目的 探索国防卫生动员力量与军队医疗机构应急机动卫勤力量军民联合、军地联训,统一管理模式.方法 利用文献资料、经验总结、实地调研、实证研究,对军地卫生力量"分管合用,分治合练",统一指挥,共同完成平战时大批伤员救治.结果 国防动员地方卫生力量与军队应急机动卫勤力量"分管合用,分治合练"十分必要.结论 军民联合、军地一体,共同完成平战时大批伤病员救治势在必行.
Medical quality management is a very important part of hospital management .Contrasting the requirement of hospital grade accreditation , the article analyzed the contradictions and problems that the army regi -mental hospital medical quality management existed , and put forward four improvement measures , which included strengthening the leadership quality awareness , improving the medical quality management organization , importing new methods of medical quality management , improving the information level of medical quality management .
Civil-military integration development is an important content of deepening the reform of the national defense and the army, and the discussion on the civil military integration development of military hospital is highly necessary.In this paper, the problems existing in the development of civil military integration were pointed out, and five countermeasures were presented, such as adhering to the characteristics and focusing on the main tasks, jointing military and civilian and breaking barriers, docking system and speeding up the personnel training, carrying forward the tradition and servicing people cordially, complementing each other'a advantages and promoting technological innovation.

The practices of military hospital medical equipment operation training were introduced, and the problems were pointed out in training content, organization and support. Some suggestions were put forward from the aspects of field medical equipment development, training plan, post-based training and etc so as to enhance the supportability of field medical equipment.
检伤分类是伤员流救治、后送的重要环节,也是影响整体救治效果的瓶颈之一[1].随着计算机共享、远程通讯、影像数字化、射频识别等网络技术的日益发展,现有的伤员流救护模式已不能适应高科技条件下大规模伤亡救治的要求[2-3].笔者所在医院结合未来战争和重大自然灾害条件下伤员产生的特点和医疗后送的需求,分析造成大批量伤员救治困难的主要原因,提出了一种信息流模型代替传统的伤员流模型.根据信息流模式要求,建立野战方舱医院检伤分类虚拟系统应用于卫勤人员培训,取得较好的效果.

目的:研究冬季闽南海域海水中细菌种类、分布及对抗生素的敏感度,为海水浸泡伤救治提供参考.方法:采取无菌法采集海水标本6份,进行增菌培养与细菌分离及细菌学鉴定和药敏试验.结果:6份海水标本中分离出细菌9种18株,其中弧菌科细菌15株(83.3%),肠杆菌科细菌3株(16.7%).分离菌种对11种(55.5%)抗生素高度敏感,对9种(45.5%)抗生素不同程度耐药,其中对氨苄西林和头孢噻吩耐药严重.结论:冬季闽南海域细菌以弧菌属为主,对抗菌药物敏感度较高.

Objective To develop dimensional numerical field training platform.Methods Computer control system was used with hydraulic power unit to simulate the state of jounce in aircraft,ship and automobile in the motion,which aimed to train the adaptability of medical personnel.The failure was alarmed by using computer.Results The maximum rising speed of the plat was 600 mm/s;Development of the platform solves the types of anti-vertigo and lack of equipment,which can carry folding multi-function field operating table,portable field shadowless lamp,field hand washing facilities and sterile console.16 persons can be trained simultaneously.Conclusion success rate of treatment the wounded in wartime under complex conditions is improved.
Objective To demonstrate the feasibility of the application of clinical pathway to the early treatment of war wounds.Methods The conditions for the application of clinical pathway and the law of war wounds occurring were compared and the basic meaning of clinical pathway techniques and the goal of early treatment were analyzed.Results Occurrence characteristics of war wounds are consistent with the general requirements of clinical pathway technology.Early treatment is a good access for clinical pathway techniques to the whole treatment of war wounds,and the application has to be achieved through the informationized means.Conclusion The application of clinical pathway to the early treatment of war wounds will improve the efficiency and quality of treatment,and have a good prospect.
Objective To study a method how to share and exchange information between information system of medical treatment team and other sanitation service information systems. Methods Basing on XML technology, data share and exchange between different systems is arhived with the creation and explaination of XML using the document structure model of Powerbuilder. Results Data share and exchange between the sanitation service information systems of heterogeneous database is carried out with XML technology. Conclusion The data exchange between then information system of medical treatment team and other sanitation service information systems is more real-time, exact and efficient by using XML technology.

Objective To introduce the design scheme and realization methods of blood refrigerator shelter.Methods In the foundation of confirming the design need,main technology performance indices and service orientation in wartime,the main elements,internal external design projects for the blood refrigerator shelter were introduced,and the key technology and realization route of the blood refrigerator shelter were analyzed.Results The blood refrigerator shelter,with the capabilities for rapid response,diversion,deployment and undeployment,could be used for quick acception,distribution,storing and supply of large volume blood,with the temperature requirements of different blood products satisfied.Conclusion The blood refrigerator shelter contributes itself to storing and supply of large volume blood products,and thus can be applied to mobile blood support of multi military missions.
Objective To design and develop a medical logistic information system that is suitable for first aid station of division/brigade. Methods The information system is established by WLAN technology and PDA-based supplemented by a portable computer terminal deployment strategy. Results Eight PC and four mobile function modules are designed, including triage, evacuation, medical, anesthesia for liposuction, medicine protection, and etc. By assigning different privilege level, the administrator can accomplish all different functions together. Conclusion The system can improve the ability of supporting for first aid station under field condition, by achieving automation and informationization of wounded information in collection, record, storage and communication.
