在当前现代化工业生产和社会发展的大背景下,新技术不断发展和优化,使得工业生产自动化技术越来越成熟,工业生产正迎来智能化阶段。本文首先介绍工业互联网与智能制造之间的联系,以此为基础,进一步总结两者系统构成。
随着国民经济水平的提高,木制工艺品的市场需求越来越大,在传统工艺品行业引入数控车削加工可大大提高产品生产效率及产品质量,以满足日益增长得市场需求.但数控车削编程对技术能力要求较高,从事工艺品制作的从业人员往往难于胜任.研究二维图形输入、粗精车削刀轨生成算法,在C++bulider开发环境下编程实现上述算法,开发出小型车削CAD/CAM软件系统,大大简化了车削模型输入及加工程序生成过程,使得零基础人员可以快速实现车削程序的编制,并在实际应用中得以验证.
滚珠丝杠副动态预紧转矩是衡量其产品优劣的重要指标,是产品运动手感的数值量化.滚珠丝杠副中径误差、螺距误差、滚道粗糙度、预紧力、返向器衔接平滑度等是影响动态预紧转矩变化的主要因素.滚珠丝杠副动态预紧转矩的变化,直接影响丝杠副轴向接触刚度、传动效率、噪声、温升、刚度、使用寿命、精度保持性、可靠性,并最终影响数控机床的结构刚度和产品加工质量.
对低合金MnCrB系铸钢进行了试验研究,设计了三种Cr含量(0.3%,0.6%,1.2%)的低合金MnCrB系铸钢,主要研究Cr含量对MnCrB系铸钢显微组织及耐磨性能的影响.试验铸钢采用中频感应炉熔炼后浇注成标准Y型试块,将试样在850℃奥氏体化后空冷至室温随后在220℃回火,对其显微组织及三体磨损性能进行分析.结果表明,Cr含量低(0.3%,0.6%)时,试验钢的组织为粒状贝氏体及少量贝氏体/马氏体复相组织,随着Cr含量的增加,试验钢的硬度增加,但是冲击性能下降.Cr含量为0.6%的空冷MnCrB系贝氏体铸钢拥有良好的强韧性配合,同时,其耐磨性能高于高锰钢30%.研究结果表明,低合金MnCrB系铸钢在空冷回火的热处理方式下具有良好的力学性能及耐磨损性能,是一种经济环保的新型耐磨铸钢.
针对目前对ZQ250减速机外壳三组通孔的镗削加工效率低下的情况,自行设计一个主轴箱,可以高效加工三组通孔,从而提高了外壳的生产效率,为中小型减速机外壳加工生产企业提供了一种参考.
The modal analysis of the 140 tons of casting crane girder structure is carried by the large finite element software ABAQUS.The vibration of the girder in crane’s working process is analyzed.And the first ten natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes are extracted and are also analyzed,then the more accurate and intuitive results are got,which provides a important reference for the further transformation of such products.
高速立式车床的底座是对高速旋转的工作台起支撑作用的关键零部件.在机床工作时,主轴带动工作台高速旋转,底座在整个过程中处在动态、交变载荷的作用下.文中采用SolidWorks对某型号的高速立式车床底座进行建模,并将其导入到有限元软件ANSYS Workbench中进行模态分析,获得前6阶固有频率和对应的振型,以便对其进行优化设计,在工作过程中避开固有频率,避免产生共振.
As an important project of machine tool performance test,the temperature rise test of machine tool spindle bearing reflects the assembling quality and spindle bearing quality of the machine tool.The paper discusses the key steps of temperature rise test including temperature rise test conditions,temperature testing point,temperature testing device,time interval of temperature measuring.Considering that it is not easy to obtain tangent using tangent method specified in the standard for temperature equilibrium moment and the fitting function derivative method requires the application of strict conditions,this paper presents two new balance time judgment methods-slope calculation method and Isothermal method,and gives the flow chart of temperature rise test.
This paper presents a measurement method in magnetic abrasive finishing by subregionally scanning to get the surface parameters of complex surface,which help to solve the problem of low efficiency of grinding surface trajectory measurement.This method improves the data collection method by replacing the original one-time scanning with subregion scan,and is conducive to the development of magnetic grinding to automate direction.
Aimed at irregular shape revolving body parts are made by CNC machine tool, in the circumstances of mass production, consider the difficulties of contact detection, put forward the non contact detection method by photoelectric switch principle, grating displacement measurement principled and laser scanning principle,to achieve its specific location radial size measurement. It eliminated the influence of artificial factors in the traditional measuring method, realized the measurement objectivity and improved the measurement accuracy.
This paper realized the random degree NURBS curve interpolation based on the Cox-de boor recursion algorithm;Used difference method to estimate the parameters and combined with the practical tools necessary to meet the processing conditions,the feed rate,maximum acceleration of the machine,the maximum chord error bound parameters were compared to optimize the best parameters to achieve a speed adaptive control.This article discussed the control points,knot vector,the weights of the NURBS influence,used the dichotomy nodes to linear search range.It completed random degree NURBS curve interpolation simulation in C++builder development environment,gave the interpolation and interpolation algorithm flow diagram examples to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.
给出了Bezier曲线的基本理论,利用差分插补方法来预估参数,结合机床实际加工过程中所必需满足的条件,对进给速度、机床最大加速度、最大弓高误差分别约束的参数进行比较,优化出最小的参数值,进行插补计算,很好地满足现代CNC机床的高精度加工的控制要求.再利用C++ builder开发软件完成了对三次Bezier曲线的插补仿真,给出了插补算法流程图及插补实例,验证了算法的可行性,在CAM中具有很高的使用价值.
To meet the current farmers need of automatically selecting jujubes,reducing labour,improving the production efficiency,In view of present insufficiency and the existence question of automatically choosing the jujubes machine,the article designs one kind of new design structure,which solved the problems of selecting dates,scratching,conveying belt stressed non-uniform.The example showed that the structure had not only satisfied the above-mentioned problems,and had simple structure,good effects.It has important practical significance.
