yaitu di Muara Sungai Nonov, Muara Sungai Semamu dan Muara Sungai Tubu. Digunakan kombinasi metode, yaitu pengamatan langsung dan pengamatan tidak langsung pada 3 transek masing-masing sepanjang 2 Km, serta menggunakan pengamatan terpusat di dalam transek selama total 15 hari. Ditemukan 128 spesies burung dan didominasi oleh spesies burung yang menyukai kawasan berhutan, terutama hutan tropis dataran rendah. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa area DAS Mentarang merupakan area berhutan bagus yang menyediakan pakan dan tempat hidup bagi burung. Kajian kelas makan, spesies burung yang mendominasi adalah kelas pemakan serangga yang mencari makan di dedaunan (AFGI). Terdapat beberapa spesies penting dan endemik di Kalimantan, seperti spesies Bondol-Kalimantan (Lonshura fuscans), Burung madi-hijau (Calyptomena viridis), dan Puyuh kepala-merah (Haematortyx sanguiniceps). Ditemukan pula spesies khas lantai hutan seperti Sempidan Kalimantan (Lophura bulweri). Juga spesies yang memiliki dominansi tinggi pada hutan dataran rendah dan pinggir sungai, yaitu Raja udang-erasia (Alcedo athis) dan Raja undang-mininting (Alcedo meninting). Daftar spesies burung di DAS Mentarang ini dapat dijadikan sumber data profil keanekaragaman hayati daerah dan rencana pengelolaan kawasan, apalagi area ini direncanakan akan dibangun pembangkit listrik tenaga air. Mempertahankan keanekaragaman hayati sangat penting untuk keberlanjutan manfaat jasa lingkungan.
The potential resources in the coastal area of Parepare Bay are potentials that have promising economic value, especially in the fisheries sector. coastal space management planning in Parepare Bay for integrated and sustainable fisheries. The purpose of this study is an analysis of the suitability of Parepare Bay coastal land for Floating Net Karamba (KJA). The research was conducted in a qualitative method by collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation during April to June 2021. Based on the description in the results of research and discussion that the use of coastal land in Parepare Bay for floating net cages (KJA) cultivation is still feasible and appropriate, but it needs to be regulated and arranged by involving all stakeholders so that KJA cultivators can be maximized. The cultivation of the sea cucumber Holothuria scabra Jaeger for broodstock and production in captivity at sea with naturally available feed, it was reported that the daily growth rate was slow at 0.14±0.10g day-1 (Jasmadi, 2018). One of the efforts to increase growth is substrate manipulation. Organic material in the form of chicken manure has been applied in this study as a mixed substrate with sand at different percentages. Holothuria scabra This study aims to manipulate Holothuria scabra rearing substrates to increase growth. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) at a 95% confidence level. The research treatments consisted of treatment A (10% organic matter 80% sand), treatment B (20% organic matter 80% sand), treatment C (30% organic matter) 90% sand), D (without organic matter = 100% sand) (100% sand), each treatment was repeated three times. The results showed that the availability of organic matter in the form of chicken manure at different percentages in the sand substrate had a significant effect on growth (P<0.05), but was not significantly different on the survival rate of Holothuria scabra. The growth of Holothuria scabra were better when organic matter is added than without organic matter content in the form of chicken manure. The difference in the percentage of organic matter affects the fulfillment of energy for nutritional needs, so that the availability of energy for growth is also different, but this difference does not affect Holothuria scabra’ survival rate. The difference in the percentage of organic matter content in the form of less or excess chicken manure has been shown to have a negative effect on growth. Furthermore, it is known that treatment B (20% organic matter in the form of chicken manure and 80% sand) per substrate weight has a better effect on growth compared to other treatments. treatment B (20% organic matter in the form of chicken manure and 80% sand) per weight of substrate can be applied to increase growth Holothuria scabra in rearing substrate manipulation. it is recommended that further research be conducted on the period of addition of organic matter, because there are indications of a decrease in organic matter content during the study.
Barong shrimp or lobster (Panilurus sp) is one of the fishery commodities that has high economic value. However, until now barong shrimp is still widely done with the effort of fishing activities only. The frequency of high capture so that the resources of barong shrimp in this marine ecosystem are increasingly decreasing and there can even be excess capture (over fishing) and damage marine resources as a place to live barong shrimp. The purpose of this study is (1) Analysis of the physical and chemical characteristics of the marine waters of barong shrimp, (2) Determining the location / land suitable for the business of shrimp farming. The research method is to use field survey methods by collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data includes the physical and chemical parameters of marine waters. Secondary data collected from related reports and documents include, potential coastal and marine resources, climatological characteristics, batimethri, substrate types, and related policies. The results of the analysis of the area of the suitability value of the location of the waters for the development of Barong shrimp sea cultivation in the waters of Barrang Caddi Island were obtained 3.31 ha and did not match 0.60 ha. The result of the physical and chemical parameters of the waters is; (a) The físika parameter consists of: depth of 4.10 m – 20.5 m, brightness of 6.00 m - 8.20 m, current speed of 0.14 m / second - 0.39 m / second (b). Chemical Parameters consist of water temperature ranging from 27.0 ºC - 29.00 ºC, salinity of waters by 31.50 ppt - 35.20 ppt, (e). pH of 7.32 - 8.50. The results of the evaluation of the value of the suitability of the waters for the development of Barong shrimp sea cultivation in the waters of Barrang Caddi Island covering an area of 3.31 Ha. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur dengan menggunakan media karikatur pada siswa kelas XI Multimedia Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 5 Kota Jambi tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Penggunaan media karikatur menjadi media yang membantu pengajar pada proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi teks prosedur. Penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua siklus. Penelitian ini mengukur keberhasilan siswa dalam menulis teks prosedur serta keberhasilan guru pada proses pembelajaran. Aspek- aspek yang ditekankan antara lain isi, organisasi, kosa kata dan diksi, kebahasaan, penulisan, dan kerapian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, angket, tes, dan alat pendukung lainnya. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Keberhasilan siswa harus memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yaitu 75. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pada hasil nilai siswa dalam menulis teks prosedur menggunakan media karikatur siswa kelas XI Multimedia SMK Negeri 5 Kota Jambi Tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Dilihat dari hasil nilai mulai dari pratindakan sampai siklus II. Rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 69,48 ke 77,73 dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90,6. Jadi dari hasil yang didapatkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media karikatur dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur pada siswa kelas XI Multimedia SMK Negeri 5 Kota Jambi.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan, meningkatkan, menulis, teks prosedur
Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui ide constitutional review untuk pertama kalinya, tokoh yang berperan terhadap ide judicial review, dan format constitutional review di Indonesia pada saat ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif yang khusus membahas tentang politik hukum judicial review di Indonesia. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara sistematis berdasarkan rumusan masalah dan diuraikan secara kualitatif. Ide constitutional review (dalam format judicial review) untuk pertama kali diterapkan di Amerika Serikat. Tokoh yang berperan terhadap ide judicial review adalah Hans Kelsen, pakar hukum asal Austria. Format constitutional review di Indonesia saat ini adalah tunggal, yaitu menjadi kewenangan Mahkamah Konstitusi dalam bentuk judicial review.
One element of the economy is the existence of companies or corporations, which play a role in improving the economy of a country. Each of these companies will be engaged in a certain business field, which in the end the impact will be felt by the community. The impact as described above, sometimes is not only a positive impact, namely the welfare of the community or the country in general, but sometimes it is a negative impact that actually makes the state's economic situation in a downward direction. One of the negative impacts that make the economic situation in a destructive direction, one of which is due to money laundering. The type of research used is normative legal research. Normative legal research is research conducted by examining library materials (library research) or secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. Currently in Indonesia, money laundering is regulated in Act Number 8 Year 2010 about Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering, which replaces Act Number 15 Year of 2002 about the Crime of Money Laundering as amended by Act Number 25 Year 2003. In the latest provisions, the classification of acts or criminal acts as regulated in Act Number 8 Year 2010 above, can be divided into 2 (two) types of classification, namely Money Laundering Crimes and Crimes Related to Money Laundering. There are 4 (four) acts that are categorized as criminal acts related to money laundering, and 6 (six) crimes related to money laundering.
The coastal area in Parepare Bay, Suppa District, Pinrang Regency has biodiversity that can be utilized by humans. This makes it vulnerable to natural damage. The suitability of pond land is the most important thing in shrimp farming to maintain production levels and ensure better development of pond farming businesses. The purpose of this study was to analyze the suitability of the coastal land of Parepare Bay for pond activities. The research was conducted in a qualitative method by collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation during April to June 2021. The results showed that the use of coastal land in Parepare Bay for pond cultivation is still feasible and appropriate.
This study aims to determine the effect of human resources, technology, ATONs adequacy, ATONs maintenance, ATONs replacement, and ATONs security partially and simultaneously on the reliability of ATONs at Makassar Main Port. This research was conducted from February 2019 to April 2019 at the Makassar Class I Navigation District Office with the respondent sampling technique using a simple random sampling technique, taking samples from the total number of Civil Servants at the Makassar Class I Navigation District Office as respondents to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable either partially or simultaneously. Data processing in this study used the SPSS for Windows Version 20 program. The results of this study indicate that, (1) Human resources, technology, ATONs adequacy, ATONs maintenance, ATONs replacement, and ATONs security partially have a positive and significant effect on the reliability of ATONs in Makassar Main Port. (2) Human resources, technology, ATONs adequacy, ATONs maintenance, ATONs replacement, and ATONs security simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the reliability of ATONs at Makassar Main Port.
Liukang Tuppabiring is a waters with marine biodiversity potential large enough to be developed and managed sustainably. Utilization around the coral reefs in the waters of the Liukang Tuppabiring sub-district currently tends to lead to destructive use, so it is necessary to take damage prevention measures immediately. The results showed the condition of coral cover in the medium and damaged, while at stations 1,2,3,4,6 (25,47-41.07%), while conditions were good at station 5 (56.20%). The number of individual reef fish is 290 individuals from 46 species of 22 genera 11 families. At the research location also identified one type of protected biota namely Hawksbill (Eretmochelys imbricata). Coral damage that occurred at 6 observation stations was more caused by the practice of using destructive and environmentally unfriendly fishing equipment such as bombs, trawls, and the use of poisons. The priority strategies undertaken in the management of coral reefs at the study site are 1) Management of environmentally friendly coral reefs where the community as a manager with strong support from the Government; 2) Making clear rules related to utilization in coral reef areas and establishing a POSMAKWAS institution to avoid more severe coral damage; 3) Improve supervision and law enforcement must be firm in relation to the use of fishing gear that can damage coral reef ecosystems.
The avifauna of tropical peat swamp forests in East Kalimantan has not been well documented because of the smallest peat area compared to central Kalimantan. The surveys were conducted using various methods in the Muara Siran peat swamp forests and surrounding areas of Lake Siran (heath forest and riparian) in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. These findings were recorded on a list of 80 bird species as well as in numerous noteworthy records. Wetlands are an essential habitat for many threatened and near-threatened bird species. We also discovered Gallinula tenebrosa in Siran Lake, a species that has not been seen in over a century. However, it has a wide distribution globally, including in Australia and the United States. In the peat swamp forest, we recorded Cymbirrhinchus macrurus and Ichtyophaga humilis, rare and widely distributed. We also found Dicrurus hottentotus and Dicrurus remifer, some species of Ferruginous Babbler, Trichastoma bicolor, and the White-necked Babbler, Stachyris leucotis. The Hook-billed bulbul Setornis criniger and the Sooty capped Babbler Malacopteron affinae are found in riparian forests. There are six species of woodpecker. Dryocopus javensis, Great Slaty Woodpecker, Mulleripicus pulverulentus, Meyglyptes tukki, Picus puniceus, and Sasia abnormis. Cuckoo-shrike Coracina striata and Pitta sordia were also discovered. Wetlands (peat swamp forest, heath forest, and riparian areas) should be better protected due to their importance to many species, particularly from destruction and loss of habitat caused by forest fires.
Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat keanekaragaman jenis burung didalam kawasan PT GGA yang telah ditetapkan sebagai areal dengan nilai konservasi tinggi. Kurang dari 100 jenis burung diamati dan diidentifikasi dengan kombinasi metode yaitu dengan cara pengamatan, mendengarkan suara, jala kabut dan perangkap kamera. Setiap burung yang terdeteksi diidentifikasi jenisnya dan dilihat kelas makan dan statusnya. Beberapa jenis burung adalah spesies yang jarang ditemukan, terancam punah, endemik dan rentan. Insektivora lebih banyak diidentifikasi daripada kelompok kelas makan lainnya. Polypectron schleiermacheri (Endagered, IUCN, Appendix II, CITES), Lophura ignita dan Carpococys radiceus terperangkap oleh kamera dan menunjukkan betapa pentingnya hutan di dalam area PT. Gunung Gajah Abadi untuk dilindungi.
This study aims to determine the level of socioeconomic feasibility of the pond cultivation business and formulate a sustainable development policy strategy for the pond cultivation business in the Lawallu village of Barru Regency. who works as a shrimp farmer in Lawallu Village. Analysis of the data used consists of business feasibility analysis (profit analysis, NPV, IRR, Net B / C, BEP), analysis of community social conditions and SWOT analysis.The results showed that the profit analysis was able to produce a large enough value based on the results of that the average net income or the benefits that could be generated from this aquaculture business could reach IDR. 21,165,179 per cycle and IDR. 84,660,714 per year. From the acquisition of each investment analysis shows the analysis of investment criteria obtained NPV values> 0, net B / C> 1 and IRR> of the applicable interest rate (11%), so it can be concluded from the pond cultivation business in Lawallu Village Barru Regency has high feasibility to be developed. From the results of the analysis and discussion of the prospects for developing a pond aquaculture business in Lawallu Village by using a SWOT matrix based on internal and external factors that exist in a traditional pond business there are 9 strategies to be developed.
Indonesia merupakan Negara berdasarkan hukum hal ini termuat dalam Pasal 1 ayat (3) Undang-Undang Dasar Negara RI 1945, yang mana bertujuan mengatur kegiatan masyarakat dalam menjalankan kehidupan sehari-hari berdasarkan norma yang berlaku, dan sebagai landasan konstitusonal juga secara tegas mengatur tentang pentingnya perlindungan terhadap hak asasi manusia, termasuk didalamnya perlindungan perempuan dan anak.berdasarkan data Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia mencatat dalam kurun waktu 2016 ada 1000 kasus kekerasan terhadap anak salah satunya adalah perdaganan dan eksploitasi anak. Kesimpulan Peneliti berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, yaitu : (1)bahwa penerapan hukum pidana oleh hakum terhadap pelaku tindak pidana Perdagangan Anak telah sesuai karena dalam putusan perkara Nomor 989/Pid.B/2016/PN.Btm para terdakwa dinilai sah dan terbukti melakukan perbuatan tersebut. (2) pertimbangan hukum Hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan pada putusan perkara Nomor 989/Pid.B/2016/PN.Btm sudah sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku meski seharusnya hukuman pidana yang dijatuhkan dinilai Peneliti masih bisa lebih maksimal.
Dalam perkembangan teknologi informasi, khususnya perkembangan internet, di samping memberikan aspek manfaat, namun terdapat pula sisi negatif. Sisi negatif yang bermunculan umumnya adalah penggunaan menyimpang dari teknologi tersebut. Penggunaan menyimpang salah satunya adalah adanya keinginan dari pihak-pihak tertentu untuk menerobos masuk kedalam situs-situs atau jaringan milik orang lain. Tujuannya untuk mencuri, mengubah, dan/atau mengambil data/informasi milik orang lain. Berdasarkan pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ada beberapa kesimpulan yang dapat diambil, yaitu 1) modus yang dilakukan oleh pelaku kejahatan kartu kredit dilakukan dengan melalui cara konvensional dan juga modern, dengan cara konvensional misalnya dengan mencuri fisik kartu kredit, sedangkan dengan langkah modern dengan menanamkan spyware parasites,skimming. 2) terdapat kendala dalam penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku kejahatan kartu kredit, misalnya pelaku kejahatan yang bergerak dengan melintasi batas negara sehinga akan menyulitkan penyidik dalam penyelidikan dan penyidikannya, selain itu sistem perangkat atau alat yang pelaku gunakan dengan melibatkan perangkat-perangkat modern dan canggih, sehingga tidak menutup kemungkinan pada beberapa daerah terpencil di Indonesia menyebabkan kejahatan itu sulit untuk terdeteksi.
The coastal area of Tanalili District has many coastal and marine natural resources. However, its utilization has not been well managed and has resulted in uncontrolled utilization. This research aimed to: (1) Identify the condition and potential of coastal natural resources (2) Analyze the suitability of land to its designation (3) Integrate land use zoning (4) Determine coastal and marine area development strategies. This research was conducted in January to March 2018. Potential of coastal resources, land suitability and zoning were analyzed using a Geographic Information System (GIS) and SWOT for development analysis. The results of this study indicate the area of 96.38 Ha mangrove ecosystem, seagrass 31,68 Ha, coral reefs 192,81 Ha. Zoning area showed a general utilization area of 6.132,49 Ha which was divided into 4 zones; aquaculture zone with an area of 1.012,31 Ha, capture fisheries zone with an area of 4.875,76 Ha, a port zone with an area of 46,91 Ha and other zones covering an area of 197,51 Ha. The area of marine protected area is 1,393.99 Ha and the regional sea lanes for shipping activities is 526.88 Ha. The results of the development policy analysis were the provision of a potential data base, the formation of business groups in accordance with the potential, compilation of management plans according to zoning, improvement of human resources quality both the community and related stakeholders and rehabilitation programs to control physical damage to the coast and ecosystems by involving the community.
Coral reef is one of the most important ecosystem in marine environment. With high biodiversity and productivity as one of their characteristic makes coral reef value in nature regulation cannot be replaced. This study held from July until October 2018. The aim of this study is to understand coral reefs in Liukang Tangaya waters. Data collection using Underwater Photo Transect method. The result are, from 15 observation station show that coral reefs in Liukang Tangaya in damaged condition with average of live coral is 18.91% with the main cause come from destructive fishing.
This study aims to determine what actually as an eco area as a center of ecotourism and turtle area development strategy as an ecotourism area in Tulang village Barugaiya Village Selayar Islands District. Studies show that these results show the uniformity of ecotourism land in the Coastal Area of Tulang is a location with the suitability of the turtle ecotourism location of 1.92 Ha located on station 1 and 3rd station and not 1.52 Ha in station 2. Strategy Development of turtle ecotourism with the results, determined by 10 strategies The best development of turtle ecotourism in Tulang Village Barugaiya Village Selayar Islands District, among others (1) encourage the government in terms of determining the turtle conservation area, (2) the need for more activities to provide facilities (3) socializing stakeholder spatial legislation to avoid conflict and increase community participation, (4) more importance from stakeholders for increased potential of the region, (5) training on human resources related to human resources , (6) application of understanding related to ecosystem destruction turtle nesting areas as well as law enforcement from the government, (7) spatial planning of tourist sites (8) public education about the importance of turtles, (9) planting of mangrove species and coastal vegetation (10) applying fair system in management policy
