能源化工群在能源化工经济的发展中占据重要地位.在能源化工专业群建设指导思想和定位的基础上,结合菏泽市地方发展需求和菏泽学院实际,从产教融合、师资队伍建设、教学质量保障体系、人才培养模式、学生创新创业、凝练专业特色和服务体系建设等方面对能源化工专业群的建设进行了探索.以期为实践操作型的人才培养提供借鉴,服务于化工行业发展.
选取禾本科植物高羊茅的叶片,采用低温捣碎分级分离方法,分离出天然硅体,进一步分离硅体和硅质化细胞壁,去除硅质化细胞壁组分中的杂质蛋白,并利用硅体的专一性染色法进行验证后,再进一步提取出粗的硅结合蛋白,通过SDS-PAGE鉴定出大小为117kDa的硅结合蛋白,最终通过切胶回收透析的方法获取纯净的硅结合蛋白,得出了一套有效的硅体分离提取的方法.该研究首次从高羊茅叶片中分离提取硅体,为高羊茅的抗逆性研究及快速生长研究提供了蛋白获取基础.
以测定电极的可逆性实验为例,介绍了电化学工作站CHI660D在仪器分析实验教学中的应用,旨在拓展电化学工作站在本科教学中的应用范围,促进实验教学的改革.
Let R be any ring.The concepts of n-P-projective modules and strongly-P-projective modules are introduced.It is shown that M is n-P-projective module if and only if M is a cokernel of a Pn-preenvelope f:A→B with B projective;if R is a left coherent and right perfect ring,then(PP,PP⊥) is a perfect cotorsion theory,and(SPP,SPP⊥) is a perfect hereditary cotorsion theory,where PP denotes the class of all P-projective modules,and SPP denotes the class of all strongly-P-projective modules.
To provide scientific basis for successfully establishing a rapid propagation system of Ricinus communis L.,the plumule tip,hypocotyl,cotyledon and radicle of Ricinus communis are used as explants to study the abilities of dedifferentiation and redifferentiation induced by different hormones,and the effects of buds proliferation and rooting.The results indicate that the appropriate propagation explant is plumule tip,and the proper culture mediums are:MS+BA 0.4 mg·L-1+IAA 0.01 mg·L-1 for propagation,MS + NAA 0.2 mg·L-1 for rooting.And at the concentrations of BA 0.5~1.0 mg·L-1 and IAA 0.1~0.5 mg·L-1,the frequency of callus induction is 56%~100% and the differentiation rate is zero.
6 beta,7 beta,14 beta-Trihydroxy-1 alpha-acetoxy-7 alpha,20-epoxy-ent-kaur-16-en-15-one was isolated from the natural plant of Isodon japonica (Burm.f), Haravar. galaucocalyx (maxim) Hara. The structure was elucidated by means of spectral and chemical studies. In addition, its crystal was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1, Z = 2, a = 6.3506(4), b = 13.5766(8), c = 15.2777(9) angstrom, alpha = 80.506(1), 83.856(1), gamma = 88.307(1)degrees, C25H36O9, M-r = 480.54, V = 1291.64(13) angstrom(3), Z = 2, D-c = 1.236 g/cm(3), F(000) = 516, mu = 0.093 mm(-1), S = 0.988, the final R = 0.0761 and wR = 0.1955. Flack factor is 0.02(19), and the largest peak and deepest hole on the final difference Fourier map are 0.556 and -0.265 e/angstrom(3), respectively. The X-ray diffraction shows the existence of intermolecular C-H center dot center dot center dot O (DA) hydrogen bonds between adjacent molecules.
