分别测试并分析锦纶和三醋酯纤维混纺面料,腈纶和三醋酯纤维混纺面料,以及涤纶和三醋酯纤维混纺面料在5种不同试剂中的溶解情况,进而探讨以上3种混纺面料的定量化学分析方法.结果显示,锦纶和三醋酯纤维混纺面料可采用二甲基甲酰胺试剂进行定量分析,腈纶和三醋酯纤维混纺面料可采用80%甲酸试剂进行定量分析,聚酯纤维和三醋酯纤维混纺面料可采用80%甲酸或者75%硫酸试剂进行定量分析,且试剂对纤维损伤小,测试时间短,试验结果准确.
In order to prepare the material with good stab resistance, the polyurethane/aramid composite fabric was pre-pared. The effects of coating processes, polyurethane types and superposition structure on the stab resistance of composite fabric were discussed. The results show that compared with the processes of wet coating and directly dry coating, the composite fabric using transfer coating process has better stab resistance. Coating with high modulus polycarbonate type polyurethane the stab resistance of composite fabric has been significantly improved, and the penetrated layer number in dynamic penetration test is only 31, and the stab resistance of composite fab-ric is further enhanced by bilaterally coating process, and the penetrated layer number reduces to 27. Under the same surface density, the superposition structure of 5 layers aramid fabrics up and down and 20 layers composite fabrics in the center has better protection effect, and the lower 5 layers aramid fabrics have not been scored.
为了提高苎麻织物的服用性能,采用纤维素酶对苎麻织物进行处理,设计正交实验来优化处理苎麻织物,并对比测试其酶处理前后的透气性、断裂强力和悬垂性等性能,从中找出最佳工艺方案。
为了探究影响涤纶机织物勾丝性能的因素,采用钉锤法对几种涤纶机织物作勾丝试验,分析了织物组织、紧度、断裂强力和伸长与勾丝的关系.试验结果表明,平纹织物的抗勾丝性能最好(4-5级);相同组织的织物在其他织物结构参数相近时,紧度相差10%就会使勾丝等级相差1级;大于50%的高伸长率,可以提高同组织、同紧度织物的抗勾丝性能.该试验表明,涤纶机织物组织的浮长线越长,组织结构越疏松,抗勾丝性能越差;增加织物紧度可提高抗勾丝性能;伸长性好的织物抗勾丝性能好.

This paper studies the different diameters of tube outlet how to affect the gas flow pressure and velocity distribution in nanofiber catalytic converter by CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) method. Geometric model of the catalytic converter has been established and meshed by the pre-processing tool of FLUENT. The distribution of velocity and pressure in the converter which outlet diameter is 70 mm is more evenly than the converter which outlet diameter is 50 mm. It is conducive to reducing airflow static pressure in the catalytic converter that expanding the outlet diameter in the case of other conditions remains unchanged. Therefore, the larger outlet diameter is beneficial to exhaust catalytic reaction.

To polylactic acid(PLA) filament yarn and cotton yarn as raw material,and make full use of the PLA on wet performance and cotton fiber moisture absorption.Case minimize the lateral density of the fabric,the longitudinal density,thickness,and weight differences,through the a reasonable fiber content design,prototype seven different content of the PLA / cotton knit fabric.After wicking test,the experiment showed that when the content of PLA / cotton 35/65 to 65/35,the fabric guide good wet performance,comfortable to wear and provide the basis for the actual production of water vapor transmission rate.
A test of colour fastness to washing was made by controlling the test conditions.The factors effected on the colour fastness to washing test results were analysed.
TG and DSC are used to analyze the thermal property of polylactic acid(PLA) fibers and compared with polyester(PET) fibers.The heat shrinkage and limited oxygen index of the PLA fibers are also tested.The investigation showes that as the temperature increases,the PLA fibers′ TG curves appear two weight loss bands.It begins to decompose at about 330 ℃,and the main weight loss temperature is about 360 ℃.Compared with PET fibers,the PLA fibers′ DSC curve appears double melting peaks.The higher melting peak appears at 169.9 ℃,and the lower one appears at 161.6 ℃.The heat shrinkages of PLA fibers in boiling water and hot air are 12 % and 4.5 % respectively.The limited oxygen index of the PLA fiber is 27 %.
A kind of pullulan biopolymer nanofibers with diameter of 100~700nm were obtained using redistilled water as solvent through electrospinning technology in this paper. The effects of the spinning solution concentration, applied voltage, flow rate and capillary–screen distance on morphology and diameter distribution of pullulan nanofiber were studied by SEM. The results show that, different parameters had great influence on nanofibers’ morphology and diameter. The optimal parameters of pullulan nanofibers electrospinning were: 22wt.% spinning solution concentration, 31 kV voltage, 20 cm capillary–screen distance and 0.5ml/h flow rate.
Three-dimensional angle Chain fabrics made from glass fiber and aramid were weaved on dobby hand sample machine.Composite materials were processed with the method of vacum assisted molding and hand lay-up molding.The bending properties of composite material were tested.The analysis on the test result show that the fabric structure,degree of soaked resin and processing methods have some effect on the bending properties of molded composite materials.
This paper studies the different porosity of porous medium how to affect the flow pressure field under the conditions of same inlet velocity and fiber diameter by CFD method. Geometric model of the catalytic converter has been established and meshed by the pre-processing tool of FLUENT. The flow pressure simulation filled contours and the curve of center line static pressure distribution of the fiber porous material show that in the case of other conditions remain unchanged, the less the porosity of the fiber porous material, the higher the inlet pressure and the more the pressure loss of the porous material. The more porosity of fiber is beneficial to exhaust catalytic reaction.
Polylactic acid(PLA)nonwoven materials were treated by low temperature plasma under different treatment time.Firstly,the weight loss rate of materials was calculated before and after treatment.And to observe the surface properties and internal structures of samples,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) were used.Finally,the study focused on the wetting contact angle and the biodegradable property of materials,which were modified by low temperature plasma.The results indicate that the weight loss rate of PLA nonwoven materials increases significantly with the increase of treatment time.The wetting contact angle of samples declines from 113.86° to 70.27° when they are treated for only 5 min,which is due to the etching effect of plasma and some functional groups especial hydrophilic groups added by plasma treatment.Ultimately,hygroscopicity and biodegradability of materials are improved.
The definition of bursting strength,its testing method and the bursting strength standards are described.Effects of the diameter of steel ball are tested and analyzed with some problems existed in the knitted fabric bursting strength standards analyzed also.The experiments indicate that different diameter of steel ball varies bursting strength greatly but the specific value of bursting strength and steel ball diameter is close.
Aiming at the poor heat resistant property of polylactic acid(PLA) fiber,the influences of several heat treatment methods on the breaking strength and elongation of PLA fibers are analyzed.The results indicate that increasing the temperature,the tensile strength of PLA fibers decreases,as well as its elongation increases.When the temperature is above 140 ℃,the treatment would result in the mechanical properties of the PLA fibers significantly decline.

对具有代表性的新型再生纤维素纤维内衣面料进行透气性能测试,介绍了试验原理、试验方法、试验结果与分析。试验结果与分析主要是从纬平针织物和罗纹织物这两个方面进行,分析得出:在混纺比相似时,织物透气性与织物紧密程度密切相关,且透气性能随着织物密度的增大而减小;混纺比相似、密度相近的不同纤维的透气性能并不遵循透气性能随密度增大而减小的规律;罗纹织物中,聚乳酸纤维织物的透气性能优于棉织物。
The characteristics of host-guest complexes between cucurbit[n]uril (CB [n]) and phenylalanine were investigated by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy in acetate buffer solution at room temperature. It was found that the UV-visible absorption increased steadily with constantly dropping the high concentration of cucurbit[6]uril (CB [6]) and cucurbit[8]uril (CB [8]) in the phenylalanine solution which indicates that there are some interaction betweenCB [n] and phenylalanine.Then CB [6] and phenylalanine at molar ratio of 1:1 to weigh while CB [8] and phenylalanine at molar ratio of 1:2, respectively, are both demonstrated by 1H NMR spectra. 1H NMR spectrum of complexes was obtained, indicating an enthalpic driving force for host-guest complexes. The possible interaction mechanism and inclusion mode were also discussed. This work may extend the application range of CB [n] in supramolecular and pharmaceutical analysis.
Experiments of 9 knitting underwear fabrics making of cotton and new regenerated fibers,such as pearl fiber,modal fiber,soybean fiber,bamboo fiber and PLA fiber were made.The heat-moisture comfort performance was tested with GB/T 11048—1989 plate warmth retention instrument method and GB/T 12074— 1991 water vapor transmission dish method,and was compared with the thermal insulation and moisture vapor resistance values testing from ISO 11092 sweating hot plate.Then the experimental results with grey theory to study the correlation of them in evaluating heat-moisture comfort performance of fabrics were analyzed.The result was shown that thermal insulation was made the largest correlation with the"clo"value,moisture vapor resistance was made the largest correlation with"equivalent water vapor transmission".It was shown that the conventional methods also can make the better reflection of heat-moisture comfort performance with fabrics compared with the sweating hot plate instrument.In evaluating the heat-moisture comfort performance of fabrics,it can take into account of using the"clo"value and"equivalent water vapor transmission"testing with conventional method to substitute the thermal insulation and moisture vapor resistance values from sweating hot plate in order to reduce testing costs.
