鉴于柔性传动系统传动过程中张力大小及平稳性对于传动质量具有决定性的影响,结合薄膜涂敷装置的动态过程,建立了张力的数学模型.针对张力控制中强耦合、非线性的特点,以及传统的控制策略需要构建精确数学模型的缺点,采用了一种分区比例控制策略对张力进行控制.仿真结果表明分区比例控制策略能有效地控制张力,系统性能良好.
The objective of this paper is to research on the application of proportional controller based on phase plane division in the tension control system of coating device to improve the quality of tension control. Firstly, the control strategy of proportional controller based on phase plane division and the parameter tuning methods are analyzed. Then the simulation model of tension control system is built with the help of MATLAB SIMULINK. Finally, the simulation results are given. Simulation results indicate that the tension control system is effectively controlled by the proportional controller based on phase plane division.
Proportional control strategy is easily realized, but the system dynamic performance, steady performance and stability are contradictory for proportional control requirement. The proportion control strategy of different partitions of the proportional controller based on phase plane partition affects system performance index. Adjusting the proportional control of the controller based on different phase plane partitions can improve some performance indexes so that overall performance indexes could be improved. The control parameters are discussed about how to affect the stability, steady performance and dynamic performance of system. Finally, the obtaining means of parameter for phase plane division proportional controller is discussed.
Starting current is too large when the motor is started directly. The motor consumes large amounts of reactive power when it is connected to the electrical network. An intelligent controller of magnetic controlled soft starting is developed for reactive compensation. The controller used the 16-bit MSP430F1612 MCU as a control core. An algorithm with measuring phase angle calculated the power factor, active and reactive power, and could realize auto-tracking of reactive compensation and auto-switching of shunt capacitors. The paper put forward hardware structure and software design in detail. Experimental test demonstrates that the control system can dynamically adjust the output of reactive power compensation equipment, and effectively improve the system power factor, and reduce the motor starting current, so as to achieve the protection of the motor and equipment.

In order to eliminate the harmness of the starting current of the three-phase AC motor,in particular,the middle-voltage and high-voltage motor,the magnetron soft start device is developed based on PLC200.One kind of flexible,simple and effective soft start control method is advanced according to advantages and disadvantages of various control methods used in soft start device.The experiment on the 11 kW wound fan is implemented.The experimental results show that the device can smoothly start motor with multiply protection measures and high reliability.
