在工程教育认证背景下,为提升毕业要求达成度,保证课程教学质量,可通过课程考核改革进一步优化课程教学.以服装设计与工程专业"服装消费心理学"课程为例,设计符合工程教育认证要求的考核内容和方式以及考核计算方法,评价和分析考核结果下的课程目标达成情况,并提出课程的持续改进和教学改革方向,以期建设高质量专业课程,培养符合毕业要求的合格人才.
In an era of environmentally friendly development, methods of the green synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) from plant extracts have become a focus of research attention because of the benefits of environmental sustainability, simplicity, and low price. The present review introduces a green mechanism for the synthesis of ZnO NPs using the extracts of plants, exploring factors that influence the morphology of ZnO NPs and their antibacterial properties, and the mechanisms of antibacterial action. The results indicate that the factors that influence morphology include the intrinsic crystallographic morphological properties and conditions of the preparation of ZnO NPs. In terms of preparation conditions, the influence of plant extract concentration, precursor concentration, reaction time, and calcination temperature on NP morphology is related to the species of plants used, with precursor concentration the most significant factor affecting the morphology of ZnO NPs. A pH of 12 appears be the most appropriate alkalinity for the synthesis of ZnO NPs from plant extracts. In addition, the synthesized ZnO NPs display excellent antibacterial properties, the mechanism of which involves photocatalysis, reactive oxygen species, and interactions between ZnO NPs and bacterial surfaces. Factors influencing the antibacterial properties are the type of bacteria and the concentration and morphology of ZnO NPs. Finally, the methods of preparation of antibacterial textiles using synthetic ZnO NPs are discussed in relation to the preparation of antibacterial fibers, fabric, and composite textiles. Here, the future trend of such antibacterial textiles is considered, providing the direction for further research of antibacterial textiles.
In this paper, a large number of children samples are collected to establish a database with detailed measurement index information. The data are analyzed and the figure of children are divided into three types. On the basis, the Naive Bayesian (NB) algorithm is applied to the study of figure discrimination, and the discriminant model is established. The discrimination of children figure is realized. At the same time, based on big data theory, the similar body of the test sample in the database is found through querying based on minimum difference algorithm. The unknown detailed measurement data of the test sample can be replaced by the similar body, to provide data support for the relevant application areas or dressed the human body that need to obtain detailed measurement information about the children.
为了探究汉服版型在现代服装设计中应用的突破口,针对汉服版型设计尚未标准化的问题,运用文献研究法与实证研究法,结合人体工学和汉服的成衣特点,以汉服为研究对象,在原型法的基础上,通过对汉服款式结构变化的分析,探究适用于现代审美的汉服基型,形成一套独特的连身袖基型结构,在汉服设计中以连身袖基型来代替女装原型,使汉服纸样设计基型化、程式化、标准化,达到快速准确地进行传统及现代汉服设计的目的.进而运用CLO 3D软件对运用连身袖基型设计的服装进行合体性测试.得出,在连身袖基型的基础上可以进行多种连身袖服装的应用设计.
In order to achieve accurate identification of girl's figure,a large number of girl samples are collected to establish a database with detailed measurement index information.The data were analyzed and the girl's figure were divided into three types using cluster analysis method.On the basis,the Naive Bayesian (NB) algorithm was applied to the study of girl's figure discrimination,and a discriminant model was established.The discrimination of girl's figure was realized.At the same time,the similar body of the test sample in the database was found by utilizing minimal difference algorithm.And finally,the radar map was charted to fit the main measurement size of the both,using the main measurement size as the basic index for inquiry.The results show that the discriminant accuracy of girl's figure discriminant model established by the NB algorithm reaches 93.8%.And the error of the main measurement size of the test sample and the similar body is small in the radar map.The test sample can be replaced by the similar body,and the method provides data support for the relevant application areas needing to acquire detailed measurement information about girls.
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to obtain circumference sizes from 2D feature sizes in the parts of three vital measurements of young female, the dimensions of chest width, chest depth, waist width, waist depth, hip width, hip depth, chest girth, waist girth and hip girth of 400 young female samples are collected. Design/methodology/approach – Inside which, 300 samples are used as learning samples, and the remaining 100 samples are used as training samples, the sample data are entered to the network constructed by support vector machine regression (SVR) and the predictive value of circumference sizes are gained. Findings – Finally, the regression model is established between 2D feature size and the corresponding circumference size. Through the trained prediction model based on SVR, the circumference sizes in three vital measurement parts of a new sample are predicted for convenient mass measurement. Originality/value – The research of measurement regression relationship in parts of three vital measurements of young female is the basis for conveniently obtaining dimensions in garment mass measurement. It can provide the accurate data to feminine dress industry, and has high precision.
Purpose – The research is made in view of the anthropometry information obtaining problem in garment MTM on the network mode. The purpose of this paper is to obtain anthropometry information in a convenient and detailed way in garment MTM on the network mode. Design/methodology/approach – First of all, 24 main measurement sizes of 427 young females are collected to constitute the measurement database. The database is used as background data support of the system. The images are captured to simplify the way of inputting the anthropometry information to the system. Through the 2D feature sizes extracted from body image and the basic dimensions provided by customer input to the system, so that to gain the body sample which is closest to the customer body type through query matching in the database. The detailed anthropometry information of the closest sample is used to describe the customer. The human body measurement database and the technology of body image acquisition are used to extract the feature sizes to achieve obtaining the anthropometry information in a convenient and detailed way. Findings – Through query matching to the customer in a test, the body sample closest to the customer is gained, and the matching error rate is 0.0132. In the end, some customer samples are input to test the system, in order to verify the effectiveness of system functions. The matching error rates of five body types are gained all less than 0.006. The error is small, and the matching result is ideal. Research limitations/implications – The size of database established in the paper can be increased constantly in the future to obtain the more accurately matching result. Practical implications – The research of anthropometry information obtaining system in garment MTM on the network mode is the basis to achieve gaining the anthropometry information in a convenient and detailed way. Social implications – Applying the established system of human body measurement information acquisition in this paper, it can achieve to obtain the detailed measurement information of customer through a convenient way, combining the method of human body parameter model establishment in the existing research, it can achieve the complete network tailored mode with detailed measurement information acquisition and 3D virtual fitting functions. And it can provide the most convenient experience and the most ideal garment MTM effect to the customer. This mode can be forecast to be an ideal form of garment MTM on the network in the future. Originality/value – The anthropometry information obtaining system is the important part of garment MTM system on the network mode. It should be applied to the network mode and can obtain the detailed measurements for garment MTM. In this paper, the human body measurement database and the technology of body image acquisition are used in order to extract the feature size to obtain the anthropometry information in a convenient and detailed way.
Image edge extraction is an important process in obtaining anthropometric information from human body images captured by ordinary cameras. Depending on the characteristics of the large pixel matrix and the fuzzy edge of the image, the ant colony and fuzzy C-means clustering (ACAFCM) algorithm is used to get a clear and complete edge contour of the human body. This Canny algorithm is used to preprocess image segmentation, binarization, and de-noising by simplifying the image color and noise. The ant colony algorithm determines the initial center and number of clusters, and it distinguishes the pixels, based on the target, background, edge, and noise of the pretreated image. The FCM algorithm clusters the pixels with the same attributes into one class, and it extracts a clear and complete edge contour of the body image.
Based on the characteristic of body point cloud data obtained by body scanning system which is developed to satisfy the needs of the garment industry,the paper proposed a method of fan-shaped grids to simplify the body point cloud.The method can be operated with high speed and the simplifying rate can be controlled easily.By this method,the simplified point cloud retained the details in the concave to prevent the contour from distorting.The simplified point cloud can be sorted quickly by fan-shaped angles and grids.The result optimized subsequent operations such as noise elimination and hole-repairing.
This paper describes the concept of reverse engineering and the workflow of reverse modeling software - imageware. Using the powerful function of point cloud data processing in imageware, it achieves point cloud data pre-processing, point cloud segmenting, contour curve fitting and surface reconstructing of the human body. Finally, it makes the error evaluation of the surface model. This study may provide original design basis for related research.
With the social mass production of garment industry, the same style clothing requires organizing production in various specifications or size series to meet the different needs of consumers. Fast, accurate and flexible automatic grading technology has become the research hotspot, and the scientific size table is the basis of this technology. This study collects the size data of 251 female college students. Then make the body type classification and gain the size table of intermediate type and the increment of each body type. This study provide the basis for MTM automatically parameter table of young female university students to establish a pattern grading system.
对具有代表性的新型再生纤维素纤维内衣面料进行透气性能测试,介绍了试验原理、试验方法、试验结果与分析。试验结果与分析主要是从纬平针织物和罗纹织物这两个方面进行,分析得出:在混纺比相似时,织物透气性与织物紧密程度密切相关,且透气性能随着织物密度的增大而减小;混纺比相似、密度相近的不同纤维的透气性能并不遵循透气性能随密度增大而减小的规律;罗纹织物中,聚乳酸纤维织物的透气性能优于棉织物。
This paper gives the definition of reverse engineering and the process of reverse modeling software - imageware. Using imageware, we complete the reconstruction of the human body surface from point cloud. The main works of this paper are shown as: point cloud pre-treatment, point cloud blocking, contour curve creating and surface reconstruction, as well as the surface evaluation of the model. The evaluation result shows that the surface error is in line with the required precision. This study may provide references for related research in CAD modeling.
Experiments of 9 knitting underwear fabrics making of cotton and new regenerated fibers,such as pearl fiber,modal fiber,soybean fiber,bamboo fiber and PLA fiber were made.The heat-moisture comfort performance was tested with GB/T 11048—1989 plate warmth retention instrument method and GB/T 12074— 1991 water vapor transmission dish method,and was compared with the thermal insulation and moisture vapor resistance values testing from ISO 11092 sweating hot plate.Then the experimental results with grey theory to study the correlation of them in evaluating heat-moisture comfort performance of fabrics were analyzed.The result was shown that thermal insulation was made the largest correlation with the"clo"value,moisture vapor resistance was made the largest correlation with"equivalent water vapor transmission".It was shown that the conventional methods also can make the better reflection of heat-moisture comfort performance with fabrics compared with the sweating hot plate instrument.In evaluating the heat-moisture comfort performance of fabrics,it can take into account of using the"clo"value and"equivalent water vapor transmission"testing with conventional method to substitute the thermal insulation and moisture vapor resistance values from sweating hot plate in order to reduce testing costs.

In order to research the major factors on heat-moisture comfort performance of new knitted underwear fabrics impersonality,the heat-moisture comfort experiments of new knitted underwear fabrics,such as pearl fiber fabric,soybean fiber fabric,bamboo fabric and PLA fabric are made,as well as cotton fabric.Then,the impact factors that may affect heat-moisture comfort of knitted underwear the SPSS software.The result show that the main factors which influence heat-moisture comfort of knitted underwear are moisture absorption performance,fabric thickness,tightness and cloth structure.The smaller are the thickness and density of fabrics,the better are the air permeability performance,moisture absorption performance and moisture transmission performance.The thicker is the fabric,the better is the thermal retention performance.

This article makes the heat-moisture comfort experiments of regenerated fiber fabric, such as tencel, modal and bamboo fabric, which compare with cotton fabric. Make the analysis that the thermal resistance of tencel and bamboo fabrics are less than cotton fabrics. For the warm-cool feeling of these fabrics, the modal fabric is strongest and stronger than tencel fabric, the bamboo fabric is the second and the cotton fabric is the lowest. The moisture transfer properties of bamboo fabric is good, which is close to the cotton in sweating condition. The water permeability of cotton is the best while modal and tencel are worse than bamboo fabric. The air permeability has less effect on the types of fiber. Then, use the SPSS software to analyze the impact factors that may affect heat-moisture comfort of knitted under wear. In the end, we make out conclusion that the main factors which influence heat-moisture comfort of knitted underwear are moisture absorption performance, water vapor permeability, fabric thickness, cloth structure, tightness and the warm-coolfeeling.
