伴随社会进步、收入水平提高以及人工智能与机器人技术的成熟,人们开始追求更高的生活品质,机器人的种类与数量在不断攀升.论文设计了一种适用于家庭的三维搬运机器人,主要从结构组成与系统设计分析其完成任务的各部分的传动与程序原理.
宿舍是学生生活的重要场所,也是引发大学生矛盾的主要场所.宿舍问题如果没有得到解决,对大学生的生活、学习、心理健康与成长将会产生很大的影响.宿舍是大学生的"第二课堂".关注宿舍问题,利用好这一阵地对大学生进行教育引导是辅导员不可忽视的工作.该文基于一起调换宿舍事件的处理情况,对辅导员如何处理宿舍问题进行了探索与思考,并提出了相应的建议.
根据工业自动化生产加工的要求,设计了一四自由度的煤矿搬运机械手及其控制系统.给出了机械手设计本体结构,对液压回路进行了优化设计,并完成了机械手控制软件设计与开发.通过仿真验证了所开发的控制系统运行可靠平稳,能够灵活地实现机械手抓取物体、 旋转、 伸缩及升降等运动,满足煤矿搬运要求.
本文结合中国传统文化的育人功能,探索基于传统文化视角下的高职思想政治教育存在的问题及原因,提出了基于传统文化视角下做好高职院校思想政治教育工作的对策与途径.
With the reform of college employment mechanism, the employment of college students in a variety of problems, career guidance is playing an increasingly important role. This paper summarizes the main problems encountered in the college students' employment, explores the new methods and approaches of career guidance for college students in the new period and puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions for the problems to help college students to solve the main problems in employment.
How to establish the cooperation and the success and sustainability between higher vocational colleges and enterprises are the key and breakthrough in the current occupation education reform. The evolutionary game model between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is established, and the influence factors and evolutional stability of the cooperation are explored with it. It is concluded that the cooperation probability between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is negatively related to cooperation cost, income increment, and is positive related to cooperation earnings, excess return, revenge, punishment. Finally, the relevant policies and suggestions are put forward according to the analysis results.
采用激光焊接的方法对1.5 mm厚的DOGAL 800DP高强度镀锌钢板进行对接焊,通过用金相显微镜对接头显微组织进行观察,用万能拉伸试验机对接头抗拉强度及伸长率进行测试,研究了焊接速度对其焊接接头组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,焊缝组织主要为贝氏体+少量的先共析铁素体及侧板条铁素体,热影响区组织主要为板条马氏体+贝氏体,马氏体含量明显高于焊缝;随着焊接速度提高,焊缝中铁素体含量减少,马氏体含量增加,热影响区组织细化,接头抗拉强度和伸长率均先升高后降低,当焊接速度为0.8 m/min时强度最高,1.0 m/min时伸长率最大;焊接速度高于1.2 m/min或低于0.6 m/min都不利于获得力学性能优良的焊接接头,当焊接速度为1.0 m/min时,接头具有最佳强塑性匹配.

The development of low carbon supply chain is a must for Chinese manufacturing industries to re- construct competence of great and strategic significance. The collaborative knowledge management of supply chain has close relationship with the establishment of low carbon supply chains. This paper builds an evolutionary game model of low carbon supply chain from the perspective of collaborative knowledge management. Four results of the evolutionary game model are discussed according to the ratios of return coefficient and cost coefficient. The results show that the supply chain system is evolutionarily stable when the two types of enterprises adopt the same knowledge strategies. It is necessary to raise the ratio of return coefficient and cost coefficient in order to guide the traditional supply chains to transform to low carbon supply chains.
Knowledge Management(KM) has received more and more attention from enterprises,many of which have implemented KM.but the effect seems not so good.One of the main problems is knowledge demand has not been analyzed well by enterprises.A method of KM based on knowledge demand(KD) is proposed to solve the problem.This method includes five steps: analysis of KD,analysis of knowledge gap,choice of KM tool,implement of KM,evaluation of KM performance.Finally,the proposed method was proved to be effective by a case study for reducing to the cost of knowledge sharing and improving the efficiency of KM.
Internet of things (IoT) has become a strategic industry of China. It is still at the initial stage, which means there are many problems and challenges, such as lack of original innovation, etc. In the dynamic business environment, innovative opportunities play important roles in the rapid growth of a company. How to grasp the innovative opportunities provided by IoT becomes a big challenge for Chinese companies. The applications of IoT in China are still very limited and some listing IoT companies don’t behave very well in market. This paper tries to find the reason from the aspect of decision making of those IoT and its related companies’ senior executives. Their decision behaviors vary according to decision makers’ decision styles. The empirical study on Chinese IoT related companies shows that decision styles have close relationship with decision types when decision makers are facing innovative opportunities. Three decision styles and three decision types were analyzed based on our investigation. 45.8% of the wise and heroic leaders inclined to make radical and risky decisions. 52.2% of the CEOs make decisions in moderate way while 57.6% of the CEOs who prefer to conform to others inclined to make conservative decisions. Chinese traditional culture and the limitation of incentive mechanism may account for the high ratio of conservative decisions and the lack of original innovations in IoT industry. Decision makers can benefit from learning appropriate cases. According to decision makers’ decision styles and the characteristics of a decision problem, a decision support approach is proposed to improve their cognition and decision behaviors.

Manufacturing informatization has becoming a key problem of the modern manufacturing reformation. Aiming at the problems existing in enterprise information planning,a planning system of manufacturing informatization based on knowledge is constructed according to the function analysis of planning system. The functions and the key technologies are introduced and an example of system running is given in the end. This system can implement the remote layout of enterprise,save manpower,material resources and accelerate the process of manufacturing informatization.
