The purpose of this research is to prioritize effective factors in electronic customer relationship management at Golestan Gas Company. In terms of method, this research is in the field of applied research, which is descriptive survey research. For data analysis, the opinions of organizational and experimental experts in the field of marketing management have been used. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. The questionnaire has been distributed to the statistical population of employees, experts, and deputies of Golestan Gas Company. Data analysis has been done by experts using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and Delphi method using questionnaire tools. Also, the constituent elements of the electronic customer relationship management model have been determined from theoretical literature. The output of this step was to identify 50 components in the form of six main dimensions. The findings showed that the six main dimensions of electronic customer relationship management include communication, electronic, technological, managerial, informational, and driving factors.
Context and purpose. The use of e-commerce technology in the cooperative sector can improve the situation of job creation and income gains in rural cooperatives, leading to economic growth and development. Based on this, the current research aims to identify and prioritize the criteria of this technology in creating entrepreneurial opportunities in rural cooperatives.Methodology/approach. In this research, 36 components of entrepreneurial opportunities were identified based on literature review, and finally, they were refined using the opinion of 30 experts using the Fuzzy Delphi method. After the refining process, 23 selected components were evaluated and ranked through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) using Expert Choice 11 software. At this stage, based on the Krejcie-Morgan table, 127 experts were selected from 200 cooperatives.Findings and conclusions. The results showed that the dimensions of creating entrepreneurial opportunities include commercial opportunities, organizational opportunities, social opportunities, economic opportunities, and technological opportunities, and the sub-components of each of them were weighted. Based on the results of the research, the local model in the cooperative sector is proposed in order to recognize and exploit the entrepreneurial opportunities of e-commerce technology.Originality. By identifying the entrepreneurial opportunities of e-commerce in rural cooperatives, this study has provided a framework that helps to increase the efficiency of these institutions and improve the livelihood of members through orientation to new job opportunities.
Background: Entrepreneurship is a process in which a person with a new idea and thought offers a new product and service to market by mobilizing all resources through building businesses by accepting financial, social and economic risks. Given the existing bases in the field of health, the present study was conducted with an aim to determine the entrepreneurial talent in nursing students at universities of Golestan province. Methods: The present cross-sectional study was conducted on 250 postgraduate nursing students at universities of Golestan province during the academic year of 2018-2019, and they were included in the study using the simple random method. The data were gathered using a 95-item Kordenaeej entrepreneurship questionnaire with eight subscale including need for achievement, Internal locus of control, Moderate risk-taking propensity, Ambiguity tolerance, thought flow, daydreaming, operation oriented, and challenge seeking. The final score of entrepreneurial talent was categorized as very weak (95-264), weak (265-283), strong (284-303), and very strong (304380). Data were analyzed in SPSS16 using descriptive statistics, independent and paired t-tests, and chi-square test. Significance level was considered less than 0.05. Results: The studentschr('39') mean age was 20.95±2.37. Samples were strong or very strong only in challenge seeking and thought flow, and were weak or very weak in other features. In the entrepreneurial talent, 47.7% were very weak, 29.4% were weak, 17.4% were strong and only 5.5% were very strong. There were statistical significant relationships between studentschr('39') gender and entrepreneurial talent (P=0.002) as well as studentschr('39') place of residence and entrepreneurial talent (P=0.039). Conclusion: Results of the present study indicated that nursing students at universities of Golestan province were weak in entrepreneurial talent. The studentschr('39') weakness of entrepreneurial talent indicated that it was necessary to pay attention to the entrepreneurial talent and strengthen the above characteristics in nursing students using the necessary interventions and proper planning.
The use of e-commerce technology is important in the dynamics of the economy, especially in planning and implementing export processes, as one of the goals of achieving a resilient economy. Accordingly, identifying and analyzing the strategic indicators of the e-commerce model in the export of agricultural products and rural entrepreneurship development has been the main goal of the present study. After conducting library studies and reviewing credible documents and sources, a list of 32 strategic indicators affecting the future of e-commerce in the field of agricultural exports and rural entrepreneurship development was obtained, followed by a questionnaire using The structural analysis method (interaction effect matrix) was designed and evaluated by forming a panel of 14 experts and their consensus on the effectiveness and effectiveness of each factor using MicMac software. The findings showed that 12 indicators of strengthening information security technologies; Development of telecommunication and infrastructure technologies; Adaptability to technological change; General e-commerce skills training; Development of banking and e-economy; Development of students' economics; Facilitate tax and customs laws; Transparency of e-commerce law; Risk management and strategic orientation; Flexibility of the export process; Improving trade and commerce; And the development of conversion and complementary industries has the greatest impact on the future of agricultural exports, with an emphasis on e-commerce.
Objective Most of the experts in marketing consider the market (store) environment as an effective factor to attract customers which is used as a strategy to create a pleasant purchasing experience for the customers and influence the consumers’ behavior. Nowadays, hypermarkets pay more attention to the custormers’ comfort while purchasing and try to use a variety of strategies, nice background music or good smell in the market, to make the customers stay longer in there. Intention to buy can be affected by many factors like background music, stimulation and joy, trust and the products level. Music refers to the ability to conbey feeling through sounds that can help relies your feeling or thoughts and to show your inner characteristic. Hence, playing music can help keep the customer in the market for longer which may be effective in their purchasing intention. The main goal of the present study is to evaluate the role of background music on the customers’ intention to buy considering the intervening variables like stimulation, joy, trust and the determining variable of products level. Methodology This is a practical study in nature and is considered as a causal descriptive survey. The statistical population includes all customers of the 5 branches of Ofogh Kourosh Hypermarkets in Gorgan during the first four month in 2017. According to Cochran formula, a sample size of 420 were selected and 384 questionnaire were collected at the end. SPSS and structural equation modeling (SEM) through Smart PLS were run to analyze the data. Findings The findings of the study showed that background music positively affects customers’ stimulation. Besides, such stimulation influences the customers’ purchasing joy. The joy positively affects the formation of trust among the customers. The joy and the trust can both have a positive role in the customers’ intention to buy. Finally, product level keeps a balance on the purchasing joy among the customers. Conclusion Music distinguished features have remarkable effects on people’s feelings and perceptions. Happy music can help create a joyful marketing environment for the customers. Low tempo music can convey mild thoughts and feeling to the customers, while high tempo music raises their excitement. Such stimulation can lead to a more pleasant purchasing experience. An appropriate marketing environment will increase the joy of the customers. New and simple designs can help customers enjoy the products more and can lead to a bigger trust. The trust helps customers make easier decisions while purchasing. The intention to buy can be estimated through perceptions and norms of a society. Joy and trust can lead to the intention to buy. A desirable environment may increase the customers’ joy which can result in a bigger customer population in future through word of mouth advertisement. Interesting and joyful products will create good feeling among the customers leading to an intention to buy. If you can stimulate purchasing joyful products, the customers will play around the environment which may result in the purchasing of unnecessary products. However, if the customers try to purchase based on the benefits and their needs, they consider the cost-benefit of the products and may lead to an economical purchasing after all.
