目的:推进一次性重力压力兼用输液器与智能输液机在临床中的优化应用.方法:将使用过程中出现的滴数欠准确、脉冲信号压迫橡胶管、墨菲氏滴管液面不断下降、输液机误报警、电压不足、流速控制元件未完全压入压液传动槽等问题进行汇总,并针对这些问题对该装置进行设计优化.结果:优化后的野战智能输液装置操作简单、性能更稳定、可靠性好.结论:经过野战和平时急救验证,该装置能实现预期目标,值得在临床推广应用.
On the basis of generalizing the specificity of early treatment for war wounds,the clinical path technology is applied in early treatment of war wounds.The application theme and its key element description,the basis and the methods of the clinical pathway for early treatment of war wounds are proposed,and the basic functions of the clinical pathway information system are expounded.At last,it is pointed out that early treatment has important significance in improving the cure rate for the wounded.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33(6):90-91,122]
According to the situation of large number of wounded and the lack of medical resources in the period of early treatment,a service-oriented software system used clinical pathway is designed to solve this problem.The key events of early treatment are modularized and arranged in the process of clinical pathway drawn up by experts.This process is targeted and can be adjusted in real time.The complicated process will be simplified to a multi-branch,multi-export and easy-operating one,and information flow will be reorganized and optimized.This new system will conducive to batch treatment of the wounded,improve the efficiency,and maximize the ability of treatment with war injuries and enhance the ability of hygienic guarantee.
Objective To design an authentication method for passive RFID tag.Methods Taking the weak computing ability of passive tags into account,the simple and efficient Hash function was used for computing and comparing.Results Two-way authentication between the reader and RFID tags was realized,which could protect the safety of our military logistics.Conclusion This method can effectively improve the security of the RFID tags of military supplies during the war.
Objective To design an efficient IP address automatic assigned algorithm based on AVL balanced binary tree. Methods The algorithm defined the correspondence of AVL balanced binary tree and IP address.By using the high degree balance characterization of AVL tree,IP address was restricted in a reasonable range.Results The algorithm achieved the automatic allocation and recovery of IP address without a central server.Conclusion The algorithm can be effectively used for the mobile ad hoc network in the poor wartime environment.
It is vulnerable to distance and complex terrain for the ways of traditional networking,which are not suitable to the complex geographical environment for field medical unit.In response to this deficiency,a temporary networking program based on wireless Mesh network for the field medical unit is proposed.The program takes the advantages of high-bandwidth,robustness,non-sight transmission and compatibility of the wireless Mesh network,and makes the temporary networking into realize under the field environment.At last,the performance and the potential problems of Mesh network are discussed.

The function of TacmedCS and EvacSys of US army is introduced,and the update process and the test results are reviewed.Thus,some discussions and advices are proposed to integrate the limited field information resource to avoid some non-necessary steps and blind construction in the medical and evacuation system.
Objective To design and apply a material security program based on RFID technology.Methods The program agreed on encoding format of RFID tag in advance,in which PDA could access the content of RFID tags only by connecting with the base database wirelessly.At the same time,mutual authentication mechanism was established between the PDA and the RFID tag,which prevented unauthorized tags and readers from participating in the session.Results The safe of military supplies transportation was assured after the program was applied in the implementation of mobile medical support tasks.Conclusion The program has great application value for ensuring the safety and reliability of material emergency support.

In order to overcome the shortcomings of being monitored,interfered and damaged that may be occurred in transmitting mass casualty evacuation with wireless communication in front-line,a simplified but efficient information coding scheme is derived to transform complex casualty information into short and safe characters,which is very adapt to wireless communication quickly and safely in battlefield,by using the same information coding table of casualty.Experiments showed that the information coding scheme may prevent the enemy from capturing important casualty information farthest,and improve the capability in curing and the medical service support.

Objective To develop a portable air-based water collector used under the conditions of severe water shortage when performing field operations.Methods The condensate water was collected by the semiconductor refrigeration using solar energy as the main energy sources.Results The water collector could extend the waiting time for rescue and enhance the soldiers' confidence to survive.Conclusion The portable water collector can provide water for soldiers under the conditions of serious water shortage.
目的:探讨尿液水通道蛋白-2(AQP2)、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)与慢性心衰(CHF)患者不同心功能状态的关系,对比分析AQP2、BNP对CHF的诊断价值。方法:对58例慢性心力衰竭患者,应用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测尿液AQP2浓度,用微粒子酶免分析法(MEIA)同步检测血浆BNP水平,并测定左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果:心衰NYHAⅠ~Ⅳ级,各组尿液AQP2水平与血浆BNP均逐步升高,且各级心衰患者尿液AQP2浓度相差非常显著(P<0.01);而Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级血浆BNP水平较Ⅰ级显著增高(P<0.05),Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级患者血浆BNP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尿液AQP2与心力衰竭严重程度的相关性较血浆BNP更强,AQP2有可能成为继BNP之后,判断心衰及其程度的新的生物学指标。
Objective To introduce the design scheme and realization methods of blood refrigerator shelter.Methods In the foundation of confirming the design need,main technology performance indices and service orientation in wartime,the main elements,internal external design projects for the blood refrigerator shelter were introduced,and the key technology and realization route of the blood refrigerator shelter were analyzed.Results The blood refrigerator shelter,with the capabilities for rapid response,diversion,deployment and undeployment,could be used for quick acception,distribution,storing and supply of large volume blood,with the temperature requirements of different blood products satisfied.Conclusion The blood refrigerator shelter contributes itself to storing and supply of large volume blood products,and thus can be applied to mobile blood support of multi military missions.
Objective To study way of unloading and positioning of the new type medical shelter. Methods Through repeated testing and practical application, the ways of 3-lines is used in the ground precession standardization. The first line is guard line of the left marginal of the shelter, the second is allocation line of the end part of the shelter and the third is front wheel alignment line of the whole unloading vehicles. Based on the lines, vehicles carrying shelters access to the ground in accordance with the order of three channel shelters ahead of five functional shelters. Results The real time of the shelter started is reduced to 35min, much lower than the time designed of 4h. Conclusion The application can be carried out precise positioning and improve the speed of the equipment spread.
