The thin-walled box of large tractor is easy to deform and requires high machining accuracy.During fixture design, improper selection of positioning datum and pressing point can easily lead to deformation of parts, which leads to the machining accuracy not meeting the drawing requirements.By using CAE software combined with machining requirements, multiple schemes of positioning and clamping points are compared, which vividly shows the influence of different schemes on the processing accuracy of the box.Through the optimization and improvement of the scheme and the actual machining verification, the machining accuracy required by the drawing is achieved, and the accuracy of fixture design and the machining accuracy of parts are improved.
The rapid development of the power field has put forward higher requirements for the power density, speed and volume of diesel engines.The development of key technologies for high power density diesel engines is a powerful guarantee to improve the performance of large agricultural machinery and heavy construction machinery in China.High power density diesel engines have the characteristics of large fuel injection volume.It is of great significance to study the ultra-high pressure fuel injection technology suitable for high power density diesel engines.The influence of injection pressure increase on fuel spray atomization and combustion was studied by numerical simulation.When the fuel injection pressure increases from 100 MPa to 250 MPa, the liquid spray penetration becomes shorter, the gas spray proportion increases significantly, and the SMD becomes smaller; The vanishing time of liquid spray is advanced, and the average turbulent kinetic energy increases; With the increase of injection pressure, the peak value of heat release rate increases, the heat release time shortens, and the combustion duration shortens.The use of 250 MPa ultra-high pressure fuel injection can improve the atomization quality of spray, accelerate the combustion speed, and help to improve the power density of diesel engines.

At present, the no-till planter widely used in Northeast China relies on increasing the weight of the whole machine to increase the stubble breaking force.However, the gravity of the planter itself is too large, which easily causes the ridge platform to be flattened and the ridge shape to be destroyed.How to get a greater pressure into the ground without increasing the weight of the whole machine is a new topic at present.This paper takes 2BMZF heavy-duty no-till planter as an example, analyzes the working state of the no-till planter, establishes a mechanical model and simulates it with ADAMS software, this paper probes into the change trend and analysis of the stress of each part of the planter under different adjustment modes, finds out the main factors that affect the sowing trenching force and the mechanism that the position of the center of mass of the planter affects the stress of the planter, and puts forward some guiding opinions for the design and adjustment of the no-till planter.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the development of no-till planter.

In order to reduce the exhaust of diesel engine, improve the product performance and meet the requirements of environmental laws and regulations, under the premise of not changing the cylinder diameter and cylinder center distance, a diesel engine is designed without cylinder liner, piston ring matching upgrade, optimize cylinder clearance reasonably, the exhaust significantly reduced under the same conditions.
A four-column cab is taken as the research object.Firstly, a body-in-white finite element model of the cab is established, and the precision of body-in-white model is verified by modal analysis and comparison with experimental results.The simulation model of cab with interior was established on the basis of body-in-white model, and the vibration acceleration response of the left foot floor and seat bracket of the tractor was obtained through modal based forced response analysis, which was compared with the test results.Finally, the floor of the cab was optimized, and the maximum vertical vibration acceleration of the seat bracket decreased by 47.1%,the total vertical vibration acceleration of the seat bracket decreased by 12.3%.
Ribbed belt has the advantages of large transmission power and compact layout, it’s application is increasing resent years, but the working condition is very complex for off-road diesel engine, the accessory drive system should be designed properly if ribbed belt is used.Some design principles and experience is raised in this article, and an accessory drive system was designed and analyzed on an in-line 4 cylinder off-road diesel engine, a test was designed and did on test bed.It shows that the dynamic performance meet the design requirements.The crank pulley has a 2.04% max slippage, and it reduced rapidly while the engine speed up; The peak vibration amplitude is 4.59% of the belt between alternator and water pump; The max tensioner swing angle is 2.69°,and it’s variation trend along engine speed has a high consistency with the second order torsional vibration curve.
