针对热能与动力工程学科专业英语教学中存在的问题,本文结合实际教学中的经验,对所采用教学模式的教学目标、教学内容、教学方法进行了探讨。
The performance of hybrid refrigerants in function proving refrigeration cycle was developed in this paper. Selection for constituent and calculation method was validated by the experiment in the cryogenic tank. and the experimental result of the hybrid refrigerants was to achieve lower temperature of below zero 100{top square bracket} for the cryogenic tank, When the state of system was steady, the suction pressure of the compressor was 0.28 MPa, the discharge pressure was 1.98 MPa. Flow rate of work substance was calculated with the series heat balance method after simplifying the cycle, the error was little and it was feasible. © Sila Science.
In this study, we study the water source heat pump and digital scroll compressor and experimentally in the multi-connected air-conditioning system. Variable performance is developed when the unit operates in refrigerating and heating mode. The maximum of refrigerating capacity is 36519.95W when inlet water temperature of the condenser is 30°C and dry-bulb temperature of indoor air is 32°C, at the same time the maximum of EER is 4.33 when inlet water temperature of the condenser is 20°C and dry-bulb temperature of indoor air is 27°C. The unit operates in heating mode, the maximum of heating capacity and EER is 33275.73W and 3.86 when inlet water temperature of the condenser is 30°C and dry-bulb temperature of indoor air is 20°C.
The performance parameters of a single compressed and four-stage segregating auto-cascade refrigeration system were developed in this study. The temperature of the cryogenic tank went down relatively slow with the evaporating temperature and the refrigerant temperature for W. When the state of system is steady, the suction pressure of the compressor is 0.3 MPa, the discharge pressure is decreased slowly. When the temperature of cryogenic tank is below zero 118°C, the discharge pressure is 1.34 MPa. The lowest temperature could reach-18°C and the refrigeration capacity was about 7 W.
a novel type of compound system for heat pump water heater is put forward in this paper, the component and fundamentals are introduced, and the experimental research is developed under the different working conditions. The results show that the maximum value of total EER of system is 11.03, and the minimum is 4.25, the average value is 7.532 in compound mode. There are the dynamic change of COP and operation characteristics for refrigerating capacity, consumption power of the system, heating capacity and suction and discharge temperature and pressure, and their effect on the operation of system is discussed and analyzed.

Circular flow of each component in the cycle was calculated with the series heat balance method, the feasibility was pointed out for selecting the proportion of mixture in the manufacturing process of actual device by calculating. The effects of operating temperatures for cryogenic tank on the temperature for evaporator, the low side of regenerator, before throttling and the pressure are slight when the state of the system is steady. © Sila Science. The prototype of dual-source heat pump water heater using air and water is assembled, and experimental research of performance is tested using air as heat source, respectively the ambient temperature is 7°C and 20°C; water temperature of the prototype using water as heat source is respectively 15°C, 30°C. the results showed that the dual-source heat pump utilizes water source in the summer, utilizes air source during intermediate seasons, running stable and energy-saving effect is obvious, Coefficient of performance could reach up to 5.58 with the minimal value approximately 3.21.
Water source heat pump and digital scroll compressor are used and experimentally studied in the multi-connected air-conditioning system in this paper, some helpful technology data are obtained improving the practical application and performance of water source multi-connected air-conditioning system with digital scroll compressor. The design of water source multi-connected air-conditioning system with digital scroll compressor is designed and setup. A new type of air conditioning system with water-film was established. Its refrigerating performance was test when the temperature of the chilled water was 7°C, dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature of the indoor air are respectively 27°C and 19°C. Its heating performance was test when the temperature of hot water supply was 45°C, dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature of the indoor air are respectively 20°C and 15°C. The experimental result indicates that there not only existed heat convection in the water-film vaporizing conditioning system, but the latent heat of vaporization was tremendous. The characteristic of water film air conditioning system was self-cleaning which would result in better air quality and was easily to maintain. When air conditioners were equipped at different room at the same time, it costs less compared with other products, so it has evident advantages in some special situation in which the temperature was decreased and the humidity was enhanced. © Sila Science. In order to select the mixed refrigerants used in three-stage auto-cascade system, a method were proposed for choosing the component of mixture, R134a£¯R23£¯R14£¯R50 were chosen as a mixture for the equipment. After raising the hypotheses of some ideal state, the refrigeration cycle in the system was simplified. R50 was ignored having unnecessary influence on system and it was considered that there was only R134a£¯R23£¯R14 in the refrigerating cycle. Circular flow of each component in the cycle was calculated with the series heat balance method, and the best proportion of constituent of mixture according to experimental result was compared with the flow quantity of R14 as a unit, After analyzing the reason causing the error, the feasibility was pointed out for selecting the proportion of mixture in the manufacturing process of actual device by calculating.
A new type of air source heat pump water heater system with scroll compressor through middle injection of economizer in the course of compression is put forward operating reliably long and efficiently in low temperature in this study. The experimental prototype is set up, System fundamentals and the operation modes are introduced, Experimental research on operation characteristics of the unit in three different operation conditions is done in the lab of enthalpy difference; Heating capacity and COP were 8.84 kW and 2.43, respectively under the condition of environmental temperature of which is -7 and -8oC, respectively for dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature. The result shows that the unit operates reliably long and that heating capacity and COP of the unit are improved in low temperature.
Aiming at developing metal hydride air-conditioning system driven by the waste heat of automobile engine coolant, the principle of metal hydride air-conditioning system was introduced and a hydride pair LaNi4.7Al0.3/LaNi5 was developed working at 363 K/303 K/283 K. the working cycle was described in detail. the values of characteristic parameters of the metal hydrides used in the system were also given.
Air conditioning and hot water compound system in which air-cooling heat exchanger is connected with heat recovery heat exchanger in series is studied, system fundamentals and five running modes including single refrigerating mode, single heating mode, hot water mode, refrigerating and hot water mode and heating and hot water mode are introduced, and experimental research is developed. Experimental research on operation characteristics of refrigerating capacity, heating capacity and suction and discharge temperature and pressure show that the unit operates reliably long in different operation conditions and that the variation of characteristics is within a reasonable range. Coefficient of performance of the system in refrigerating and hot water mode and in heating and hot water mode is highest with the minimal value approximately 3.2 when the temperature of water tank climbs up to 55°C, as the service efficiency of the unit is improved by recovering the condenser heat to heat hot water. The system is avoided to operate in the region of maximum power, and had better operate in the variable flow region of capillary and large air volume and small temperature difference region as much as possible.
A single compressed and four-stage segregating auto-cascade refrigeration system was developed in this paper, the temperature of the liquid coolant in the tank with 5L could reach 150K. Cooling process after throttling was analyzed, and the effect of the different proportion of the refrigerants was also pointed out. Experimental results show that it takes nearly 4 hours and 12 minutes to realize the temperature drop of secondary refrigerant in the tank from 290K(15°C) to 150K, and that the lowest temperature could reach -120°C and the refrigeration capacity was about 7 W.
From the points of comfort and energy saving,the display cabinet radiation should be taken into consideration when the parameter of HVAC system in supermarkets was set.And an experimental investigation was undertaken in test room.The results showed that:when 27℃,60% of humidity in summer and ≤21℃,30% of humidity in winter was set as the parameter of air conditioning in supermarket,the good energy saving and thermal comfort could be met.
