针对智能拖拉机的导航系统在长时间工作状态中经常会出现定位精度低的问题,提出一种采用扩展卡尔曼滤波法(EKF)设计BDS/DRS组合导航,利用MATLAB软件建立EKF模型,并对BDS/DRS组合导航系统进行仿真验证,结果表明与传统的单独导航相比,设计的组合导航能够明显提高定位精度,同时也证明了EKF方案具有良好的数据融合效果.
钕铁硼材料属于硬脆性材料,采用传统的切削加工方式很难对其进行加工,加工过程中容易造成工件的崩裂、断裂并且内部容易产生裂纹,因此成品率低,属于难加工材料,采用电火花加工方式对其进行加工可以克服其成品率低的问题.但是,目前电火花加工效率极为低下,因此就要对电火花加工过程中的机理进行研究,在保证加工质量的前提下,提高加工效率.以前人的研究为基础,利用有限元软件ANSYS对电火花加工过程中产生的温度场进行模拟仿真,获得温度分布云图,并对其由热产生的应力进行分析.以此项研究为基础,为日后的研究或生产过程提供理论依据,从而优化加工参数,提高生产效率.
随着油管的大量应用,人们开始越来越重视如何提高油管寿命问题,而粘扣是影响油管寿命的主要因素。本文针对油管螺纹粘扣问题,利用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,对油管螺纹联接上扣状态进行受力分析,得到了油管螺纹连接后各扣牙的受力情况。同时对有限元的计算结果进行分析,得出导致油管发生粘扣的原因,并提出了解决油管螺纹粘扣的结构优化措施。
Ferroalloy was used as the magnetic phase,corundum powder as the abrasive,and different size of magnetic abrasives were prepared by the method combined gas atomization and rapid solidification in spary deposition chamber.Magnetic abrasives were molded with phenolic resin and then ground,polished,corroded and metal sprayed. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) were used to characterize the morphology of magnetic abrasive. The results indicated that the distribution of ceramic particles in magnetic abrasive showed a certain regular. Rigid abrasives adhere to the out surface of ferromagnetic matrix and firmly embedded in the base surface. The depth of abrasive embed into matrix is greater than its radius. But there is few of ceramic particles distribute in the matrix. It is to find out the reasons why the particles adhere to the out surface of the matrix based on ceramic particles penetrate models and mechanical mechanisms.
The finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the temperature field of NdFeB material in EDM to build the model. By obtaining the distribution diagram of the temperature field and the size of the molten pool, the size of electric erosion pits were predicted, which can provide references for optimizing the processing parameters and improving the processing efficiency in the actual processing in the future.
In accordance with the principle of EDM,it establishes the temperature field mathematical model of Nickel-base superalloy IN718 nickel-based alloy in the WEDM process.The temperature field distributed simulation and distributed maps of IN718 at the ending time in the single-pulse discharge is based on the finite element software ANSYS.Using the software it also predicts the width and depth of the Galvanic corrosion pit,and compares it with The results obtained from the processing experiment,it turned out that the simulation results and the actual processing data are coincided.It did research content and the results obtained will be the future EDM mechanism and select the appropriate processing parameters to provide a reference value.
This paper presents a measurement method in magnetic abrasive finishing by subregionally scanning to get the surface parameters of complex surface,which help to solve the problem of low efficiency of grinding surface trajectory measurement.This method improves the data collection method by replacing the original one-time scanning with subregion scan,and is conducive to the development of magnetic grinding to automate direction.
