Based on the characteristics and process mineralogy of oxidized ore,desliming,flotation and gravity separation joint process was used to sort metal minerals.The results showed that the process had excellent separating effect.It made full use of mineral resources and got maximum benefit.
文章建立了直接测定半导体二级40%含量氢氟酸(CMOSⅡ40%-HF)多元素含量的方法。以膜去溶作为进样系统,电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)作为分析仪器,分别采用热焰和冷焰模式分析,首先测定CMOSⅡ 40%-HF,然后测定以Be、Co、In和Bi作为加标的CMOSⅡ 40%-HF,加标样品测定加标回收率,同时测定Na、Mg、K、Ca和Fe的检出限。实验结果证明该方法具有进样速度快、精密度高等优点,冷焰模式降低了Na、Mg、K、Ca和Fe的检出限,同时降低了CMOSⅡ40%-HF的检出下限,提高了准确度。膜去溶与ICP-MS联用是快速分析高纯度HF中金属离子的有效方法,膜去溶的使用解决了使用玻璃雾化器和石英炬管时HF无法直接进样的问题,有效地减小了基体干扰,同时冷焰模式提高了碱金属元素的测量精度。
Germanium was measured by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry in geo-logical samples. The uncertainty of the measurement results were evaluated based on Uncertainty Evalua-tion and Denotation of the Measurement Results. The sources of uncertainty were analyzed ,each compo-nent affected uncertainty was quantified ,and the standard and expanded uncertainty were gained. When the content of germanium in testing sample was 2.0027μg/g ,the expanded uncertainty was 0.1234μg/g(k=2).
On the basis of the research on processing mineralogy of ores,the experimental research on flotation for the refractory nickes ore with the nickel of 0.44%was carried on.At last,the nickel concentrate with the grade of 3.13%and the recovery of 25.53%was obtained,whose index is relatively low.Therefore,the methods of chemical processing or smelting enrichment were considered to be adopted to extract the nickel in the tailings.The nickel sulfate in the ore can be easily dissolved in the pulp,making the pulp acid.At the same time,nickel oxide can be dissolved in the dilute solution and nickel silicate in the high acidity can also be part of the solution.For nickel sulfate,it can be partly digested in the dilute dissolution and better in the oxidation environment.According to these properties,the indexes with the content of nickel as 21.42%and the recovery of 61.84%could be obtained under the optimum leaching conditions.The result is satisfactory.
内蒙古阿拉善盟某地钒矿,矿石矿物有绿硫钒,伴生有及少量的黄铁矿、辉钼矿等;脉石矿物为绢云母,石英、绿泥石及部分碳酸盐类矿物。针对矿石特征,采用化学方法提纯该钒矿,获得钒精矿品位98.52%,得到了满意的试验结果,对开发利用该钒矿资源有重要意义。
矿石中二氧化硅的测定有重量法、挥散法、比色法、容量法等四种方法,每种方法都有其各自的局限性,应根据矿石本身的性质选择相应的方法。本文将对这4种方法的准确性、时间及影响因素进行一一分析比较。
概述我国铁矿资源的分布状况及主要类型,列举国内褐铁矿石、菱铁矿石、高磷鲕状赤铁矿石以及多金属共生铁矿石的地理分布特点,并对其矿石性质、选矿工艺进行介绍,结合选矿实例介绍了国内复杂难选铁矿的选矿技术进展。
Using conventional flotation method,this article used the process of multi-stage grinding and multiple separation to protect crystal and separate minerals.This test considered the grinding fineness,the dosage of sodium silicate,the dosage of kerosene in flotation.Closed circuit test output good technical indicators and the qualified graphite concentrate.
采用酸浸工艺处理氧化铅锌矿,研究了各种因素浸出的影响,结果表明:在温度85℃、矿石粒度-20目、酸矿质量比1∶2、液固体积质量比5∶1、搅拌浸出4h条件下,铅浸出率可达75%以上,锌浸出率可达70%以上。
目的:研究锡林郭勒产金银花Lonicera japonica花蕾的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱技术对其进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从锡林郭勒产金银花甲醇提取物中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1),琥珀酸(2),绿原酸(3),木犀草素4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),槲皮素(5),芦丁(6)。结论:首次报道锡林郭勒产金银花的化学成分。
内蒙古某地硅石矿含有较多的绢云母、长石、赤铁矿、褐铁矿等杂质,原矿中SiO2含量仅为85.66%,远不能满足石英产品要求.采用磁选-浮选-酸浸联合工艺获得SiO2品位99.74%石英精矿.采用选矿方法提高硅石纯度,对开发利用该硅石矿资源具有重要意义.
目的:建立同时测定锡林郭勒产金银花中绿原酸与木犀草苷含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-磷酸水溶液(0.10 mol/L)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长:绿原酸327 nm,木犀草苷348nm,柱温:30℃。结果:锡林郭勒产金银花花蕾中绿原酸含量达1.82%,木犀草苷含量0.125%,均高于2010年版《中国药典》规定含量。

针对内蒙古某贫磁铁矿的矿石性质和特点,进行了选别工艺探索研究。采用干式磁选抛尾——干式磁选粗精矿再磨——弱磁选选别工艺流程,使铁精矿达到国家C65一级品质量标准,TFe品位为64.93%、回收率为66.50%;mFe品位61.84%、回收率93.27%。
With citric acid as binder,Li2TiO3 pebbles with diameter of 1.20 mm and relative density about 91%TD were prepared by an optimized wet chemical method.Thermodynamical analysis,phase analysis and morphology observation were made on the product.The results showed that the sphericity of the Li2TiO3 pebbles was significantly affected by the amount of citric acid.The microstructure of the Li2TiO3 pebbles was uniform and temperature-sensitive.The average grain size of the pebbles is below 3 μm after sintering at 1 050 ℃ for 6 h.
通过岩矿鉴定、化学多元素分析等,确定了该矿类型及嵌布特征。原矿经全泥氰化工艺研究,获得如下技术指标:原矿品位:A u2.70g/t,尾矿品位:A u0.10g/t,回收率:A u96.30%。
The mineral of Erdos Analcime from NeiMongol Area was studied by chemical analysis,XRD,FT-IR,DSC,N_2 static adsorption at 77 K and the cation exchanges of K~+,NH~+_4 and Cu~(2+).The results showed that Erdos Analcime belongs to the ferric-magnesium typed analcime,in which hydrocerussite,orthoclase,jadeite and ferric oxide are company minerals,and Fe~(3+) takes part in the framework construction of analcime because the parameter of crystalline cell of the analcime in the mineral is larger than that of the ideal crystalline cell.Meanwhile,the structural hydroxyles of analcime and hydrocerussite in the mineral are released by structural water at 500 ℃~700 ℃,bond water is released at 120 ℃~360 ℃.Because the specific area,the pore volume and the cation exchange capacities of K~+,NH~+_4 and Cu~(2+) are smaller,the modified method of Erdos Analcime must be studied further in order to be applied.
