随着油田稠油开采生产井数的增加,边远区块提捞井的建设及洗井工作量增加,转油站、注蒸汽站、卸油点及加热水点的增多,加热负荷持续上升,新增耗气量逐年增大,且以经验值制定集输参数标准已不适应集输系统能耗控制需求.牢固树立"节气是根本、补气是辅助"的思想,在天然气使用过程中引入提升系统集气能力、控制系统耗气源头、加强清洁能源替代、强化耗气制度管理等技术管理措施,同时,加强井站集气力度、降低集输系统耗气量、提升外引气输气能力、提升气井气保障能力,既能够节约资源,提高经济效益,又能够满足油田行业碳中和的目的.
Production is seriously affected in Daqing oilfield because of SRB in conventional water flooding process. In order to parabiotic inhibition,ABR reactors worked and Ecological antibacterial agents were added. The result shows that the concentra-tions of NO3-decreased,the concentrations of S2-were below 0.3 mg/L,ORP changed from-300 mv to-50 mV. pH and alka-linity had a little change with small effects on reaction system. The microorganism map was significantly changed before and after ecological inhibition. The result shows that SRB changed to the functional bacteria group mainly with denitrification. The inhibi-tion of sulfate-reducing bacteria was achieved by adding the ecological antibacterial agent.
Synergistic treatment of iron sulfide laden and stabilized slops simultaneously by use of surfactant and denitrifying bacteria was studied. Two chemical formulations have developed i.e. one slops demulsifier for disrupting the rigid film formed by iron sulfide particles at oil/water interface, and the other blended inorganic salt formulation for stimulation of the indigenous population of denitrifying bacteria in oil dehydrator. A total of 720 m~3 iron sulfide laden slops at Pu-3 Production Station of Daqing Oilfield was recovered and treated by commingling the slops into the influent of FWKOs and adding 0.05kg/t slops demulsifier and 0.759 kg/t blended inorganic salt simultaneously to the influent of oil dehydrator. The cost of chemicals for slops recovery and treatment was RMB 34.03 yuan/m~3.
